Changed apple ID w/ mac purchase old iTunes has old ID and library/account balance
I bought new mac laptop and entered new apple ID. With the help of tech support changed Apple ID on all apple products but old PC has old ID and holds itunes library and account balance. How do I get my music library/account balance on new mac laptop?

Thanks- Did you actually change you Apple ID or did you just change the email address associated with the Apple ID. The Apple ID (which is an email address) can me different that the email address associated with your account. Also see:

Bear in mind that you are not entitled to a refund of any type since the terms of the iTunes and App Store are "All Sales Final". That doesn't mean that you will not get a refund - you are just NOT ENTITLED to a refund.
I suggest that you watch what the 5 year old child is doing when he has the iPad.

Check the music tab on the iPhones iTunes page, and make sure "sync all music" is checked. If you chose only to sync certain music, new music will not automatically show up.

Enter the Apple ID you want to use for iCloud in Control Panel > Network > Internet > iCloud.
Enter the Apple ID you want to use for store purchases (including iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match) in iTunes > iTunes Store.Welcome to the Apple community.
iTunes and iCloud and different accounts, you will need to delete both accounts from your device before adding the new details in their place.
For iCloud go to settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit the delete button. You can then sign back in using your correct details. For iTunes go to settings >store, tap your account ID and then sign out, you can then sign back in using your correct Apple ID. -

All my purchases in iTunes has been made by Apple ID Balance (redeem from gifcards). My account has $ 27,45 but I cannot pay any new app or even update my apps because is asked to check my credit card. I´ve have never used it to purchase my app. How can I pay any new app with my Redeem as usual? Can you help me ?

I just realized that I wrote that I installed from app store originally, but I must correct that statement. I never paid for the app so it must have come preinstalled on my 2011 iMac. I was confused since the update is through the store so I assumed I downloaded it. Sorry for any miscommunication.
So to be clear, even though I have never remotely administered / accessed my computer and I no longer have ARD on my computer, it is normal to have the client update appear in my App Store. Is that correct?

No. Sorry. Since you have a different iCloud ID than your iTunes ID, you essentially have two Apple IDs - one for iCloud and one for iTunes. They cannot be merged.

fill credit card details
and complete your account creating process.
than go to app store or itune store
login your acount
click right side - account button
than again login for account setting
next go to payment information and click edit button
when u enter payment infomation
click none button in payment method and click done button.
than ur credit card has been removed.

I can't sync my ipod because then it will delete everythingThe ipod is not a backup/storage device. the sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases: File>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put everything back. -

First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!
