Copy Responses not Working
I have a folder that I am watching on a ingest station and it is set to do a full scan daily at midnight and a add only scan every 15 minutes. I have a automation setup so that it copies from that folder into a new final destination. I don't have a delete response setup after the copy because of a the volume level SAN I'm working on. The problem is that it is not copying into the new destination all of the time. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.
This is a big problem in that Final Cut Server is looking at the device, scanning it, creating proxies and thumbnails but is not copying the media to the final destination. So when you look in FCS it looks like everything worked but upon closer inspection you notice that it didn't copy. Instead it just created its proxy and its thumbnail based upon its original location.
How do I get FCS to copy it to the final destination without having FCS also cataloging the original hard drive?
My suggestion is to disable the 15 min and daily full scan. This will stop Final Cut Server from cataloguing and making proxies from the ingest. Do this in client admin - schedules.
Make your ingest SAN a watcher folder with the copy response set to the SAN device you want the files copied to.
For the second device you are copying files to enable the daily full scan and 15 minute add only scan. FCSrvr will then scan the files from there and make proxies that point to the correct place.
Finally, not sure how your system is configured but it sounds like FCServer has read access only to ingest SAN, so make sure that it is seeing a 'synchronised' version of it otherwise the watcher won't see the latest files!

Purchased (digital copy) videos not working
I tried using the digital copy feature from some movies I have had yesterday, but for some reason they are not working. I have tried playing them in iTunes, and all I get is a grey screen. When I look at the chapters, they are all present, which confuses me. It is in mp4 format, so that shouldn't be the problem. If anyone can help me on here, please let me know. Thanks.
I've seen this solution posted to nearly every thread and it hasn't worked for me. I still get the blank screen and if I start messin around too much, iTunes ends of crashing. Any other ideas out there?

Create a page as a copy does not work properly
Hi,
When I create a new page as a copy of an existing page with page authorization set to some authorization scheme, the newly created page does not work. When I edit the page definition, "Authorization Scheme" is set to some random number instead of the scheme that was set in the original page and running the page throws an error. Any buttons or items set with an authorization also throws an error. Is this a bug?

I am using APEX version 4.0.1.00.03 on Oracle 11g.
I tried to reproduce it on apex.oracle.com and was not able to reproduce it. The new page worked fine.
In my application, the newly created page works fine and is not generating an error, but the authorization scheme is set to a number instead of a defined authorization scheme.

Copying is not working with the Calculator widget!
I've been running Leopard for months now but only today i needed to copy from Calculator widget and found that "cmd+c" is not working i.e. it doesn't copy what is displayed to the buffer - Pasting from the buffer into the calculator (cmd+v) works, but not the other way...
This used to work in Tiger with no problems - Anyone else having this problem in Leopard? thanks.Throwing my hat in on this one today as well. Worked fine yesterday, this morning nothing. As you noted i can paste to the calculator widget but not back out from it. Have repaired permissions and trashed the dashboard prefs to no avail. Other widgets are still able to Copy & Paste without issue - seems constrained to Calculator itself.

Copy/Paste not working in Firefox v23 & v24 without ZoneAlarm installed
Recently I updated my Firefox from version 22 to 23 and I noticed copy and paste text from web pages in Firefox to other applications like notepad and even Firefox not working in my windows 8 x86. Copying text from other apps like notepad and pasting to Firefox works fine!
I also updated it to beta v24 and same problem is still there. I don't have any issue with IE.

If it works when you boot Windows in Safe Mode then it is likely that your security software is causing this problem.
Other programs apart form ZoneAlarm can cause such issues as well.
Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have? -
i have bought triple play blu ray with digital copy and when i try to redeem it does not recognise the code
The person at that number did not work for 20th Century Fox or have any idea what I was talking about.
I called the number on the case. They did not really understand the problem (suggested I update the firmware on my Blu-Ray player). They referred me to http://support.foxdigitalcopy.com. You can obtain a new serial number there, just not for this particular movie.
They have a different number, 866/520-6606, but only answer it Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm.
At this point, I'm just going to try to take the path of least resistance and return it to Amazon as defective. -
Cannot Drag anything, copy + paste not working
My shiny new macbook was working great until this morning, when things went rather awry.
I have no idea why, but I cannot copy and paste any text (either using apple-c or the edit menu) and I am unable to drag anything such as files or safari interface components. (I somehow managed to get rid of the address bar and I cannot drag it back)
Does anyone have any idea why it would be doing this?

I can copy/paste on the iMac's Hard Hrive to any folder with no restictions. If I try to copy/paste to an outside source i.e. USB – DVDRW – external HDD or NAS, it does not give the PASTE option in the drop down menu. If I drag and drop a file, I get a circle with the line through it when placed in the folder and does not copy/paste. I think that’s an error or stop signal.
In Mavericks I can copy/paste to a mapped drive on my NAS, only if I first right click on NAS Drive icon and go to ‘Get-Info’ and in the General area’s Tick the ‘Unlock’ box. As soon as I have finished pasting, the lock box ticks again by it's self.
If I right click on the USB and go to ‘Get-Info’, in the General area I only get a Share Folder Tick box and not an Unlock Tick box. Share does not allow paste to activate in the drop-down menu

The 'selectionFailure' errors are mostly due to no data in the elements defined in the xml or in the nodes of xsd. Please cross check xslt/xsd/paload data.
Having said that, if things were working fine in R1 but not working in PS1, then...its a bit strange.

PAPER FEEDER FOR DOCUMENTS TO BE COPIED IS NOT WORKING
MY FEEDER IS NOT ONLY NOT WORKING, BUT, WHEN I PUT DOCEMENTS IN TO BE PRINTED, THE COPIER "does not even try" to pull them through the copier feed at the top, just tries to copy from the scanner glass. Any suggestions?
Sounds like your paper sensor is not working. To really help you out I will need to know what printer model you have otherwise I will have no frame of reference to use.
As a preliminary step, please unplug the printer BOTH from the back of the unit and the wall outlet that printer is connected to for thirty seconds. Then plug it back in, and make sure that you are plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector, power strip or battery backup.

OSX Mavericks Copy Function Not Working
Hi.
Upgraded to OSX Mavericks yesterday.
All seemed fine till I tried to use the Command + C keyboard shortcut for copying.
I use this for EVERYTHING and now it does not work, I can cut and I can paste but I cant copy!!
I already went into the Keyboard settings and clicked on restore to defaults but to no avail.
Please Help i'm dying here!!!One possible solution (worked for me)
It's notable that I could copy but just couldn't paste.
Procedures
1. Open terminal and enter the following command: echo "" | pbcopy
2. Press enter
3. Close Terminal
This will blank out the pasteboard and thereafter you can resume to normal functionality. -
Squirrel mail auto response not working
Ok so I read up on all the things online to allow squirrel mail do auto reply's and all that. So I installed everything and got it showing up under filters. Well I setup an autoreply and it's not working. I'm not sure why either. Anyone have any ideas?

Copy button not working properly in service contract - crmd_order tcode
Hi experts,
I want to create a duplicate row in contract through Duplicate Button Supplied by SAP. As
I understand the function of the duplicate row button is to copy the same set of information in next row with auto incremental or manual. As far as number incremental is concern that is happening based on
customization on transaction type line item incremental sequence .
This is an upgrade project before upgradation it was working fine, you can check the same in old CRM 4.0. If you see in the Object Tab, condition tab or any other tab, no data is duplicated from parent line item. This works very well in CRM 4.0. Actually after discussing with the client i have come to know that , they also had the same issue before and SAP gave two Notes : 739462 and 740103 to resolve the issue. But now this feature is only availabe in the WEB UI in CRM 2007, and as i am upgrading to CRM 2007 this feature is not available, but my client want this feature.
I went through the SAP note , they have given some corrective instructions but it is valid till BBPCRM 500 version of the software component and mine is BBPCRM 600 . My query is, will it work if i follow the same corrective measures in the Note for my system ie. by inserting few blocks of code given in the SAP NOTE.

I think you problem is in u201CBilling tabu201D which it is not showing any details on particularly billing tab. Right
Ok, as per you wording Services order having billing tab with details but Service contract does not.
If am I right, you see the below solutionu2026.
First go to T-code: CRMC_PCUITOOLS
Put you
Application : CRMD_BUS2000116
View (blview) : ZXXXXX
Then press F8 for execute
You will see the view of particularly Leading Transaction Category and go to billing tab
See below Tab Page Group (SRV_ODP1)
Second go to T-code: CRMC_BLUEPRINT_C
Follow this : Application Element -> Tab Page Group -> Tab Page Group Structure
Put it (SRV_ODP1) and go to billing (double click on them)
You will see following details
Tab Page Group SRV_ODP1
View ZXXX
Sequence 23
Event S1O_HD_PAYMENT_BILL
Text Billing
View Switch Gro
Multi-Group S1O_HD_PAYMENT_BILL
Inactive Flag is Not Set
Follow the same for Service contract. You will see the Multi-Group missing
Put it same on that (S1O_HD_PAYMENT_BILL)

PC Suite 7.1.40.1 Content Copier does not work.
The Content Copier in PC Suite 7.1.40.1 fails to Backup the Data from the Phone. "The phone did not contain any content ..."
All Attempts to uninstall, delete Directories and Registry Keys did not help.
The Content Copier from 7.1.30.9 works fine.
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3I'm also having problems with V7.1.40.1 of this software, running on WinXP Home edition V2002 SP3.
(via Bluetooth Toshiba stack) from a 6600 Slide.
Trying to backup Contacts list (the MOST important data!!!) it just sits there forever with the 'busy' wheel twiddling round and zero % progress on the display bar. It DOES say it might take a while but more than 30 minutes with nothing indicated for only a couple of hundred contacts suggests actually no progress at all! It IS possible to read contact, calendar, messages etc., using other apps in the suite - but then the progress bar on the PC Suite display tends to stop, showing (eg.) 90%, although it looks like all the content has been transferred. Using other apps, of course you can't create an alternative backup file!!!
When the contacts list fails to transfer, the phone screen momentarily flashes up a 'sync complete' message after only a few seconds - although I THOUGHT I was backing-up, not sync'ing!
PC Suite looks like a very nice software package - but does ANYONE (except US!!!) actually test it with real data and real phones???

COpy Package not working as it should in BPC V 5.0
Problem:-
When I choose Replace and Clear Data Values, it merges them .. I have run it few times and each time the data was duobled.
When I chose, Merge Data Values, it cleared and the numbers !!.
Possiable Cause:-
The function seems to be working in reverse order, Could this be bug in the SAP BPC v5.0?
If any of you have any idea how to fix this, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Check the modify script for the copy package by going to modify package, view script and advanced tab.
In script, in the prompt comand, '0' should be assigned to Merge data values and 1 to clear data. If it is in reverse order, change it and save it back.
Note that if you are using sql 2005, you can directly modify the script, if it is 2000, you need to modify the EVmodifyscript task in the DTS assigned to Copy package.
