Complete cycle for queue

Hello,
Can anyone point me to right direction as to how we can follow a queue genereted for CRM server? If I look at transaction SMWMQUEUES, I can see the site ID, queue name, entries etc. If I click on entries, I can get more details about specific outbound queue. But is there a table where I can see the actual changes that are related to this particular queue or even find the activity so that I can check the change log?

Hi,
There is a transaction called SMWMCOMM , which is called a communication monitor, where all the mobile queues can be monitored and tracked session by session.(Basically to track the cycle of the mobile queues.)
With the help of the above transaction,
You can not only track the CRM Mobile queues but also the check messages processed in the queues.
The SMWMCOMM tranaction is very helpful to track the status of the queues as well.
The other ways are :
To track the CRM queues using SMOHQUEUE and CMWQ transactions.
And Ofcourse the SMQ1 and SMQ2- Outbound queue and Inbound transactions.
The Bottom line could be to debug the queue to achieve best results in tracing the queue cycle.
I believe that the SMWMCOMM transaction will help you to track the cycle of the queues.

  • Procure to Asset  Complete Cycle

    Does anybody know all setups required to complete cycle from creating an item for asset ,creating PO, transfering asset to FA(rather than inventory) and paying this invoice etc .does any body have this test cycle-

    1.Create an item that is purchasable but not inventory item and assign and expense account which is equal asset clear account the asset category of your choice.
    2.Assign asset category to the item in the item master
    3.Enter a PO for this item
    4.Make sure accrue on receipt is not checked (which should be by default)
    5.Check the distributions that the account is defaulting as the account you have chosen in the item master
    5.Approve the PO
    6.Match the PO to the invoice and see that the account that you have used in the PO distributions defaults into the invoice distributions.
    7.Track as an asset flag should be checked here as well
    8.Validate and account the PO and transfer that to GL.
    9.Run the Mass Additions Create
    10.Run Mass Additions Post in FA
    11.Asset should be created.

  • Distribution cycle for cost centers

    Hi,
       I have created a distribution cycle for cost centers using SKF. I have even created document using KB31N. based on this document the sender  should have some amount after executing the distribution cycle, but here the sender value is completely distributed to recievers leading to incorrect results.
    Can any one help me solve this?

    You use allocation rules to determine how amounts and quantities are allocated between sender objects (sender values) and receiver objects (receiver tracing factor). The rules for the allocation types are made up of sender and receiver rules.

    Posted amounts
    Fixed amounts
    Fixed rates
    Receiver rules

  • Reports 6i development for Queue Manager

    I'm trying to write reports to run from the Queue Manager and am having a truly horrible time. I am able to write complete reports and run them from my desk top, but when I try to run them on the Manager, they have problems at least 8 times out of ten - and then everytime it is back to the drawing board to redesign the report. The error messaging is also not up to scratch - please tell me what 'REP 1212 - Object 'Margin' is not fully enclosed by it's enclosing object 'dept_name' ' means. I understand the message, but it is just plain rubbish - I have built reports the same way many times without problems. The real answer I am looking for is 'Is there a standards document on designing for Queue Manager' ?

    Marc,
    There shouldn't be a difference running the report from the queue manager vs. from the command line as long as all of your parameters are the same. The rep-1212 error you are getting sounds like a report that was designed for bitmap being run with mode=character. You would see this difference between the command line and queue manager if from the command line you are running the report with mode=bitmap (or default if your report already has mode as default or bitmap) and run with mode=character in the queue manager. It seems to me that there is probably a difference in how the reports are being run rather than how you've designed them. I'd discuss the issue with Support so they can go into more detail with you.

    I was wrong - the OS is 10.6.8. Is that old, too? I don't know where to find the version of iphoto I had and which one is trying to upgrade. Where would I find that. I restarted and still the same message.

    During this time, the iphoto file is unavailable, all options greyed out.
    I have an external hard drive connected and time machine is on.

    a) Stand alone program: you can directly call the form in the print program itself using function module generated by smartform when it is activated.
    b) If it likned to transaction then you can attach it using Output type . These will be configured in NACE transaction
    3) In the NACE transaction itself you can attched program. Or you can check TNAPR table . Give the SFORM (Smartform name) you will get Print program and Output typem configured in NACE
    4)Output type is used to attach Print medium for smartfrom like print output, email, Fax etc..
    5)Develop smartform, Develop print progra,  Configure it in NACE transaction , Then configure the messages in corresponding transaction

    I have web application deployed on WebLogic 8.1 SP 4 cluster which is seriously loaded (~30 concurrent users) and periodically I get such messages wrote to log file:
    <Apr 2, 2007 10:11:54 AM EDT> <Error> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000337> <ExecuteThread: '51' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default' has been busy for "233" seconds working on the request "Http Request: /myurl/some_jsp.jsp", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "180" seconds.>
    As far as I could find from BEA documentation these messages mean that some threads (it is ExecuteThread#51 here) are runned for too long time.
    I've made a thread dump and found that for a few (10-15min) thread is doing the same work:

  • Delivery completed indicator for Service purchase order item

    Want to check the PO item for services already delivery completed.
    Field EKPO-ELIKZ (delivery completed indicator) is for material line item, is there a equavalent field for Service line item?
    What field /how to to check for a service line item in Purchase order already delivery completed ?

    For material:
    Delivery completion (DCI) tick available at line item level for each material (EKPO- ELIKZ)so you can check for the each material in PO the DCI is available or not.
    For Services:
    As Service code (Service line items) are maintained in details screen of Header line item. So whenever the DCI (Delivery completion indicator) marked for that Header line item it means that all the service line items are marked as DCI for that Header line.
    DCI indicator can mark manually in Change PO mode and automatically when service entry done as final for that Header line.
    So you can check the DCI for service same way as you do for material

  • Delivery completed indicator for STO cannot be set!

    Dear colleagues,
    There are number of STO’s those goods issue quantity > quantity of goods received. Because of this delivery completed indicator cannot be set due to message “06 848 - Delivery completed indicator cannot be set for item XXXXX”.
    There is an OSS note (167795) that allows to set delivery completed indicator for such purchase orders. Even though our SAP release is 6.04, report RM06EV70 does not exist (yet BADI ME_ARCHIVE_ACTIVE is active) in the system and OSS note cannot be implemented.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Find STO created for which plant in t.code:ME23N and check MRP parameter maintained for that plant in t.code:OPPQ( also check entry of that plant in t.code: OMCD).
    Also cross check which Field Selection Key assigned to your STO PO document type and check “Delivery completed" indicator” available as Optional entry in GR/IR control segment in your Field Selection Key.

    Am trying to create a Service Order with T.Code IW31 and after entering the order type, priority, Llyods code, Plant and Bus.Area and press enter I got error " Service/Maintenace Order type ZMSO not completely maintained for plant SE50 "
    Diagnosis:
    For the selected order type and plant, no check control is maintained in
    Plant Maintenance/Service in 'Availability Check for Materials, PRTs and
    Capacities'.
    Procedure
    A check control must be maintained for this combination of order type
    and plant.
    Please suggest me what should I do in this case as my knowledge in CS is zero.

    Go to SPRO --> Plant Maintenance & CS --> Maintenance and Service Processing --> Maintenance and Service Orders --> Assign order types to maintenance plants.
    Maintain the order type ZMSO against the plant.
    Go to SPRO --> Plant Maintenance & CS --> Maintenance and Service Processing --> Maintenance and Service Orders --> Completion confirmations --> Define the parameters for completion confirmations.
