Compile one by one, or all .java-files at once?

I just wanted to know if i have to, or if i can compile all java-files from a package, at the same time, or if i can compile first one file, and then the next.
I ask, because till now i only tried java-applets with 1 .java-file...but now i am doing a bigger project, but i just don't get it to work =((...it won't even compile....so i hope u can help me...

Doesn't sound like any hard drive failure to me - more a Finder preference.
Finder -> Preferences -> General -> Show these items on the desktop -> Hard disks
The startup disk is sometimes treated differently from other disks (such as external and network disks) and I'm guessing this is a simple preference setting, although I might be wrong.

All java files directory

I need to know all java files directory by sample:
/System/Library/Java/Support/CoreDeploy.bundle/Contents/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin
etcetera.
I have deleted them all and i don't rember where those file where located, if i knew i would go to another mac computer and paste them to mine, because since i have delethed them all, i can't open safari, mail or app store and i don't want to reinstall the OS.

Deleting programs with all containing files at once

how can i uninstall an application wich concists of many small files spreaded all over the harddisc?? Do i have to search for all those files separately?? Or is there a way to remove a program with all the files at once???

CleanApp is definitely something I'm gonna keep a tab on, looks to work very well and it never hurts to have another option. For the number of people I have asking how to uninstall some apps within OS X this should be a great alternative.
One question (as I don't have a mac of my own to test this with) I have though is: Can CleanApp be used to remove Apple core applications like garageband and sherlock...things that may have come with OS X that I KNOW I'm never gonna use...

How to compile and publish after modified a .java file?

I am a newbie to Business Object. I am now working on a server that installed BusinessObjects Enterprise, to develop and run BO reports. I need to edit some java codes of the InfowView. I found that there are some .java, .class, .jar files under the installed folder. I know that it is a struts framework and I can find which .java file to edit, but I don't know how to compile and publish the codes. Is it necessary to install any development tool to do it?

Since you are using CSV, you can read a line at a time and then use String.split() on it. One you have it split, you upload to your DB using JDBC or if your in the MS world and cannot get a JDBC driver, then use the JDBC/ODBC bridge.

If i have deleted my local files, how can i download all my files at once from the creative cloud server?

My creative cloud files have all been deleted on my machine, all put in the trash (not by me!) I've recovered some but I want to download everything from the creative cloud server before I sync again. is there anyway to do this? or do I have to download every single file individually, which would take hours......
I can see all my files on the cloud server but can't figure out why it has dumped all my local files in the trash.

Just to add that, I had exactly the same issue this morning, so it is certainly a more widespread problem rather than an isolated case.
For Adobe's benefit, here's a summary of what happened for me:
All cloud files automatically moved to trash on turning my computer on and auto syncing. All folders remained, but empty.
Files still existed online through the browser, in the Files section and had not been put into Archive.
When I got home to my personal Mac, the exact same situation happened as above. Though I made sure to do a backup before connecting to wifi and allowing it to sync!
Tried signing out and deleting the Creative Cloud files folder, then signing in again, hoping it would re-sync and create all my files again to match what was online, but it just created the directory of empty folders again.
Was on a call with support for an hour which was painful, with them taking control of my screen but having no idea what to do to fix it.
As with you guys, I'd like to download all my files again (not including Archive), but as a batch and not one by one online! Hopefully the sync will fix and download the lot again automatically.
Have you worked out what's wrong yet Adobe?

Okay, I think some of you must know that in WinAmp when viewing your library you can right click and highlight "Remove" and then click "Remove all Dead Files"

You need to have a gmail account.
Gmail can handle a vcard file that contains multiple contacts
In a next step you can then synch the BB with Gmail including mail, contacts and calendar.
Maybe this is an option (I quite like it as I always ave my contacts stored in the cloud and in case my BB is broken I do not care as I am not loosing anything...

Add bookmarks to all pdf files at once using javascript or apple script

I have a folder containing pdf files of a survey.
There is also a 'surveyname.pdf' file which consists of a number of pages.
These pages have to be bookmarked for easy reference.There is a 'dummy.pdf' file which has all the bookmarks of the survey pages. I am using Adobe Acrobat 7.0 to open this file.
There are also some map pdf's in the same folder.
How can I add the bookmarks that are in the 'dummy.pdf' file to all the other pdf files in the same folder at once instead of doing one at a time which consumes a lot of time for 100-120 files?
I use extendscript toolkit for writing the javscript or applescript code.
I would be grateful if anyone could help me in solving this.

I no longer use .doc files because I've switched to the OpenDocument format. so how can I use the spolight to find all files that end with a .doc extension and delete them all at once? Thanks.

Use the excellent EasyFind, and make a search for
.doc
(only files). This should show a list of all your .doc files. Select them, and move them to Trash or destroy them directly from the EasyFind window.
Do not "Select All" before you make sure (in the Kind or Where columns for example), which are the ones you want to delete.

How to edit all PDF files at once

I am a student and have to print all the slides from the lectures. However, the slides have this huge blue block on the top that I would like to remove because it needs a lot of ink. After that, I have to make the font black. My problem is that I do not want to do this procedure with every single slide. Is there a way to do it for all at once?
I used to convert the PDF file into a PPT file and removed the background. However, if you convert a PDF file that contains functions or equations, the PPT-file won't show them in the right way.

I want all three files to compiled successfully.If it is compiled only then I will continue on Unmarshalling process

I suspect you are trying to compile the files one by one. You may also be trying to compile them disregarding the package structure.
From your post, I gather these files are in the package: com.geindustrial.sqms
Therefore, if they are not so already, put them under a directory structure:
com/geindustrial/sqms
and then compile with:
javac com/geindustrial/sqms/AddCtq.java com/geindustrial/sqms/Ctq.java com/geindustrial/sqms/VariableData.java
(The above is all on one line.)
