Changing expired card details after I authorised a new machine.

I recently installed windows 7 and had to activate my fresh install with my account. When I tried to purchase an app I needed to verify my card details. This card had expired and I have a new one - so I do not remember its security code. I tried to change all the details to match my card but it doesn't seem to allow it.
How do I go about putting my new card details in?

If you get a perfectly working iBook back this time, I don't think you'd have any basis to ask for a complete replacement. Why would they replace a working computer?
However, if I were you, I would call Apple Customer Relations and let them know that if something breaks again, you will be expecting a replacement computer. Be friendly and firm with them. Be prepared with the dates and details of the previous repairs (parts that were replaced, people you talked to on the phone and the length of time you were without your iBook). See what they have to say about that.
If they do agree to replace your computer if it breaks again, there's no guarantee they'll replace your iBook with a MacBook. Those details will have to be worked-out with your Apple Customer Relations contact. (In the U.S., you have to call AppleCare Support, ask to talk to an operator and then ask the operator to connect you to Apple Customer Relations.)

    I have been trying for 4 days to get someone to find out why the change credit card details URL link is missing from my manage account area.     Rahni Verey: i say again, there is nothing wrong with the applications. Its your bloody server that is playing up...there is no option in account management for me to update my credit card details. i already know exactly how to do it!

    Where on your profile can you change your card details, got a new card and I need to apply it to my account, I have gone into profile and there is a part on one of the headers that says you can change your payment details but when you do go into it, there's nothing, nowt, nada, not a thing.

    In a roaming network, your "main" router is the device that would require port mapping/forwarding to be configured in order to access the IP camera from the Internet. This router is also the one that would be provide the private IP address for the camera which you will want to be a static one.
    So as you described your network, the IP cameras should be getting an IP address or you assigned it a static one and this is the address that you would enter in the Private IP address (or equivalent depending on the router used) field when setting up port mapping.
    If you are not able to access this camera from the local network, then this should be troubleshot first.

    Are you not able to log into your account and change your account details e.g. via Store > View My Account on a computer's iTunes ?

    No . I do have that option . I actually lost my card using which I made my old purchases . So now I want to edit the payment info with my new card details .     Your account will be suspended unless you do something about it PDQ. I would recommend phoning them up and selecting the option for the billing department. The billing department are slightly less useless than technical support.

    You should able to. Try tapping on your id in Settings > Store and select 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and your account's page there should be a payment information link (I assume that shows in iOS 4.3.3).
    If not, then on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.
