Content of second level TAB's not visible

Hi All,
I have designed a page have nested TAB's. When we click to on any first level tab, then the contents on the first second level tab is not visible. Neither there a Hyperlink to the title of that tab. How can the contents be made visible.
I am using oracle portal version 3.0.6.6.5

unfortunately the behaviour got even worse in 3089. The behaviour Girish is describing is still there in 307. By the way, the content can be made visible by click the second subtab and then clicking the first subtab again (nice workaround huh..) Another way is to add a subtab and display it as the first subtab and give it a label like 'Make your choice..'
So I was anxiously waiting for 3089 because I too was told everthing would be fixed but to my astonishment in 3089 (upgraded and fresh install) the subtabs (displayed as a page portlet that is) do not work at all!!!!!!!!! Got TAR 1542074 logged for this. The only thing at this moment which gives an acceptable appearance is creating subtabs on the page itself (so without a subpage displayed as a portlet) and assign active/inactive images to the tabs. But this way you are spending more time working with Paintshop than with Portal. Please tell me that I am wrong about this (I hope I am...), but otherwise this really goes beyond my bug/new product tolerance level.

window* it is giving Page not found error. But for the first level tabs it is working correctly. How can i fix this so
that either i can show the page when right click the tab and select open in new window or disable the right clicking

Hi,
I don't think its exactly possible, as tabs use javascript:doSubmit('somevalue'); and you can not open javascript in a new window, as javascript usually references the current page you are on, and since you open the javascript in a new window, it doesn't know what to reference. The most helpful thread I found was : Re: Open other tab in a new window (ATD reply, third from the bottom).

BADI - TAB/Button not visible

Hello Friends,
I have a BADI implementation where in i have added a new Tab on the screen of XD02.
Now the Text on that tab is say"Text123" ,my problem is , i have maintained this text in IMG for diff languages.But i don't have all the languages for translations.And for those languages where i have not maintained the text , that tab is not visible on the screen when user logs in to xd01 in that language.
e:g
a)I have maintained the text for DE Germany , then when i login in DE i can see the tab on the screen.
b) But i have not maintained for NL Dutch , then when i login in NL, i am NOT able to see this tab on XD02 screen.
Can any one please tell me , if the reason behind this is the translations of there can be any other reason.
And when i go for translation but i cant see the language NL available for translation then is this a configuration issue??

That table stores configuration related to fields in MM01. It holds information if a perticular field needs to be displayed or should not be displayed at all.based on the value which that field holds.

I am working on FSCM credit managment project.
For FSCM credit managment :
I have activated the Badi : activation of SAP credit managment (Interface Set Active and FI_AR_Upadte mode)
1)Set Active
E_ACTIVE_FLAG = 'X' .
E_ERP2005 = 'X'
2)FI_AR_Upadte mode
E_DIRECT_UPDATE = 'X'.
But when I am selecting the Bussiness partner under (SAP credit managment role ).Profile tab is not visible .

Display tab is not visible in settings' window?

When I access the settings window of the Flash Player, the display tab is not visible??

Thank you. Unfortunately, going to chrome://flags and disabling "GPU compositing on all pages” did not resolve my root problem which is that when I play any flash video in the full screen mode, I get a blank screen. I was trying to access the display tab in settings to disable hardware acceleration since it appears from a multitude of sites on the Web to be one way to resolve this problem?

WBS tabs are not visible

I cannot see the tabs on my WBS. They have all disappeared. How can I make them visible? Only the dates tab is visible. All other tabs are not visible i.e Basic Data any idea why these are not visible for this project profile?

Check your configuration for "Define Layout of WBS Element Detail Screens" .
In this work step you define your own view of the detail screens. In the standard system every detail screen is on its own tab page.
With your own layout you can position several detail screens on one tab page and only show the tab pages, you need. You define each tab page individually and assign it a profile to

Drop down boxes do not show up. My tabs are not visible. I could barely see the box to type in this question. Something is off. I deleted and reinstalled program it is still just floating words. I work on a Mac with ox 10.6.8

The browser boxes, tabs, and links do not show up with the needed outlines, colors, and shapes. This box I am typing in was barely visible. Above this box is a set of two verticle parallel bars. When I moused over it, I saw it was for inserting a link, but if I had not been curious I would not have known what those lines were for. When I look at this page on PC I have a colored blue backdrop. It is not visible on the Mac. The search box does not have the image of the magnifying class and the arrow does not show up where it should be. The words Post Question just appear below the statement we have made some educated guesses about your browser. I thought maybe it had been a theme that was applied, but I do not see how it could have come on when I trashed the old version of the firefox.

APEX 2-level tab App. not showing tabs in IE 8

Hi everybody!
I've created a 2-level tab application (first it was APEX 3.2 and I upgraded to APEX 4 but it's still happening) and I can only see the parent tabs in Firefox, cause in Internet Explorer 8 they won't show, both over Windows XP or 7.
The strange thing is that it won't display them in the default page but once I manage to navigate to another page they show as long I'm standing on that other page of the App, so it would seem a tab config. problem, though Firefox shows it right!
Would this be a compatibility problem or bug, or am I just coming across a developing problem that hopefully Firefox is managing to understand anyway? Following a summary of my App. tab setup in case it was helpful:

Many thanks for answering quickly!, but I created the tabs using blog examples in fact, and as I stated before, under Firefox it's displayed as it should be. My problem is on Internet Explorer, versions 7 and 8 on Win XP or 7.
Anyone having this same problem with tabs on IE?

Second level navigation menu not highlighted

We have a par file which is redirecting to a third party website from portal using Response.sendRedirect.Here the issue is when the third party website opens in the same window in portal,second level navigation menu is not getting highlighted,its still highlighting the previously selected menu.We are on EP6 SP16.

I guess that's because you are just redirecting the page & this doesn't refresh the Navigation nodes.
Hence just try adding the below code before redirection.

Redeploy and check. I think it should work.

Relationship tab is not visible in Sales Order in CRM 7.0

Hello All
I am working on CRM 7.0 I want to create an object reference profile to transaction type u201CTAu201D id did the required steps
Transactions -> basic settings -> Define Object Reference Profile. Then I assigned the profile to the Transaction type
But I am not able to find the relationship tab in my orders in GUI also there is no data block called relationships in the WebUI
How to make this tab visible in both interfaces ?

If I am right, you no longer see the reference releationships in CRM header, you can actually see the Template or Object Relationships in Web UI using the Assignment Block called Trasaction History on Subsequent assignment.. It may vary depending on the Transaction type you are using, let me know if this doesnt solve this issue and give me more details of your transaction so that I can look it up.. thanks

JDE Adapter Service Node parameter schema tabs are not visible

I have created a configuration for JDE Adapter & it is able to connect to JDE. But when i expand the service node, expect details tab nothing else is visible. I am not able to see Parameters Request Schema Response schema tabs.
Do i need to setup some classpath or some setup require in JDE server for this.

I have the same problem.
Generate the wrappers :
The result are one package com.jdedwards.application.interop.jdejava_chrm with the java files and one JDEJAVA_CHRM.xml file.
I copy all to my repository directory /oracle/product/OracleAS1012/rep_test/
But on Application Explorer a see the services but can't see the tabs, i try to generate web-service but i receive an error "schema is missing for the component".
Did you had find the soluction ?

How can I get the Index tabs to show for each page that is open in the window like on the older versions. I close a window and it says I have tabs open but the tabs are not visible. How do I set it like the older versions? This was easy to manage

The index tabs were on some kind of toolbar just below the bookmark toolbar and you could see what was open in multiple tabs. I'm not referring to rolling over the Firefox icon for the Windows 7 thing, that's a pain. These index tabs were in plain sight. No matter what I try in Firefox 8, they won't appear.

the tabs were move to above the navigation bar, where the menu bar was. They hardly look like tabs there, but you may have turned off the tabs bars. View (Alt>V) > Toolbars > Tabs Bar
I think the solutions would really prefer though would be
