COD2 and Alchemy - Don't have 5.1 sound and E

I've installed Creative Alchemy software and "Transmuted" the COD2. When i try to change sound settings on COD2 to EAX 3, it'schange again to?"Miles Fast 2D...". I can't get 5. sound without turn on the "X-Fi CMSS-3D". ?I've the 2 files (Alchemy) on the main folder of COD2, but i think it doesn't working. I found the solution!?You've to change to "Game Mode" on Creative Audio Console, and then in COD2 change the sound settings to EAX!?Problem fixed!?The only thing I've to complain?was no one give me an answer! I had to find the fix myself! :angry:Message Edited by Falorca on 03-08-2007:22 AM

As to your issue, go to:

Click "Manage My Account", sign in, and go to the Password and Security section. If you've forgotten your answers, there should be a link just under the security questions fields where you can have a reset email sent to your Rescue email address. If the link for the email doesn't appear, as can happen if you didn't set a rescue email address or (apparently) have a .Mac email address, see the user tip created by Kappy, another user here, on how to proceed:

Note that Apple has not yet released any of their producst in Iran - in fact until recently they were prohibited by US law from doing so. They have no iTunes Store in Iran and you are not allowed to use another country's iTunes Store from outside of that country, so Apple Support may not be able to do anything to help you.

No. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

There are two different LR’s, one with a serial-number licensing and one with a CC-signin license.
You should uninstall the serial-number LR you have installed, then
Quit the CC Desktop application,
Restart the CC Desktop application—this will rescan what you have installed and not see LR,
LR will now be on the CC Desktiop apps list, so install that.

I'm trying to compile a population genetic software program onto my Mac Lion. It was originally compiled to Tiger and worked beautifully. But now I'm getting an error 'library not found for -lglut', and now I'm trying to figure out how to download the library. I've installed the command line code for Xcode, and am thinking I possibly missed installing the libraries. I could be very wrong here... all I know is that I'm no longer near the people I would ask to help me with this so I'm asking you! Thanks in advance for any help! I guess my questions are: 1) where can I download the glut (potentially OpenGL) libraries (if I don't have them already)? And 2) once downloaded, how do I install it so the makefile will compile my program (in terminal, not Xcode)? Cheers,

Why am I being told that a JPEG file that I made changes to in Photoshop 6 (CS6) can't be saved? The message I get says that either the file is locked and I don't have permission to execute this or another program is using this file.

i recently purchased a 21.5 iMac with Yosemite (10.10.1) and was disappointed to discover that my CS6 programs are not functioning correctly. I am unable to use the "Save As" command when making changes to a JPEG file in Photoshop. The message I get says that either another program is using the file or it is locked and I don't have permission to execute that command. I'm experiencing a similar problem in Bridge when trying to move an unwanted file to the Trash. Again, I get a message telling me that i don't have permission to do this. Lastly, I'm unable to open any Camera Raw files. Any suggestions? I had no problems with the Mavericks OS on my old iMac and although it's much slower, I'm tempted to go back to using my old iMac. At this point, I feel as if I've just wasted $2300+ (tax included).

Back up all data before proceeding.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership, permissions, and access controls to the default. If you've intentionally set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. I don't think you can connect a printer since you won't have the printer drivers. I use FingerPrint from collobos.com to print to my non-AirPrint printers.

When I go to the crash report page the signature is null for ALL the crash reports. Is there any solution other than uninstall this version and try to install an eariler version? I don't have many add-ons and they never caused a problem before.

Every since I updated to version 4 my browser has been constantly crashing, especially when I have a few tabs open. I need to give up on this version. My computer is windows XP sp3. Can I uninstall version 4 and install an earlier version and still get my add-ons? I don't have many, but xmarks and firebug are important to me.

Try to uninstall the current Java version and maybe delete the Java installation folder (C:\Java) if that didn't work.

From which folder did you delete the extensions.* files?
Firefox should have recreated at least extensions.rdf.
