Are you referring to files that you've uploaded to your Acrobat.com online account, and then deleted? If you've deleted them from your online account, we have no way of recovering them, I'm afraid.

Que tal Eric, Mira despues de una ardua busqueda se cual es el problema, lamentablemente es la MainBoard (La tarjeta principal del iPhone) pero te cuento que aun asi logre restaurarlo, tuve que dejarlo casi una semana en DFU MODE (Pantalla Negra) y se descargo por completo luego baje un programa llamado "redsn*w" la ultima version y en la parte de Extas> Even More> Restore pude restaurarlo. Cabe mencionar que la alegria solo me duro unos cuantos dias, porq de alli se me volvio a apagar asi que el mismo procedimiento, estuve buscando una tarjeta madre en tiendas online, pero basicamente es como comprar otro iphone!, Espero que te sirva de algo a mi me funciono, pero como sabras, algunos les funciona algunas cosas y a otros no, espero que si te funcione! Dos cosas:
Estas seguro que tienes el 3GS y no el 3G. El 3G no se puede actualizar mas alla de 4.1.2? A lo mejor tienes el 3GS
En todo caso, tu sintoma da indicios de que el telefono fue hackeado. Es esa la situacion? -

Errors 3000-3999 (3004, 3013, 3014, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the update server (gs.apple.com) on ports 80 or 443.
Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software is not interfering with ports 80 or 443, or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow Troubleshooting security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network. -
Error 3014 Ipad 2 Update from ios 4.3.5 to ios 5.0.1
As the title says... I have been trying to update my Ipad to ios 5.0.1 and I keep getting the error (3014), althought my iTunes is updated to the last version, my windows is fully updated, my Ipad is directly connected to my PC's USB... I even tryed to check my host file, everything seems fine, I even tryied to update with Antivirus and Firewall disabled... nothing seems to work, and the question I keep asking is, can my Ipad 2 even update to ver 5.0.1?
Any suggestions?

I tried to update my iPad 2 with the iOS 6.0. Now I am stuck in restore mode. I get "unknown" errors 3014 and sometimes -1. Any ideas?
Try a hard reset: hold the power and home buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears.

Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build" - Apple Support
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Getting itouch out of recovery mode and getting past error 3014
Help!! My iTouch is stuck in recovery mode with a picture of the iTunes logo and a USB cord on the screen. When I plug it in, iTunes says it dtects a device in recovery mode and that it needs to be restored. I click restore and an error 3014 comes up that says an unknown error occured. I have done the following:
-Tried to update it in DFU mode- will not go.
-Updated my version of iTunes
-Restarted the computer
-Tried to modify the Host settings in Notepad, but it will not let me save any changes. It currently does not have a line about apple

The "device may need service" means a hardware problem. In that case make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
