Context Object not found in Integration Directory

Hi experts,
I am trying to do a content based routing scenario using BPM.
The Scenario is
ASYNC -> SYNC -> ASYNC
The synchronous step here refers to a rfc call. The response from this determines the ASYNC systems to which data should be sent.
I have declared container objects REQ and RESP accordingly in the BPM. Also have a Context object for the response.
My issue is, while doing receiver determination, I am unable to find neither RESP message type ( for XPATH ) nor a context object declared in ESR for creating an expression.
Could someone please help/guide me to resolve this.
Please let me know if I was not clear.
Thank you.

Hi,
I am on 7.11.
The problem I am facing is that I am unable to find the corresponding structure to be used for XPATH.
As mentioned, the scenario is
ASYNC -> SYNC -> ASYNC's.
I have two container variables : REq and RESP. RESP is populated after the SYNC call. The message type for the subsequent ASYNC is REQ ( step description ).
So when I do receiver determination for ASYNC, I am able to see only REQ message type for building the expression. ( Obvious )
But I would need RESP to build it.
Please advise.

  • Adapter engine not found in Integration Directory

    Hello All,
    We are having a new server installation. The problem I am having is in Integratin Directory --> Communication Channel, no option for Adapter Engine is present in the drop down. I have checked the following options:
    1) SAP BASIS Component with Adapter Mata data is present in Repository.
    2) In SLD, Content Maintenance, class XI Integration Server. There are 3 associated objects (the last column).  XI Sub-System viewed application system is also present.
    3) The Technical and Business Systems are already created for XI Integration Server in SLD.
    I have also suggested the blog /people/venugopalarao.immadisetty/blog/2007/03/15/adapter-engine-cannot-be-found-in-integration-directory , to the Basis team, however the problem still persits.
    Kindly suggest how we can resolve the issue and start executing our scenarios.

    Hello,
    I think the BASIS Team has gone through or implemented this OSS note as it is mention in the blog above. However the problem still persists.

  • Interface Mapping Not Found in Integration Directory

    Hey guys!
    I'am getting this error in the test configuration part of the integration directory:
    "Interface Mapping: <Not Found> com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.BaseRuntimeException thrown during application mapping"
    I don't see why I should be getting this error since I have properly defined a message and interface mapping for the receiving interface.
    BTW,  I get this error when I use XSLT mapping. If I point my interface mapping to a normal message mapping, I get no error. Is there anything I am missing?
    Regards,
    Glenn

    The weird thing is that when I test the the configuration in the Integration Directory, it is still looking for my old message mapping (the one i created using xi editor) even though I already replaced the referenced message mapping in the interface mapping to the XSL one.
    Yes, I tested the interface mapping with the same data using the XSL mapping and there's no problem.
    When I send the message though, I get an error saying "NO_RECEIVER_CASE_ASYNC" I really don't see why it should not recognize the receiver. I tried refreshing the cache but it still looks for my old mapping program...
    :P

  • New objects not appearing in Integration Directory

    Created two new Message Interfaces and they aren't appearing in the Integration Directory when I create my Interface Determination. I copied an Interface that was appearing and the copy isn't showing either.
    I've checked the change lists in both systems and nothing is left to activate. I just wanted some suggestions as to what else I should check.
    Many thanks in advance.

    Thanks I performed a cache refresh using SXI_CACHE and there aren't any changes are waiting to be activated.
    With regards to the selection you can't delete the 'query' and select all. The select interface dialog just has a list of the interfaces available and an OK or CANCEL box.
    What is also interesting is that two interfaces that were deleted earlier today are showing in the list.

  • Context Object Not Found In The ID

    hi all,
           I want to execute the SAP Exchange Infrastructure demo examples on the basis of SAP XI 3.0.
           Doing by flow the configuration guide all it seems ok, but went to add the routing conditions to the receiver determination during configuring the business scenario, i cannot see the context object AirlineID which has designed in IR in the dropdown list box.
      Can some body tell me why and how to get it?
      Regards

    hi jai,
       Thank you for your replay. I have checked that the context object is in our outbound interface and it is activated.
       BTW, these demo examples are part of sap xi, the objects in IR are complete when xi is installed.

    Hi mdkelly, Sorry for such a late reply (due to credential issues).
    I am using Windows task scheduler to schedule the task. I am given the administrator access to the server (Windows Server 2012). So I think I set to run the script under system account.
    My apologies for asking this, am I missing something while scheduling the script through task scheduler?  how to check if the scheduled task is running under who's credentials? How to pass my (admin) credentials, so that the script execution won't face
    a problem? Any suggestion on the above questions will be helpful. (I tried to search on net for the questions but didn't get any conclusive answers)
    Thanks in advance.

    and
    Check with below configuration
    Configuration for AS2 or simple file adapter.
    We are using this module configuration for converting EDI D96A format to XML:
    1 localejbs/CallBicXIRaBean Local Enterprise Bean bic
    2 localejbs/CallSapAdapter Local Enterprise Bean 0
    bic destSourceMsg MainDocument
    bic destTargetMsg MainDocument
    bic logAttID ConverterLog
    bic mappingName See_E2X_ORDERS_UN_D96A
    bic saveSourceMsg ORIGINAL_EDI
    can someone please tell me the module configuration for reverse mapping at receiver end,i.e.,XML to EDI D96A
    basically,I need mapping name for this.
    Scheme=AS2ID
    Name = WAN network no of the partner who is sending the file
    Sender AS2 adapter configuration:
    Few changes in the module parameter tab.
    localejbs/CallBicXIRaBean bic
    CallSapAdapter 0
    Module configuration:
    bic= destSourceMsg = MainDocument
    bic= destTargetMsg = MainDocument
    bic= mappingName= See_E2X_EDIFACT_ORDERS_UN_D93A which does the conversion of EDI-XML.
    Receiver AS2 adapter configuration:
    When the adapter is used in a receiver channel, it obtains a message from the Integration Engine and sends it to a business partner. In this case, the following steps are required:
    1. Define the channel as a Receiver channel on the Parameters tab
    2. The last step ensures the module sequence is complete:
    Make sure the module ModuleProcessorExitBean does exist in the module sequence:
    Module Name=localejbs/ModuleProcessorExitBean
    Type=L
    Module Key=Exit
    • with the following module parameter:
    Module Key=Exit
    Parameter Name=JNDIName
    Parameter Value=deployedAdapters/SeeXIAS2/shareable/SeeXIAS2
    File receiver:
    localejbs/CallBicXIRaBean bic
    CallSapAdapter 0
    Module configuration:
    bic= destSourceMsg = MainDocument
    bic= destTargetMsg = MainDocument
    bic= mappingName= See_X2E_EDIFACT_ORDERS_UN_D93A
    ONly the mapping program name changes from E2X to X2E. IN ur case it will be See_X2E_ORDERS_UN_D96A
    Thanks

    Hi all,
    I am trying XI-->OpenJms (Server).
    I have included openJms.jar library in aii_af_jmsproviderlib.sda and deployed using SDM.
    In JMS receiver adapter I am using the following Configuration:
    Transport protocol: JMS Provider with JNDI .
    Queue connection factory : org.exolab.jms.client.JmsConnectionFactory
    JNDI-Name JMSQueue: org.exolab.jms.client.JmsQueue
    Context Factory : org.exolab.jms.jndi.InitialContextFactory
    JNDI-Server adress :tcp://10.1.102.5:3035
    In RWB i am getting the following for this scenario:
    Error Exception caught by adapter framework: Object not found in lookup of XIJMSService.
    Kindly help what other configurations are required.
    Best Regards,

    Hi Sebastian,
    I have still the same problem.
    could you send me a screen shot with your configuration?
    (openjms configuration).
    my email: [email protected]
    I have the following standard configuration in my modul:
    Verarbeitungssequenz:
    Modulname:                                         Type:
    ocalejbs/SAP XI JMS Adapter/ConvertMessageToBinary    L
    localejbs/SAP XI JMS Adapter/SendBinarytoXIJMSService L
    could that cause for that prblem ?

  • JMS Destination object not found

    Hi everyone,
    I have a weird problem with SunONE Message Queue 3.
    I have a queue and a connection factory defined (using the SunONE Application Server 7 Admin Console) as well as a physical resource.
    I can verify their existance using asadmin....
    asadmin>list-jmsdest -u admin server1
    queue_1 queue {}
    asadmin>list-jms-resources -u admin server1
    jms/newqueue_1
    jms/newQCF_1
    When I attempt to deploy a message driven EJB I get the following error
    SEVERE ( 1484): javax.naming.InvalidNameException: JMS Destination object not found:`jms/newqueue_1`
    This question has already been asked on the App Server board here http://swforum.sun.com/jive/thread.jspa?threadID=15517&tstart=0 (that post is nine months old btw).
    I am posting this here in the hope that someone more familiar with MQ3 may have an idea of how to help us.
    Thanks in advance.

    I have now solved this problem. External JNDI resources are required in the AppServer.
    They can be created with the following commands:
    asadmin>create-jndi-resource jndilookupname jms/newQCF_1 resourcetype javax.jms.QueueConnectionFactory factoryclass com.sun.jndi.fscontext.RefFSContextFactory enabled=true --property java.naming.provider.url=file\:///c\:/java/mqjndi:java.naming.security.authentication=none newQCF_1
    asadmin>create-jndi-resource jndilookupname jms/queue_1 resourcetype javax.jms.Queue factoryclass com.sun.jndi.fscontext.RefFSContextFactory enabled=true --property java.naming.provider.url=file\:///c\:/java/mqjndi newqueue_1
    Both these commands assume that the file system context is being used however the LDAP commands are similar (just more properties).
    This step, which seems vital, is missing from the AppServer documentation (in fact it specifically states that this step is not necessary). The irony is that I found the answer in the IBM MQ documentation!

  • ERROR:NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup of MYDB

    NW 7.0 SP3
    I have defined a datasource MYDB by VA,and it tests OK.
    I wonder about how to use it in J2EE project or in WebDynpro Project.

         DataSource dataSource = null;
         dataSource = (DataSource) ctx.lookup("MYDB");
        conn = dataSource.getConnection();

    We are doing File to Proxy Scenario, in the File adapter we used the SetDynamicConfiguration as the module with module Type as Local enterprise Bean and Paramaters as

    during testing the  File adapter  shows log as "Attempt to process file failed with com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup of SetDynamicConfiguration".

    Hi,
    first of all go to the NWA and check, if your module is active. Then check the JNDI name.
    In the module chain you just enter the JNDI name, nothing else.

    Difficult to tell you without more information..
    Have you inserted some screenshots in your script (if not already present) to better debut? You know that during recording or after recording, you can manually add screenshots for example just before the given stop to be able to identify the real status of the application when the error occurs...
    Maybe you have forgotten to parameterize a value. What are you iterating on? A full business process or do you try to add lines?
    Sometimes, you can try to put a "activate" function just before the action using the //form:listOfValues.
    Can you paste here the portion of your script?

    I use the following code to lookup the EJB:
    Object homeTreeObj = ctx.lookup("sap.com/anafee-server-ear/CaTreeServerIFBean");
    I think the JNDI name should be right, because it's a composite name

    Do you have any idea why the lookup fails? (I don't have any special JNDI mappings
    defined in the ejb-j2ee-engine.xml, if this could matter.)
    Regards,
    Matthias

    Hi, Experts,
    I have same exceiption as this one, my error message as:
    com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup of Route.
    I register in Object: "Route" using JNDI in my RMI over IIOP server. However in my SAP Web Dynpro application, the javaBean model cannot talk with external RMI over IIOP server. my source code as:
                Context ctx = new InitialContext();
                Object obj = ctx.lookup("Route");
                route = (Route)PortableRemoteObject.narrow(obj, Route.class);
    How to make SAP J2EE server talk with external Cobra Server?

  • NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup of 'JDBC-Alias Name'

    Hi Experts,
    I am getting the NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup exception, when accessing the DataSource  using the alias name EMPLOYEE_DS from JspDynpage.
    Here is the code for lookup
    InitialContext ctx = new InitialContext();
    // TODO  chenage the alias to the right one
    DataSource  ds = (DataSource) ctx.lookup("jdbc/EMPLOYEE_DS ");
    The same application is running using the above alias name in our development environment, but the same is not working in production system.
    I have created the same Alias Name for JDBC Datasource, but still is not working.
    Here is the Exception trace.
    com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup of EMPLOYEE_DS.

    Should this alias name existed any where else, any configuration is missed.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Chinna.

    Hi Anup,
    As I said, My application is working in both Development and Quality system with the lookup
    DataSource ds = (DataSource) context.lookup("jdbc/MYDB")
    but the problem is in only Production system, I believe there might be some configuration missed.
    As you said I have tried with
    DataSource ds = (DataSource) context.lookup("java:comp/env/jdbc/MYDB")
    with the abvoe lookup my application stopped working and getting the below exception and throws the below exception
    com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Path to object does not exist at java:comp, the whole lookup name is java:comp/env/jdbc/REPORTING_DASHBOARD.
    I believe my lookup is working without any issues, because it is working in dev and quality systems, problem might be in configuration. I have done the alias creation through nwa, following
    http://<server:port>/nwa>Configuration>Application Resources-->JDBC Datasource Alias
    Any more suggestions regarding this.
    Thanks,
    Chinna.
