Compiling c++ files for windows

I have a c++ program that I would like to compile windows binaries for. I have tried installing mingw32-gcc, and using g++, but when I run the binaries (in wine or from windows), I get errors that certain .dll files are not found. Is there additional configuration needed to set up mingw32? Or should I be using a completely separate compiler. Thanks in advance!

I am having the same problem. I did download the two files and started the .exe file. The .exe file appears to run downloading files. When the bar is full the window dissapears without any options. Both files are in the same folder. any thoughts?

I appreciate your answer. While it might work, I'm a bit hesitant to remove the other programs as a possible solution since they are all currently working.
With Acrobat 9 Pro failing with the OS 10.7 upgrade, I'm hoping that there is a less severe solution.
Since the trigger appears to be 10.7 and may have something to do with the discontinued support of Rosetta, I could be spending a few hours working on a reinstall without a change. Yes, it might work. The "might" is the part that makes me hesitate.
Is anyone else out there on OS 10.7 and running Acrobat 9 Pro? Any issues with anyone else?

I'm applying patch on EBS 11.5.9, now it's compiling jsp file for about 1hours.

It is normal for compiling JSP files to run for more than 1 hour, which depends on the hardware resources you have. So, I would suggest you wait and see if the job completes successfully.

Windows 8.1 Preview cannot be uninstalled. However, if what you want is to remove Windows completely, start up in OS X, open Boot Camp Assistant (in /Applications/Utilities) and follow the steps to remove the Windows partition.

Encoding iMovie files for Windows Media Player

I edit audio/video in iMovie (currently the only program I have) and need to output for streaming on the internet. Most of our subscribers are using older versions of Windows Media Player and as I understand won't be able to play MP4. I couldn't play the MP4 using Windows Media Player 9.0, "invalid format" error.
What software could I use to convert MP4 to a format for streaming on the internet that our subscribers play using WMP? Should I save the file out of iMovie in a different format to convert?
I have Adobe Media Encoder 4.2.0.006 but my options are h.264 or flash, got error messages when I tried to "Edit Export Settings".

Boot file for Windows 7 missing after windows 10 installation.

Hello,
Recently for the purpose of evaluation, i installed Windows 10 enterprise technical preview on a VHD mounted on a machine running Windows 7 64bit ultimate. Installation process went well but since then I cannot log onto windows 7 itself.
Machine loads directly to windows 10 without giving any option to choose the OS. When I checked the system configurations there is only one boot file displayed - windows technical preview - there is no sign of windows 7 boot file.
Wondering if anyone else experience any such issues.
If yes then how to solve this issue.

Can you give us more information about your situation?
Based on my understanding, you create a Native Boot to VHD on Windows 7 machine, right?
If so, this would be a mistake on deleting boot entry.
I would like to know if you can get the Windows 7 system partition in current disk management. If so, we can use following command to add a boot entry.
bcdboot F:\windows
F: represents the Windows 7 Operating system letter.

Where is the .iso file for Windows 8?

I bought the ugprade for windows 8, and ran "Windows8-UpgradeAssistant"
It scanned my computer, all was good to go. I finished downloading something... (I assumed it was windows8)
But once I finished everything, it gave me a shortcut on my desktop called "Install Windows"
When I run that shortcut, it gives me 2 options:
-Install now
-Install later from your desktop
This is what I see everytime I run that shortcut file.
Where can I find my .iso file??
(Note, my current computer is not the computer I want to install Win8. I'm upgrading now so that I can get the ISO file and save it for later use when I get my new computer)

YEAAHH!! I did it! I just made a transfer of a .band folder from my PC to my iPhone through iExplorer!
This was my steps
1. Download iExplorer and install it. Connect your iPhone
2. Find the folder "com.apple.mobilegarageband" in iExplorers browser
3. Drag and drop your folder .band to the folder "Documents". (!! Your'e not done yet!)
4. In GarageBand on your iPhone press the plus-button as you would start a new song. Choose "Copy from iTunes". Choose your imported song.
5. Start rockin'
I've searched 5 hours to find this solution and man am I glad to finally have my songs back!!

Compiler fails to compile the file for iOS

I have been on porting a flash project on the iOS platform. At first I was able to convert small files to iOS without any error. But when i started compile a big file (fla of around 5-6 MB and 100-120 .as files) for the same it gave me an error.
Error creating files.
ERROR: formatting double using non-ecmascript rules.
Please if anyone knows why this happens please let me know. I have been behind this file for a while now.
