Container values not appearing in alerts - SAP CRM 7.0

Hi Experts,
I have 2 issues:
1. I am calling an alert on lead creation by calling an action with processing type as TRIGGER ALERT.
The alert appears on the home page but the container values defined in the long text are not appearing. The containers defined are as follows:
OBJECT_ID - Object type - BUS2000108 - business transacton number
Call later date - Z field in CRMD_ORDERADM_H - structure - CRMD_ORDERADM_H - Field Zabcd
Please let me know if there is something i'm missing or if i need to define these values in the Method TRIGGER ALERT???
2. If i want to call this action on a particular date (call later date as above), is it possible to take the reference of this date in the start condition?

Dear Nitin,
The first I am not sure, so hopefully someone else can help you with that.
For the second, If you want a Z-field to be used in the action conditions, you should add an attribute to your BOR-object in SWO1.

It will be available in MB51, may be check your variant for hidden fields or your authorization, You will get in MR51 also
In Standard SAP System Asset GR will not have any Finance document at the time of Goods Receipt, So you are not getting Amount in LC, If you want to trigger finance document at the time of GR, you have to change the account assignment category A properties like i.e., remove the tick of GR Non valuated in the below path
SPRO-->Materials Management-->Purchasing-->Account Assignment-->Maintain Account Assignment Categories, Select A
Goods receipt made after this change will be triggered the finance document.

How to set value for radio button in sap crm survey suite

Hi ,
I created a survey in CRM Service, in which I added a question with answer as '10 Selection Button Group ('radio button'). And answer has 11 answer options (which means 11 radio buttions). Now when we test the survey, the value for the radio buttons is appearing like 'id_0050569b03091ee480a29d8ee61e953c'. But i want to set a specific value for each radion button (from 1 to 11). So, how to set value for radio button in sap crm survey suite???.

Hi,
I found solution myself. Click on Goto -> Editing Mode -> Expert Mode. Now you can set value for radio button.

SCCM 2012 R2 - Software metering Reports Parameters Value not appear to choice

I have SCCM 2012 R2 & SQL Server 2012 SP1, my problem is ( all software metering Reports Parameters Values Not appear so I cannot select
Note:-
( All parameters Available Value set to Get Values From a Query)

Has it been over 45 days since you created the active SWM rules? Do all (most) other SWM reports
work?
all other reporting in SWM which doesn't ask for month and year working
only the problem in year & Month Parameters Values
note:-
these reports doesn't need a 45 days to work, alwasy when i install SCCM reports working only from the second day of installation

Not appear the option SAP Demo News

Hello all,
We have a Enterprise Portal 6.0 in which it does not appear the option SAP Demo News. From which patch level is available that option? On the contrary it shows the News option, that when pressing on this, produces the following error:

That type of configuration we needed to do?

The error, you are getting is: <b>No name or formula type has been put at disposal in the string of query. Syntax: XMLFormID=anyValidFormName</b>. As of my knowledge, someone might have been deleted the content ( Under Cont. Admin -> KM Content -> root -> etc). Please check the folder, there might be some problem with xml forms.

PFCG push button, not appearing on the SAP Easy menu screen in CRM 7.0

Hi Experts,
PFCG push button is not visible on the SAP GUI, Easy Access menu screen in CRM 7.0.
But I see it appearing on the CRM 2007 SAP Easy Access screen.
So how to make it appear on the SESSION_MANAGER screen, that is Easy Access Menu screen.
I tried the 'Customize Layout' options, but I don't see anything there to make the PFGC button appearing.
Please let me know the settings.

I´m not sure why you won´t see it.

Container Variable value not reflected in Alert message

Hi All,
In BPM, i am trying to set an Alert message which will send the message in alert Inbox. Here i have stored a value from the message in a container variable. This Container variable value is used in the Alert message in the form of &variable&. But whenever i specify container variable value, it is not reflected in the Long text of Alert Inbox. In Alert category i have also checked the Dynamic text. Still it is not coming.
Can u suggest what is the possible solution for this.

I was able to get the Alert Message by changing container variable from "Block " to "Process". But It was containing the value of the first message.
Actually i am having a scenario in which i am transforming a File message input into multiple messages based on its PO number using multi mapping. These messages are send as IDOCs using Parrallel for Each block, where i store the PO number in the container variable and use it in alert message. So for that i have to use this block name as container and not as a Process.
Can anybody tell me why this Container Variable value is not reflected in the alert message.

Data of Pop Up (Third Party Provider) is not copied over to SAP CRM Web UI

Hi Experts,
we have created a Function Group (ZDI_PAYMENT) and have defined FM ZDI_PAYMENT_SET to set data into the variables of this Function Group and FM ZDI_PAYMENT_GET to retrieve data out of the same variables.
Process is as follows: A customer wants to pay with his credit card but credit card can not be saved on the Service Order. So that is why a token is created and this token is saved on the Service Order. To create this token SAP CRM is connected via HTTP Connection to a third party provider. When user needs a token he pushes a button and a pop up is openened. This pop up is already provided by third party provider and in this pop up the user introduces credit card number and on the same pop up the token is visible and just has to be copied over to the SAP CRM View.
Problem now is that when we made testing we found out that for some user it works fine and FM ZDI_PAYMENT_GET gets actually the values for token and data is copied over to SAP CRM but for others it does not work. So we think it has to be to do with the browser settings but we are not really sure.
Has anybody experience with that?

we found out already what was the problem. We have used a URL to log in into the SAP CRM that has a port. Log In Link should be without Port.

BED value not appearing in J1IIN

Currently I am into an implementation project and I am configuring CIN.My tax procedure is TAXINN. But after doing all the configuration, while doing J1IIN, BED value in invoice is not appearing in BED field (J1IIN Screen). However Edu Cess and Hr Edu Cess value is flowing properly in their respective field. I am using std condition for BED (JEXP) and I have already maintained this condition in Logistic General-Tax on Goods mov-IndiaBasic settingdetermination of excise duty--- maintain excise default.

Hi,
In this case if your BED condition type is in 'Percentage' then please check your settings for 'Maintain Excise Defaults'.
Here maintain your percentage BED condition type 'JEXP' in 'BED Per' column and maintain ' JEXT' which is a condition type for 'BED total' in the 'A/R BED cond' column.
If you maintain these settings your values for BED will flow in J1IIN, But provided you have mainatined 'JEXT' condition type in your pricing procedure.

Change document - Workflow Event Container value not passed

Hi Iam working on a customer create notification scenario where in we are sending a notification to SAP Inbox whenever a customer is created.We are checking industry key(KNA1-BRSCH) value through a check function module.When the customer is created in the system the system triggers the corresponding even it gets in to check module and an exception is raised saying Industry key does not have any value.
Problem is Industry key value is not passed on to the container.
Where might be the problem...?
Is anything missing in SWEC(Events for change document)
-but the event is trigerred...container value for industry key not passed...
Please advice...

Plan next yrs values not appearing in Report Painter

Hi,
In our one of Z report (developed thrugh SAP std Report Painter functionality), Plan next yrs column does not shows any value in output of report.
Basically this column should show next years plan values for WBS Element cost elementwise.
When I double click on any of the cell of this column, I am getting output with 0 records but selection criteria is appearing as Period 7 and Fiscal year as 2999 on output screen on the top. So I am thinking that output is not appearing because of wrong selection criteria field values/characteristics values.
Just wanted to know from you all guys, what things should I check in Report Painter to resolve this issue? Also what are the causes of this issue?
Could you please tell me the remedial procedure and transaction code to resolve this kind of issue?

Value not Appearing in ITS

Hi,
In ITS one of the value is not appearing in output but it was displayed in SAP output... In my Development server it was working perfect in both SAP & ITS. But in Production it is working only in SAP not in ITS..
Could u please tell me how to rectify it?????

Forwarded successfully the workitem for BO-BUS2000220(complaint) in the worklist of other user: Problem in "Sent date" not reflecting correctly in SAP CRM 7.0 Web UI

I am working with SAP CRM 7.0. We have a workflow in the system which is triggered at the creation of complaint(BO:BUS2000220) and then assign the complaint workitem
in the woklist of specified agent. I have created a report and scheduled it daily to forward the complaint into the worklist of user B from worklist of user A after 7 days
from creation date of complaint. But the problem is that the forwarded complaint is showing in the worklist of user B with sent date(the creation date of complaint, not the
forwarded date).

Can someone help me how to change the sent date to actual forwarded date of complaint.

There is a standard column in UWL with name 'Sent Date'. Other functionalities in UWL for example deadline monitoring (Due date column) are based on this sent date. This shows an employee what was the date workitem was created (sent date) and when it will get escalated (due date). Displaying forwarding date in Sent date will not give clear picture to employee as the deadline will be calculated based on sent date only not based on forwarding date. this was just an example.
even though if your client is insisting, i dont think it can be done without any enhancement in UWL web dynpro com sort of thing. you can check with your portal consultant too.

Excise duties values not appearing in the RG1 register

Dear All
After updation of RG1 register and extraction of the same on checking the entries in the table J_1IRG1 we are not getting the BED ,Ecess and SECS.In printing of this register the same values are not appearing.
Further this register is around 524 pages.It is showing per transection.How can we redure no of pages.
Please guide in this matter.
