Conversion Completion Phase : REPOSRC entry in worklist

Hi all,
I am at the Conversion Completion Phase in a MDMP UC.
In SUMG, I have an enty REPOSRC among others which has a few thousand entries.
I scheduled the worker job, and it completed in split seconds without any logs in the "main log"
I found :
SUMG error
indicating it can be ignored.
However, I am not able to view the table REPOSC in se16, it gives me a shortdump.
Syntax error in program "/1BCDWB/DBREPOSRC ".
The following syntax error occurred in the program /1BCDWB/DBREPOSRC :
"The databae view "REPOSRC" is write-protected, so it cannot be changed"
Error in ABAP application program.
exactly in this thread.
TABLE NAME..............
I am concern if this is an actual problem or normal behavior for this version.
My system is SAP R/3 Ent 4.7 x110 SR 1 with SAP Basis 68, Kernel 6.40 / patch 369. System is unicode now.
I have checked in an ECC system, and I am able to view the REPOSRC table entries. and I am able to do a syntax check on the program "/1BCDWB/DBREPOSRC ".
I have checked a SAP R/3 4.6 system, this table and program does not exist. Thus, I am thinking if this is normal behavior in 4.7 as it is in between versions...or if this is a genuine error from the UC.
Please advise.
Nikki

Hi Nikki,
please check these threads:
SUMG error
Error in SUMG
REPOSRC cannot be repaired by SUMG; It appears in SUMG, because the reports listed in the table may contain some language-dependent comments or the subcomponents (e.g function modules or includes) have no language key assigned. However, this does not have any consequences for functionality of the report sources. You can therefore ignore REPOSRC in SUMG.
Best regards,

  • Copying a complete Address Book entry into the body of an email?

Is there a neat way (other than Copy/Paste one chunk at a time!!) to get a complete Address Book entry complete into the body of an email in plain text (NOT as a V-Card), if I want to send to someone who doesn't use an Address Book on their computer ?

The only way to do what you are asking about is to create an html email. This is possible and assuming you are using Leopard, you can use Mail to do this. Start a new email and select the Stationary button that by default is on the right corner of the new email message window.
Pages cannot be used to create html code and the only way to use Pages to create your newsletter would be to create a PDF and attach it. The other possible option would be to send your email with a link to a webpage. You could experiment with using the Share to iWeb function and see if this could work for you. (Since I swore off - not to mention at - iWeb some time ago I don't know how well this would work.)

  • ASN not gettting updated after Workorder completion phase

    Hi ,
I am doing workorder collaboration scenario. But after completion of the phase and when i complete transportation phase (shipping) , ASN should get generated in the background and it should update the conformation control key with inbound delivery in Purchase order in ECC.
But it is not happening , I dont know how to check whether the ASN is created in the background in SNC , The ASN is not getting updated in ECC in PO .
Can anybody help me to resolve this issue.
    Thanks and Regards
    shailesh

    Hi Shailesh
I think first step would be to check whether ASN is getting created in SNC - you may go to Web GUI -> Delivery -> ASN -> ASN Details. If you do not see any ASN there, the issue might be from supplier side.
How are you bringing ASN to customer's SNC system  -
    1) Creating directly in Web GUI (as Nitin has mentioned)
    2) Bringing as XML message from supplier
    3) Using EDI or other third party system

  • Conversion tables and table entries

I'm working on a conversion table to move our legacy products from unstructured FM to DITA. I understand the basic concepts but I'm having a problem with the table cells.
In my conversion table I have P:CellBody in the first row, mapped to entry with a qualifier of cellbody.
I also have TC mapped to entry.
The same holds true for P:CellHeading and TH.
Consequently, my text is wrapped in two entry elements. The Show Element Context tab shows:
    entry
    entry
    row
    tbody
    tgroup
    table
    body
    NoName
    NoName
I'm pretty sure it should be the same as above with only one entry element (and of course with the NoNames fixed which I think I know how to do; I just haven't gotten there yet).
How do I avoid having my cells wrapped in two entry elements?
    Thanks in advance,
    Marsha

    Marsha,
I don't quite understand either what you are trying to do or what exactly is in your conversion table. Be aware, however, that FrameMaker will always create elements for the basic components that occur in your tables. The conversion table gives you limited control of how those elements will be tagged, but not whether the elements will exist.
If your conversion table contains rows such as:
    P:CellBody
    entry
    cellbody
    TC:
    entry
You will indeed get nested entry elements. The outer one is the table cell itself and the inner one is the paragraph. FrameMaker does not permit a valid document to use the same element tag for both a cell and a container, so aside from the results not being what you wanted, they are not correct within FrameMaker.
If your table cells contain single paragraphs and you don't want elements for both the cells and the paragraphs, your conversion table doesn't even need to mention the CellBody and CellHeading paragraph tags. In fact, if your table formats use CellBody as the paragraph format for cells in the body of a table and CellHeading as the paragraph format for cells in the table heading, your EDD doesn't even have to apply the paragraph formats.
Another variation is to include a paragraph tag in a conversion table row for a table cell by combining TC: and P: to match table cells containing particular paragraphs. For example:
    TC:P:CellBody
    entry
creates cell elements named entry from table cells containing paragraphs tagged CellBody. The paragraph within such a cell is not wrapped in an additional element.
One final comment is that TH: in a conversion table refers to the entire table heading; its children are heading rows. The table body analog of TH: is TB:, not TC:.

  • CAT2 multiple person data entry and worklist

    Hello everybody,
For our users we have created a multiple person data entry profile and everything is working fine. hours for multiple people can now be entered in CAT2. However, our users are now stating a new request: They would like to see the worklist aswell (just like with single person hour entry).
When trying to customize the data entry profile and making the setting for showing the worklist, SAP shows the message that multiple person and worklist are mutually exclusive, so not posible.
However, the request from our users doesn't seem that strange. Would anyone of you know a way to combine the worklist with multiple person hour entry?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
    Peter Hageman

    hi
As per the message frm SAP , standard way would not be possible , you may think of a enhancement for this.

Eeesh. I wish I'd signed up for SDN earlier.
I know I'm a year late in replying, but the peer is proposing something in Quick Mode
(Phase 2) that your Solaris box doesn't think is available. Given the combinations
you had (0-9), I'd be interested to know what the peer proposed that didn't match.
You don't mention what ipsecconf(1m) input is, nor what the peer is configured to
do. You say 3des + sha1 - so that should be one of the choices.
One common mistake is to use "auth_algs" in ipsecconf(1m) (which is AH) instead
of "encr_auth_algs" (which is ESP's hash).

  • PDF Conversions completely mangled

I am about to pull my hair out.  I created labels in Online labels.com.  They are .pdf files.  Before I was forced to download Windows 8, I had no trouble printing the .pdf files.  Once I downloaded Windows 8, I could no longer print .pdf files, so I got the conversion pack.  Now, my labels are printed in something that resembles Klingon.  This has literally shut down my home business.  I am using an HP laptop and an HP 1044 printer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.  And, I am sure this question has been answered elsewhere, but I am so incredibly frustrated right now, I can't see straight.

I'm facing an issue on import abap phase on IDES SAP ERP 2004 installation over SLES 11/MaxDB 7.6.03 build 9.
Logs below are focused on table REPOSRC because it is the first error over installation, the same error appear again and again for the next tables.
We ran the installation again changing the number of parallel processes to 1 job at time but finally nothing change.

    hello friends,
i have a similar error in context of an unicode conversion in phase import with r3load. in logs in file D010TAB.log i see the following output:
    DbSl Trace: EXECUTE on connection 0, rc=-7055 (POS(55) Column(s) already indexed:/BI0/E0D_DECU~P)
ERROR : Execute for create index /BI0/E0D_DECU~P on /BI0/E0D_DECU failed (dbrc=99).
      (SQL error -7055)
      error message returned by DbSl:
    SQL-Statement: CREATE  INDEX "/BI0/E0D_DECU~P" ON "/BI0/E0D_DECU" ( "KEY_0D_DECUP" , "KEY_0D_DECUT" , "KEY_0D_DECUU" , "KEY_0D_DECU1" , "KEY_0D_DECU2" , "KEY_0D_DECU3" , "KEY_0D_DECU4" , "KEY_0D_DECU5"  )
    POS(55) Column(s) already indexed:/BI0/E0D_DECU~P
    /usr/sap/SPV/SYS/exe/run/R3load: job finished with 1 error(s)
    /usr/sap/SPV/SYS/exe/run/R3load: END OF LOG: 20100414185908
45 / 47 are complete in phase import.
For a TEST Case , i have deleted all indices on tables in selection of /BI0/*. I will rerun this procedure. the largest part of indices on tables come from a bw-installation in a seperate client.
    best regards,
    christoph

  • IBR - PDF Conversion

    Hi people!
I am trying to enable the pdf conversion on my Content Server (windows).
I installed IBR, same admin and computer as the idc instance.
I installed "PDF Converter" and a distiller engine (afpl ghostcript).
I also installed a new printer on the computer and configured the provider, the file formats, etc ... on Content Server and IBR.
When I check a word document in, I have the following error (no pdf generated) :

    Have you an idea ?
Here are the steps I followed to enable PDF conversion :
    - Installing component InboundRefinerySupport
    - Installing IBR
    - Configuring Apache
    - Installing PDFConverter.zip
    - Installing ghostscript 8.54
    - Configuring the distiller engine on "Third-Party Application Settings"
    - Installing the printer IDC PDF PRINTER
    - Creating the outgoing provider on idc
    - Configuring the conversion parameter application/msword to Word
    - Configuring the "Primary Web-Viewable Rendition" to "Convert to PDF using third-party applications "
Maybe, I have forgotten something ...

Hi aadil mudassir .This known problem. Befor you applay SP you need to read -->
Note 822379 - Known problems with Support Packages in SAP NW 2004s AS ABAP
In this note for your problem :Symptom: If the Support Packages SAPKE60024 and SAPKE60025 are imported together in a queue, the TEST_IMPORT step returns an error for Support Package SAPKE60025. The test import log of SAPKE60025 displays the following error message:
Function HRCCE_EXT_EMP_ATTR_CE (HRCCE_BI_CE 02) does not fit into the existing function group ((HRCCE_CALENDAR_FUNCTIONS 05))
This error message recurs for two other function modules of the function groups HRCCE_BI_CE and HRCCE_CALENDAR_FUNCTIONS.
Solution: You can ignore this error by choosing 'Extras'-> 'Ignore test-import error'.  The error will not occur during the later import.

  • How to Create a PDF of a Webpage Data Entry Form

When using Adobe Acrobat XI, what conversion settings do I need to create a PDF file of a completed webpage data entry form so that the created PDF file contains the data that was typed into the webpage form? Typically whenever I try to do this, I get a PDF file that is a copy of the webpage form but does not contain any of the information that was entered into the form. If I want to retain the information that I entered into the webpage data entry form, I have to retype it into the PDF file that I created.

What did you get when you print to "Adobe PDF" ?

  • Delivery Completed indicator for PO of Services

    Hello everyone!
The PO for materials/goods has a delivery completed indicator in the Delivery tab of the Item Detail. But if the PO is for Service, we can not find a delivery completed indicator. Does the system have a counterpart of that indicator for Service items? We need to get this for our customized report to indicate whether a service has already been received completely or not.
    Thank you.

    hi,
I think you get the Final entry indicator for SES documents...
Now if you want the IR shd be created first before the completion of the entry...then its always better to do firstly IR doc and then SES document...
I am saying this because, as per your requirement yuou don't need to check the service procured, but only wanna pay...
But as per my suggestion this is not the right way..you shd firstly check the services done and then only you shd pay...
    Think abt it...
    Regards
