  • Is it possible to maintain a common Task list in a Site?

    Hi All,
    I have a site call HR ePortal with more than 1 SharePoint-Hosted Apps. These apps having list and workflow. Can I maintain a Common Task List in HR ePortal Site for all Apps? If this is possible where I have to maintain the each Apps List, inside the
    Apps solution or should create each Apps list in the site.
    If I maintain the Task List in site , is it possible to create workflow with that Task List using visual studio 2012?
    Thank you.
    S.Shangar

    HI,
    Yes, you can maintain common task list for apps and it is better to put the apps list in the site and you can access these easily from the app code.
    Regarding workflow, yes you can create workflows using visual studio with the common task list.

    What are the steps to define task list for my project?

  • No valid task list for material ""  plant "" for selection criteria

    I am getting the following error while creating a production order:
    No valid task list for material ""  plant "" for selection criteria
    Does anyone know how to fix this?
    thanks,
    Scott

    Dear,
    1. Check in Order type dependent parameter - OPL8, select your Plant & Order type. In this check the task list, it should be N. then selection priority in OPJF settings
    2. Chek the routing valid from date for this material by CA02. The production order start date must be between valid date.
    3)Kindly check the routing header.Whether it is for usage 1 and Release status '4'
    4) Task list we maintain in OP8B please check and come back.

  • Extend task list for new planning plant

    Hi Gurus,
    I have 40 task lists for a planning plant 1000. I want to extend them for a new planning plant 2000. Is there any method to do it without usnig BDC or LSMW?
    Regards,
    VM

    Hello VM,
    No it is not possible to simply extend the Task list.
    You can copy the same for different planning plant. But if it is not so much necessary, Make other as Maintenance Plant rather than Planning plant.

  • Separate panel or task list for mimized and not-minimized windows

    I am using OpenBox and I am looking into how to have two task lists (or panels), one with minimized windows and second with non-minimized windows. xfce-panel can show only minimized windows, but cannot show only non-minimized windows.
    Is there any panel/task list which can do this?

    xpixelz wrote:All what I found right now is that you may set properties on windows you don't want to show up in taskbar playing a little with "wmctrl -r yourapp -b toggle,skip_taskbar" and "-b toggle,skip_pager".
    wmctrl -r :ACTIVE: -b toggle,skip_taskbar is interesting possibility. I can use wmctrl to apply skip_taskbar to do custom "archive" command - minimize and apply skip_taskbar. But only way how to list such a "archived" windows and possible unminimize + remove skip_taskbar would be custom Openbox pipe menu. It is a way, but I was hoping for simpler one.

  • Not able to create a Task List for Charm Retrofit

    Hi All,
    we are trying to implement retrofit for our client. Created two projects one for implementation and one id maintenance and defined the system landscape for both.
    I have checked the RFC connection for all the systems involved and all works fine. IMG projects are created successfully for both.
    Problem comes when we are creating a maintanance cycle or task list after activating the change request management. We always get a logon screen after giving the name of task list and press ok. First we thought it could be the trusted RFC issue but trusted RFC for the current user is working fine.
    Could anyone know what is the problem and if you faced the same issue pls share your experience what all did you try to rectify it.
    Thanks
    Tripti

    Hi,
    BC sets are active. I have already checked, it ended up in warning but its general we can avoid it. One thing which we found out was thi error when I am checking the application log for the project
    System cancel RFC destination SM_GTDCLNT020_TMW, Call TMW_SET_PROJECT_SWITCHES: No authorization to change file /usr/sap/gttrans/a ctlog/GTDZP000XX.GTD
    I don't understand what exactly is this error about but informed the authorization team regarding this.
    Any idea?

  • Can you retrieve a task list for a user without specifying that user's connection settings?

    Hi
    I would like to know if it is possible to obtain a list of workspace tasks for a user of my choice. In the following code, taken from the relevant quickstart, I am able to retrieve a list of tasks for "administrator" because it is the "administrator" settings specified in the connection properties when obtaining an instance of ServiceClientFactory. If I wanted to obtain a list of tasks for user "greg", for example, is there a way I can do this without having to specify the settings for "greg" in the connection properties? I tried to invoke the setUserId() method of the TaskFilter interface but no tasks are returned for user "greg" in that scenario. The aforesaid user has 3 tasks assigned to him. If I specify the user name and password for "greg" in connection settings, I am able to retrieve his list of tasks successfully. However, this is undesirable because I want to be able to retrieve a list of tasks for any user of my choice, by passing a parameter. Is that possible? Code follows:
    //Start of code
    import com.adobe.idp.dsc.clientsdk.ServiceClientFactory;
    import com.adobe.idp.dsc.clientsdk.ServiceClientFactoryProperties;
    import com.adobe.idp.taskmanager.dsc.client.TaskManagerClientFactory;

    Paul,
    Thanks very much, I never tried just asking for the parameter I was looking at the entire list coming back from a query with no filters. Using the DBMS_LDAP package you can in fact get their GUID.
    I understand your concern for the use of the field and for other reasons have moved to a different identifier to tie OID accounts to our internal application user accounts.
    Thanks very much, I'm still glad to know how to do get at the info.

  • How to get failed tasks list for a user in OIM.

    Hi All,
    Can anybody please suggest me a way to get list of task that got failed(when a user trying to provision to a resource) in OIM using java code.
    Thanks in Advance.
    SP.

    Use the code snippet below to get the task status. Based on this you can filter rejected tasks.
    userintf = (tcUserOperationsIntf) ioUtilityFactory.getUtility("Thor.API.Operations.tcUserOperationsIntf");
    provintf = (tcProvisioningOperationsIntf)ioUtilityFactory.getUtility("Thor.API.Operations.tcProvisioningOperationsIntf");
    long userKey=100;
    tcResultSet userresultSet = userintf.getObjects(userKey);
    for(int i=0;i<userresultSet.getRowCount();i++)
         userresultSet.goToRow(i);
         long processKey = userresultSet.getLongValue("Process Instance.Key");
         tcResultSet provresultSet = provintf.getProcessDetail(processKey);
         for(int j=0; i<provresultSet.getRowCount();j++)
              provresultSet.goToRow(j);
              String taskName = provresultSet.getStringValue("Process Definition.Tasks.Task Name");
              String taskStatus = provresultSet.getStringValue("Process Instance.Task Details.Status");
    Let me know if you have any queries...

  • Getting the task list for a user

    i´ve created a bpel project in which all i do is a simple human workflow asssined to user1. Next i want to create a jsp in which i list the tasks assigned to that user for which i looked into the tutorial 10.UserTasks.
    The difference between the example in there is that the active bpel is the TaskManager in my case it just opens the TaskActionHandler.
    Now when i look into the exmple in listTasks.jsp it uses
    ITask[] tasks = worklist.listTasksByAssignee( "[email protected]" );
    when i set the user to user1 it returns no tasks, even though i can see 3 tasks opened.
    any clues? any pointers would be appreciated.
    gabriel

    Hi,
    In 10.1.2 the TaskManager is replaced with the TaskActionHandler.
    You don't necessarily have to build a JSP to access tasks - you can use the out of the box sample worklist. This can be accessed at:
    http://localhost:9700/integration/worklistapp/Login
    However, if you would like to create your own worklist, you will have to use the new 10.1.2 Worklist apis.
    These are documented in Chapter 14 and Chapter 16 of the BPEL developers guide.
    You can also find the javadoc at
    ORABPEL_HOME\integration\orabpel\docs\workflow
    To see a sample you can look at the VacationRequest or the HelpDeskRequest sample

  • Creating a query for task list operations

    hello all
    I checked the forum for similar questions but could not find any.
    I am trying to create a task list for the following:
    1) specific plant
    2) generic task list
    3) specific group counter
    4) specific operations type (filtered by control keys)
    in the display I also include the dependencies of the operations.
    I also need to link the task list to a specific class and extract the characteristics value from the class, based on the task list (I think this is better with infoset: if so, in a second stage).
    I am using tables
    1)PLKO and PLPO joined by PLNTY and PLNNR
    2) CUOB, joined to PLPO by KNOBJ and CUKB joined to CUOB by KNNUMfor the dependencies
    the results tho, gave me operations that did not exist in the task list so I discovered that there were change masters to the task lists and I added table AENR, outer joined to PLKO by AENNR where I excluded inactive changes.
    I still do not get correct results.
    I do not get all the active change masters related to a task list, I do not manage to get the task list without changes and also the related operations and dependencies are not correct.
    can someone help?

    Hi alisa,
    Onethng was not yet touched upon in the discussion sofar. If you are not getting all the records those should come, then you need to try LEFT OUTER JOIN  between tables by trial. (Trial means LOJ is not accepted on adjacent tables.) I hope you know that the default connection between fields of 2 tables in through INNER JOIN.  You need to right click on this line and select LOJ for making it LOJ. This brings you all the records which are being filtered due to IJ (if any).
    Try this, if you haven't done already.

  • CHARM- No task list found for implementation project

    Hi All,
    I created an implementation project, and created a task list for the implementation project.
    But when i create a change request with normal correction, The Task list is not getting displayed.
    I am facing a conflict also, When i directly create a correction document without creating a change request. I am getting the task list for implementation project.
    Why is it am getting the task list for Implementation project in correction document and not in change request.
    When i tried to explore. found that in change request it is getting the list of maintenance cycles(Maintenance projects) and not the tasklist for other type of projects.
    Our customized flows are all dependent on the change request. So Is there any configuration i can do to get the task list of implementation project also in the list.
    Kindly guide on this issue.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Subhashini.

    Hi Xavier,
    I  was also checking that one only.
    For the standard transaction type SDCR, it is working perfectly as you toldh when i select development(Implementation).
    But the problem is, here we have customized SDCR to ZDCR with our follow up documents.
    When i try to include the Code group of implementation(Implmntn), Nothing is happening.
    The subject is getting included in the list. but iam getting only the list of maintenance project only.
    I have made the changes in copy nsontrol also. but i dont see any difference.
    I could not able to trace where exactly i need to do the customizing to bring the list of implementation projects in my change request(ZDCR) when i select the subject( Project-implementation(SDMI))
    Kindly advice.
    Regards,
    Subhashini.
