Chapters in the Revolution theme not appearing

IDVD is not showing the chapter markers with the clips. I know that they are there because an orange frame appears for each of the six I created.

Try this. Open iDvd in a separate user account (if you need instructions just go to the Mac Help menu and type in "separate user account". Let's try to duplicate this issue (or hopefully not) that way we'll narrow it down to software /3rd party plug ins (as opposed to hardware like your graphics card).
Also, did you run apple's software updater? If not, please do so now. Let us know what SW Updater recommends (if anything) prior to installing any updates.

Nope, it either needs to be plugged in or turned on with the power button.
A replacement iPhone 4 is $149, but at least the whole phone is replaced.

After installing FF 6.02 on Windows 7, the icon does not appear on the desktop and the program does not appear in the All Programs menu

I just received a new laptop running windows 7 home premium and wanted to install Firefox on it. I tried to install the most recent version. When i installed 6.0.2, the icon did not appear on my desktop (it was a hidden file in my desktop folder) and the program group does not appear in the start menu's All Programs list. The program *does* run though, at least it did a few times. This happened whether i installed as administrator or not. Installing firefox 3.6.22, though, DID create the program group and desktop icon, and upgrading from there removed them again. installing other programs (e.g. vlc, trillian, etc.) did not cause this behavior. I also tried this both with and without McAfee's realtime protection running.

Some people have found that an app (usually iBooks for some reason) hasn't appeared on a homescreen until after the iPad has been reset and has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
Also depending on what the app is have you got an age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it ?

I am unable to work on docs in adobe as the toolbar does not appear when I tap on the doc.

how do I get my adobe to work? I open the doc in adobe but cant work on the doc. the toolbar does not appear when I tap in the middle. All contact us help leads to nowhere. the e mails from support cant be replied to. is there another app that one couls use to download doc and actually be able to work on them?

We need help to understand what hapen with the consult of vendor XXXXX
When we consult this vendor on transaction FK10N we see the information detailed on the attached file.
But when I try to do the clearing and try the transaction F-44, the re-document not appear available to do the clearing.
But when I try to do the clear vendor on F-44 the documents ( 4000000419   1700000135 and 1500000456 ) not appear and I not understand why?
But this Document No's are seen in FBL1N as a Open Items and also as a Cleared Items, But not able to see in F-44

I Checked SE11 REGUP table, if the documents You don't see by F-44 are already contained into a payment proposal.
If Yes, You should delete the F110 payment proposal to see them by F-44.
I deleted the payment proposal, even though Iam not able to see the docuements in F-44. what to do?
I Checked the table BSIK and Also BSAK it is showing this docu nos.

I am unable to sign with Digital signature using a .PFX file. The button does not appear.

Regarding your first question about bookmarks, I think you discovered the answer in when you pressed the address bar. The second tab there has your bookmarks.
As for the keyboard, I'm not sure why your Firefox is reacting so slowly; mine seems to show keyboards even when I don't want them. If you have accumulated a lot of history, perhaps that's an issue?
Did you use any third party software to move your Firefox data from internal memory to the storage card?

Just doing this for my sister since she's has not been able to do so. From what she said, after she tried to update her iPhone 3G with the latest update, it came up with a message saying "the SIM card inserted in the iPhone does not appear to be supported." She also said that she tried to go through her phone but something came up where there was the itunes logo and the USB cord pointing toward it. We have tried going to the AT&T and Apple store but they just keep insisting that she purchases the new iphone. Because of that I am sure that they could fix our problem but they just want to sell the latest toy. Now, I've been searching through google and it keeps telling me to download some programs that will jailbreak it but I don't really trust downloading things off of the internet (unless I know they're safe). You seem to have a carrier-locked iPhone. Only the operator can help you unlock it. You need to contact them for instructions.

SIM card inserted in the phone does not appear to be supported?

I have an Iphone 4 and I got the email form ATT telling me I could unlock it, after I sent them a request. I did all the steps and the "Congratulations, your Iphone is unlocked" message did not show up in Itunes. Instead, it went to the "The SIM card inserted in the phone does not appear to be supported. Only compatible SIM cards from a supported Carrier may be used to activate Iphone." I have a Tmobile SIM card that I want to activate my phone under, but as of right now, I don't think my Iphone 4 is unlocked.
I tried the Apple support guide to this message, but there isn't a restore button for this. What should I do?!

I'm going to assume that you use only one Apple ID so the two things that I can think of are to quite all processes and restart all devices and then try to sync those apps again. Quit iTunes, restart your computer and the iPad and then try to sync the apps again.
The other thing would be to try to reset your iTunes account by signing in and out of the account on the iPad. Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad and then sign in to your account and try again.

After you Restore from backup, sync the iPhone.

Make sure the Mute button is not selected.

Name of the attachment is not appearing in the mail!

I am using the FM SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 to send the mail with an XSL attachment, it is working fine but the problem is the name of the XSL attachment is not appearing, please see the below code how i am using

The mail app will not display fillable form fields in PDF files that can be seen in real PDF apps. I say real PDF apps because the form fields in PDF apps will not appear in the iBooks app either. IMO, iBooks is not a real PDF app.
So, I would say that the mail app cannot differentiate between hidden and non hidden items

On 3 different PC and 3 different iPad 2 when I installed iTunes 11.1 Windows Autoplay recognise the iPad but iTunes do not.
The device does not appear in iTunes and thus neither synchronisation nor backup are possible.
Reverting to the previous version of iTunes solved the issue.
However with IOS 7 iTunes 11.1 is required and I am back with the same issue. Could you please help?

If you try syncing with iTunes again, perhaps the phantom album will be erased since it does not exist on the computer.
Have you tried restarting or maybe resetting the iPad to see if the album will disappear?
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

I understand that you are having issues with your music displaying correctly. This may be an issues with the metadata stored within that song, and iTunes interpretation of that info.
