Changed PO Printout

Hi Gurus,
The PO is already Outputted,we made changes in one of the PO line Item ( Price ), Now we want to take the entire PO Print,
But when i repeat output ,System shows only the changed line item in the Print Preview.
What are the chnages to be done to take the entire PO printout.

correspondence..
here u can even create ur own form of payment advice..
Path : SPRO-- FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING NEW-- ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND PAYABLE-- VENDOR ACCOUNTS-- LINE ITEMS-- CORRESPONDANCE...
Here check if ur requirement is fulfill with any of the standard forms available or even u can creat ur own forn and variant and assign the same,,,

Change Message printout -

Hi,
When we change a field relevant for a change message in a purchasing document such as the delivery date, a change message is created. If we do not printout the change message but save the purchasing doc (eg. PO) and then change the same field again, the change message still displays the data from the first change and thus does not contain the correct value of the changed field in the Old value --> New value.
Does anyone know of a way to ensure that the change message always reflects the current values?

PO PRINTOUT LAYOUT CHANGES

i want to change the printout setting for PO.
Actually the issue is i have to incorporate "ECC TIN NO" for the plant.
in po printout due to limited space this is not visible.

Please find SAP script form or Smartform which is linked to the report (RFKORD10/RFKORD11) and correspondence type.
Copy form and create new form so that you can make necessary changes in the new form. Assign new form to your report & correspondence type.
FI correspondence settings are available in below path:
Financial accounting > Accounts receivable and Accounts payable > Customer or Vendor accounts > Line items > Correspondence > carry out and check settings for correspondence.
SAP script can be accessed with tcode SE71 and Smart forms with tcode SMARTFORMS. You can take help of ABAP colleagues to maintain SAP forms.

Officejet pro 8600 e all in one printer N911a

For printing settings I see that there are front-to-back or back-to-front settings. What is the difference? Online and hard copy instructions do not address this. I was hoping to set the printer that on 2-sided copies the copy will emerge from the printer first (front) side up. I tried with the same copy using both settings. The copy always came up with second (back) side up.

If you are printing double sided or duplex printing from the Officejet 8600, then the end output will always be with the backside facing in the upward position. This is due to the printer producing the front, then backside of the document.
The Front to Back or Back to Front works in a different way. If you are printing a 5 page document, then the option will change the printout order as follows:
Front to Back: Page 1 will be on the bottom of the output stack and page 5 on the top
Back to Front: Page 5 will be on the bottom of the output stack and page 1 on the top

(This change will be done only for position change into the Scheduling Agreement). No change into the PO.

open TNAPR table and give the output type you need to modify.... get the print program name and check if some structure already have the date you wanted... if you have it already... then open the form in SE71 tr. and provide the strcuture name - feild in the position you want to have the date...

How to get required data in Reference (XBLNR)

As a result of posting customer partial payment there is a new document posted with a new amount that is left to be paid, however this new document doesnu2019t derive Invoice number / Reference from the original document. The invoice number is copied only to field u2018Assignmentu2019 (BSEG-ZUONR) which is in customer line item while I need it in u2018Referenceu2019 (BKPF-XBLNR). As Reference is empty, instead of invoice number there is a document number printed on dunning letters that doesnu2019t say anything to customer and make him confused.
Do you know how to create substitution that will copy data fromu2019 Assignmentu2019 to u2018Referenceu2019 of the same document (I was trying to write exit in ZGGBS000 but it didnu2019t work).
Second idea is to write some program that when posting / clearing via F-28 will derive invoice number from cleared document (from its u2018Referenceu2019) but where I should do this?
The last idea that comes to my mind is to change dunning printout so that when u2018Referenceu2018 is empty then data from u2018Assignmentu2019 should be printed instead of document number.
Anybody knows how to realize these ideas or knows any other solution?

I think ZGGBS000 should work, provided you create it at Call up Point = "Doc Header" and Not "Line Item" (in OBBH)
If not ZGGBS000, you can use BTE 1120.... I had similar requirement to copy invoice no in F-28.. But, there is a catch in it... What if you select 2 invoices in F-28? Which invoice no would you update in reference?
If you want to use F-28 option, then you will have to put a restriction in the BTE saying that you cant select more than 1 line item in F-28... Then only you can update invoice no in XBLNR field

Hi All,
how will seach sequence work in PO prinout outs. Like new prinout, change prinouts, reminders etc. For eg; How will the system know the that it has to print a changed PO and reminders to the vendors.
Also, will be there be any indicators to distinguish between new PO prinouts and changed PO printouts.

Printing - Terrible Margin Problem

I have read all of the posts regarding margin problems.
Ill tried creating the custom 'iCal' size in Safari but nothing works.
When printing in week view all 4 margins spill over the edge.
This occurs whether printing to paper or PDF.
Any fixes to this or is it a bug?

While playing with the values of ImageableArea I'm getting changes in printout
but can't really find the correct combination of values because I'm just guessing
what the values mean..ImageableArea provides the bounding box of the area in which the printer may print for the page size named mediaOption. There will be one statement for each named page size supported by the device. DefaultImageableArea provides the mediaOption name of the default imageable area. Since there can be only one default page size, this value should be the same as the value of DefaultPageSize, DefaultPageRegion, and DefaultPaperDimension.
The syntax for defining imageable area is as follows:
*ImageableArea mediaOption: "llx lly urx ury"
*DefaultImageableArea: mediaOption | Unknown
ll stands for lower left corner and ur for upper right corner. The bounding box value of ImageableArea is given as four real numbers, representing the x and y coordinates of the lower left and upper right corners of the region, respectively, in the PostScript language default user space coordinate system. The x and y axes of a given page size correspond to the x and y axes of that page size in the PaperDimension entry.

Print output on User Printer

Hi All,
Requirement is to print packing slip (LD00) on printer defined for each user.
I was testing functionality with " print parameter User (U) for the output type and maintained printer for each user in VP01SHP transaction. Access sequence was attached but no output condition records maintained.
As per sap note:1461071 - if no output records are found, the system will look at printer defined in VP01SHP.
Any suggestions on how to print on printer defined for each user. I have tried print parameter " User parameter (S)" also but no luck.
I can do the same functionality by adding " changedby/created by" field in fileld catalog. But this is my last option.

The only problem that you may have with LOCL is if the drivers are different for each individual's pc, this can happen as the local dirvers are used instead of the ones for a network printer. This can completely change the printout.
We use USER as part of our print parameters and it works a treat.
I think that you just need to check that everything is beind determined properly.
Is LD00 a packing or picking list?

SAPScript Form for Production order Pick List

Hi gurus
We need to make a small change on printout of production pick list and I can see the form name in transaction OPK8, which is the same one as printout of production order paper. But when I read the form with SE71, I cannot see section to do with "pick list". All I can see are about production order paper. I make a search with a few words currently printed on pick list however nothing can be found in that form.Can someone please help with a little input? Thanks a lot.

In OPK8 you can find different lists. Each list is assigned to one form and one program. Check with the program.

Printing to a i560 on a windows PC

I have set up my mac so that i can print to my canon i560.
Seeing as there is no driver for my canon in the printer setup utility i have gone through the list and printed a page for each driver under Canon.
I found that the s800 driver printed the document layout properly, but was a gray scale compared to some other drivers which were too small but had the right colours.
Is there any way i can change my printouts to have a full colour scale apart from PrintFab which puts their logo on the page unless you have the full version, which i dont.

The linuxprinting.org site indicates that the s800 is similar to the BJC-8200 which is the recommended driver for the i560. So it looks like you have selected the best option for your printer. As Greg mentions, there are a wide variety of color tuning settings available to you with the Gutenprint drivers.
The other possibility would be to try a redirected Windows printer. That might give you better quality. You would have to try it and see what results you get. The standard referece for setting up redirected printers is found here.

Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes
In this step, you define:
Whether and in which purchasing documents a field is relevant to printouts of changes (change notices).
Which texts are included in change notices
Text output can be controlled via a text number (direct assignment) or a routine (indirect assignment).
Example of the determination of change texts
Text number
In the standard system supplied, the change text "Unit of measure changed" (text no. P5) is directly assigned to the base unit (MEINS field):
If the base unit is changed in an already printed RFQ, purchase order, or outline agreement, the change text "unit of measure changed" is included in the change notice (printout of changes).
Routine
In the standard system supplied, the deletion indicator (LOEKZ field) is assigned to routine 3, which controls the outputting of the change text.
Routine 3 checks whether an item of a purchasing document has been deleted or blocked. If the item has been deleted, the change text "Item cancelled" (S3-L) is included in the printout of changes. If the item has been blocked, the change text "Item blocked" (S3-S) is printed.
Recommendation
SAP recommends working with the settings of the standard system. In this case, you need take no further action.
Activities
If you wish to define further fields as relevant to change notices, you must carry out the following activities:
1. Enter the table and field names
2. Select the document categories for which the field is to be relevant to change notices.
3. Assign a text number or routine
Note
If you specify a text number and a routine, the routine will receive preferential treatment.
Further notes
You maintain the change texts and their numbers in Customizing for Purchasing under Messages -> Texts for Messages -> Define Texts for <Document> -> Document Printout <Document> -> Change Texts.
If you have specified your own routine, you can evaluate it in the user exit EXIT_SAPLMEDRUCK_001

Deskjet 460 802.11g wireless setup on Win7

There has to be someone in HP who can explain clearly how to set up a Deskjet 460 with 802.11g card in "infrastructure" mode on a router, using Win7. Surely!
The 460 was not fully supported on Win7, but Win7 has a driver which works with a USB cable. The challenge is how you get an infrastructure network profile into the 802.11g card when the tools on the Starter CD are XP-only - actually, even if they were to work on Win7, they have disappeared from the HP website, so you cannot download them.
Looking at a previous thread (http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-All-in-One-Install-Setup/Issues-with-DeskJet-460-WiFi-and-Windo...), lots of folks are as frustrated as I am, but nobody has so far answered the key question.
Before dumping XP I created a network profile on a USB stick, using the Starter CD - this was an xml file in a folder named SMRTNTKY. It was supposed to allow me to replicate the settings on other printers (or on mine if I lost the settings). Now, it is not recognised by the printer, but I have no idea why. I have cleared the profile, inserted the USB stick, powered off and on, with no change - the printout still shows the network profile as ad hoc / hpsetup.
I and others need a clearly documented process for creating an infrastructure network profile and for getting it into the printer, so we can use the device with Win7. If this needs software, we need that software to be available for download from the HP website, ideally via links from the reply (since the website is a bit of a mess to navigate. Please help.

Assuming you have WiFi connectivity on your laptop, try setting a temporary ad hoc connection and then use the EWS to connect the printer to your router as a workaround, such a software is not available for Windows 7:
Follow these steps to install the product on the network with the Windows 7 printer driver.
Turn the product on.
Insert the wireless printer card into the printer.
Reset the wireless network settings on the product:
Reset all of the 802.11 wireless profiles: Press and hold the Power button ( ), press the Cancel ( ) button two times, and then press the Resume button ( ) eight times. Release all buttons.
Click the Wireless icon on your system traym then connect to the HPSETUP netowrk.
Wait two minutes for the printer to obtain an IP Address, and then print a wireless configuration page:
Make sure the product is on and idle.
Press and hold the Cancel button ( ) for more than two seconds. A wireless configuration page prints.
Locate the IP address / URL printed on this page, type it into your web browser to access its EWS page.
Open the Network / Wireless tab, click the Wireless option or the Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the steps to connect the pritner to your router.
Press and hold the Cancel button ( ) for more than two seconds. A wireless configuration page prints. note the listed IP.
Right click the USB printer icon within Devices and printers, select Printer Properties. Within the Ports tab create a new Standard TCP/IP port and type the listed IP for this port.
Hope that help, I cannot guide you further within the EWS as I do not have the exact device but you should locate it within the networking area of the EWS
