May we know where in the SRM Portal we can see the relationship of a contact person to a vendor.

the best way to do this is log in to the SAP GUI of SRM system
use Transaction BP - type in the BP number for the vendor and then go to contact person
you can see the same in the Portal ("Settings" tab/link) -> Business Partners
(you can only see this Settings link- if you have the appropiate access rights)

Hi,
I have a requirement where I need to copy the Business Partner standard address into the Contact Person Relationship Address.
This need to happen whenever a Contact Person Relationship is created .Is there any relevant badi for the same? I have tried using the badi PARTNER_UPDATE as this gets called every time the BP gets saved.But I found that in the standard documentation for this badi, any custom implementation is not recommended.
I tried using the ADDRESS_UPDATE badi as well but it is not getting invoked when adding a new contact person relationship.
Should I use transaction BUS7 here and assign a function module to the events DSAVC or DSAVE?
Please let me know the right approach of doing this.

Hi Samrat,
In this case, you can also try to create a trigger on the save of the address of the BP. Maybe the logi can be as follws :
If the address is a standard address, then copy it to the Contact Person also.
For this, implement the ADDRESS_UPDATE BADI. It will give you the complete address content. If you now need any BP data or relationship data, you can make use of the CALLBACK modules -
BUPA_ADDR_CALLBACK
BUPA_BUT050_CALLBACK
BUPA_BUT051_CALLBACK
BUPA_BUT052_CALLBACK
BUPA_BUT053_CALLBACK
Now that you have all available data, you can go ahead and save it to the contact person. Do the database updates in UPDATE TASK.
Also, it is just a recommendation to avoid custom implmentations for PARTNER_UPDATE. Lots of customers implement this BADI accoding to their business requirements.

How can I direct all my contact form replies (from my website), to my personal email address?
I have embedded the code to my website but would like all of my contact form replies to be directed to my email address. How can I do this by revising the embedded code. Also will I still be able to receive replies after recieving 5000? At this point will I need a premium account?

Email notifications are a feature of the Basic and Plus account.
The free account only allows for 50 responses. The Plus (Premium) account allows for 5000.

Contact Person Business Address (VAP2) Street disappears inspite of manual

Hi,
We are facing a problem in the contact person Business Address street update (Transaction VAP2).
1. We are manually entering Street and house number in
    Business Address screen using VAP2.
2. Then System concatenates House number and Street and
    puts it in Street address.
3. Then the street address moves one character right side
    leaving space on the left side.
4. It removes the address-street bit by bit on right side and
    will remove the whole adddress.
Not sure what is causing it to happen.If you encountered this problem or have any solution , please reply me .

Someone is using my personal email address for their apple ID and I'm sick of it! I can't sign up for my own itunes account or anything using MY OWN email address. My email address is my property, not theirs.

I'm using their account and will continue to reset their password and settings until they either get the message or Apple do something about it and disable or migrate their account so that I can use MY OWN email address for my own purposes.
I don't want to be informed about Apple products and services for someone else on my email account.
I want to be able to use it MYSELF for iTunes
All I am asking you to do is migrate their apple ID to their alternate email account settings and free up my email address so that:
A. I can use it and B. I stop getting messages about their account history.
Either that or just cancel their account as they have no right to use my personal details.
Yes I could set up a new email address but WHY THE **** should I? I've been using this email account for years for personal stuff, it's not mu fault if someone can sign it up as an AppleID without me being able to confirm their sign up process!

How do I use a Contact Group email address as the sender of an email?

I want members of the contact group to be able to manual select the contact group email address as the SENDER. This, primarily, so that recipient clients can respond, if necessary, by merely pressing reply (then the entire group gets the email).
Possible?

By "contact group" do you mean a distribution group? If so, you need to use one of the following the shell commands:
For Send on Behalf: Set-DistributionGroup <group alias> -GrantSendOnBahalfTo <useralias>
For Send As: Add-AdPermission<group ID>-User<user alias>-ExtendedRights'Send-As'

Personal email address still visable in search results

I recently requested that my old user profile be deleted because my user name contained my personal email address. This was done, my old posts now appear as if a guest has written then, however a simple google search for my name displays the page which is the profile page of my old account with full email address clearly visible.
Can this be removed as well please?

Unable to register a personal email address

Hi, I just got a Blackberry last week and there's no option in the email set up for a personal email address add, only for a business one. Does anyone have any idea of how to change this?

You can't delete an account, you will need to replace the email address on the old account first e.g. by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on it on iOS device and logging into it, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http:// appleid.apple.com

My requirement is i want to update the address of the contact person in relationships. Actually when we are maintaining the relationships it is automatically taking the Accounts address in company address field but i wants to maintain the different address for each contact person related to the particular account for that i used Bapi_bupa_contp_addr_change functions module as well as Bapi Transaction Commit also but it is not helpful.
       I want to change the contact persons address as per flat file, so please let me is there any fuction module for changing the address of a contactt person in relationships.

BP_CONT: not getting the contact person email value from custom controller

not able to find the email address in any of the context node, actually my requirement is while creating the BP contact , get the email address BP_ADDR/StandardAddress STRUCT.E_MAILSMT . take this email id and check whether this email id exists in system if exists throw the error while saving . for this I did the codin in BP_CONT component on save method but while saving some times my custom controller is getting initiated some times it was not containing any value , kindly let me know how can I get the email value of contact person in BP_CONT component in view BPCONTOverview .

When I edit a contact's email address and then type the name in the Mail App, I see both the new and old address. Why don't I see only the new email address?

When I edit an email address in the Contacts App, and the type the Contact's name in the Mail App, I get both the old and new contacts. Why don't I get only the updated email address?

Mail remembers previously used email addresses for a period of time. Those you no longer use will eventually disappear. After you have sent one or two emails to the new address the old address will move below the new one. Then after a period of time not sending to the old address it will disappear. Patience is the key.
