Changes in contract-data: No delta-record for BW

Hi,
when in transaction VA02, changes are made to contract data (start date, end date), no delta record is generated in datasource 2LIS_11_VAITM. The contract data is stored in table VEDA.
Currently we have an enhanced datasource that gets the dates at extraction time, but changes to contracts afterwards are not generating delta records. Therefore after a while BW is not in sync with ECC R/3.
Is this a known problem, and does anybody have a solution or suggestion?

Hi,
In order to test the above data sources you need to have some employee enter his time details or change the entered time details. That will create some delta records for the planned or actual times. CAT2 transaction should help entering the time details in SAP.

Missing Delta Records for 2LIS_02_ITM & SCL

Hi Experts,
this is how my problem goes.
i have done my set up table filled on 12th Dec 2010 and from that time onwards the delta were running everyday and filling the DSO and Cube.
Accidently by some others PC in prod all my delta loads and the setup table load is being deleted except yesterday in PSA for these 2 extractors and now because of some change i have to do a full load to DSO.
But as the PSA is emply and have only yesterday's request i have, deleted that one as well and done a Init Delta to it and i found out that only the Set up table is comming now and all the deltas in between are missing.
i have tried a full LOAd to PSA and the result is same.
How can i get those missing delta records from 12th Dec last year till today with out doing another set up table fill or Do i have to have fill the set up table again till today and thats the only way? i will set the delta again after that.
Do we have to have all the user locked for the setup table fill (for Queued Delta type) ? Lot of people says yes you have to and others says no you don't require. i got one white paper and it clearly says no user locking is required. please find the link below. what is the correct way?

No Delta records for SRM Confirmations (Extractor - 0BBP_TD_CONF_1)

Hi,
We are getting zero records for delta update from 0BBP_TD_CONF_1 after successfull init w/data.
Delta queue is empty, and no records for delta extraction in RSA3 too in source system. Its sure that data ( changes/new confimations) is entered, but some how they are not updated to BW delta queue.
I saw couple of threads with same issue, but no solutions. If any one has any ideas/suggestions/solutions, please let me know.

Hi,
Did you checked the User exit wether you are doing any manupulations or selections.
since before populating the delta queue we can have our own code to populate the data.
So better check any such code is there in user exit.

How to change the pricing date inthe conditon record access details

Hi Team,
Please help to solve this issue.
When we create a sales order, pricing date will update as creation date and the same date will appear in the condition records access details for all the respective condition type.
In case of sales order is created with reference to Contract then pricing date will update same as from the contract pricing date.
for examaple contract created on 01.01.2014 for the same day if we create the sales order with reference contract then pricng date will update as 01.01.2014 in the sales order.
If we create the sales order example today 19.05.2015 but stil pricing date will update as 01.01.2014 (due to same date available in the contract)
Now my requirment is for one of the condition type ex ZXXX this pricing date should update as sales order creation date (Not all the condition types) in the condition record access.
Please check and let me know ho to solve this issue.

Contract data not getting copied for service ticket follow up complaint.

Hi Experts,
We are creating a complaint as a follow-up document to service ticket . But the contract data is not getting copied.
We contacted SAP and they told us that its a standard behavior .The reply is basically an SAP note
841830 - Contract data not copied to follow-up transaction
My question is is there a way to change this behavior using CRM_COPY_BADI ?
I tried to look for the method which I can implement to get the contract data in items, But I was not able get it .
Please suggest the way to get it working

Please not that the contract determination works fine when creating a new complaint ... but when the I am trying to create a complaint from service ticket the item level contract determination is not working fine ...
We have configured that the contract should be determined at the item level only option `F`.
I checked in one of the sap document that this cant be achieved by standard .

How can I get delta records for Generic Delta

I am using Generic Extractor using View from CATSDB and CATSCO talbes. At the time of modifying and changing records I am unable to get those records in BW despite enabling delta in RSO2 screen. I am able to view those modified and added records in R/3 in tables. Plz help me how I get those records to BW.

After we loaded all the historical data uing full upadate . Implemenattion process is over , But we will have the Transaction data that will raise daily , So we have to store that New / changed data in Delta q , And extract them each day by Delta Update
So we will create an Info packege with the update mode as Delta , And schedule them when to start extraction , So we create the process chain uisng RSPC by giving the Info packege name . And extract the Detla daily as per schedule .

Change load full data to Delta

Hi!!
In the past, we load Full data for a customized DataSourece. Now I changed the DataSource to load delta datas.
This data source was connected a ODS and when I tried to initialize delta process I received the error message. "Full updates already available in ODS 0SAL_DS01 ; Cannot update init./delta".
Someone know, How can I Initialize Delta Process?

ODS does'nt support Full upload and delta upload parallely..........suppose a ODS is getting loaded with delta upload...........then if u do a full upload.........then ODS activation will with this error...........then u have to convert full upload to full repair...........
Go to SE38 >> Program : RSSM_SET_REPAIR_FULL_FLAG...................this program also exists in 3.5.............check it properly............
Check SAP note 689964 ........

Changing proposed delivery date in sales order for one specific sales org

I want to change proposed delivery date in sales order automatically for one specific sales org only without changing lead time in VOV8.
For that can I use MV45AFZZ. But it is asking access key to make changes. Is there any other user exit for the same. And how does exactly change it.

EXIT_SAPFV45E_001 has nothing to do with this - it is meant to update the purchase order from a sales order. It might not even be triggered if the sales order has no link to a purchase order.
USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT is not really good for this either, because the delivery date has to be changed before that. If memory serves, it also influences the schedule lines and probably the ATP check and such. I would strongly advise against it. One of the other routines in MV45AFZZ should do just fine, USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK for example.

I changed my plan and was told it would NOT change my contract date......

I recently changed my plan over the phone with a rep because I initially was going to cancel my service. I was told that I could change my plan and save $40 a month and by changing my plan, it would NOT change my contract end date. I just pulled up my account and not only do I see my end date extended out to another year, but the changes I made were NOT correct. I want this fixed !!!!!

Missing delta records for the Z extractor

Hi,
I have created a Z extractor for the table BUT050 in CRM. I have created a function module and have included the delta logic on CRDAT which is the created date, CRTIM - created time, CHDAT - change date, CHTIM - Change time. I have initialed the delta and started doing the delta loads. I found that there are few missing records in the extractor when compared to the table. I'm attaching my code below.Can anyone please look into it and tell me what the issue is.

Cannot change shift due date in Repayment Structure for Final Repayment

Hi Expert,
For creating new transaction of product type 'Interest Rate Instrument' , In Repayment Structure for Flow type - Final Repayment I want to change working day from the default in "No Shift" to "Next working day" but the screen display in gray color.
In this case i have not been post any flow types to G/L account.
Do you have any ideas or the correct solution to solve my issue?

This is becuase you have settled the instrument. Please reverse the settlement , the required filed will be available for change.

How does the delta works for changes made to Sales Document

Hi Experts,
How does delta for 2LIS_11_VAITM for the changes made to Sales Order Header.....
Example:
If a sales order had 10 line items any changes at the item level are captured by 2LIS_11_VAITM
Could you please update me on how the changes made at Sale Order Header level like Change of contract Date...etc
Does those changes are captured by 2LIS_11_VAITM.......

SAP written lots of programs inside the Extractor, so it is not possible to tell how it will work, so you goto RSA2 in ecc and give the datasource and click on display and see the Function module and debug it you will know.
