Copy Vendor Partner into serial number

Hello,
We are going to implement Serial Number in HUM for a warehouse. I was able to create a profile with equipment creation then I did a an end to end test. Everything was working without problem. But at present I'm not able to copy the vendor number found in the inbound delivery to the serial number master data. However I did not have problem in copying the client data into the serial number.
I would also like to copy the sales order number, manufacturing country into serial number master data. We would like to enter these data automatically when we the movement GR/GI movement are done.
Could anyone let me know how to add the above data into master data?
Your help is very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Anand

Hello,
Could anyone help me on how to solve this issue?
thank you.

  • Copying vendor's VAT registration number into FI Document

    How do I get the vendor's VAT registration number from the vendor's master record to copy into the FI Document when posting a vendor invoice via tcode F-43.
    Now, BSEG-STCEG is always blank now on all our vendor invoices.  Also, the branch account, BSEG-FILKD, is blank.  All vendor invoices are manual journals via F-43.
    I think I need to configure SAP so that the user must also enter the Branch Account when posting to a vendor in tcode F-43.  Then, I think that SAP standard will lookup the Branch Account Vendor to copy in the VAT registration number into BSEG-STCEG.
    I see that my customer invoices posted via SD are correctly being populated with the Branch Account of the Sold-To customer.
    I further see that SAP standard code in MF05AI10_STCEG_PRUEFEN appears to only update BSEG-STCEG via the Branch Account (BSEG-FILKD) and not via the vendor (BSEG-LIFNR).

    Hi All,
    I'm facing the same problem, kindly let me know how do I get the Vendor's VAT registration number while posting invoice. As every time when I'm trying to post vendor invoice the system ask for the customer number and the Reporting country and pick up the VAT reg. no. from the customer master base and not from the vendor master base.

  • Serial Number isn't copied when Goods Issue reference to order

    Dear All,
    I had maintained serial number profile in material master but I still have a problem when i want to goods issue (TCode MB1A) the material with serial number from refurbishment order (order type PM04).
    Why the serial number isn't copied automatically from the serial number that i had entered before in the refurbishment order. it still asked to enter serial number. Logically, it should be listed from the serial number in refurbihsment order.
    Is there any configuration that i must do?
    Best Regards,

  • HT1349 help!  Apple does not recognize my serial number

    I have an imac that I purchased a little less than year ago and today decided to purchase apple protection plan.  As I was trying to enter my serial number listed on the bottom of my imac, I was given an error message stating apple does not recognize my serial number.  I double and triple checked making sure I entered everything correctly, including going into "about this mac" from the pulldown menu and copying and pasting the serial number that way but STILL it is not recognized... tried to contact customer service but it went dead after being on hold several times so I tried using the email method but can't submit my question because..... you guessed it, my SERIAL number is incorrect and NOT recognized.  Anyone have similar issues?  help!

    Have you contacted the vendor or seller from whom you purchased the computer?

  • Serial Number&WBS Element

    Hi experts,
    1-) I can not deliver sales orders because it requires serial numbers.
    Can anybody tell me how to cancel asking serial numbers?
    2-)If it is not available how can I create serial numbers?
    I created serial numbers by trcode IQ01 but again I can not deliver sales order.
    3-)At "create material serial number " screen it requires a WBS element.
    What is WBS element?
    And what is the role of it?
    Thanks&Regards

    Hi refer below ,Reward if helps you
    WBS element
    1) What is WBS element?
    2) What is the Tcode to get to that screen?
    3) What is the need and purpose of WBS element?
    4) Do we happen to work on Functional module during our implementation project?
    5) In what scenario/situation we will be working on WBS?
    WBS is nothing but Work Breakdown Structure. It is mainly used in Project System (PS) module. Tcode : CJ20N
    For any project defined we must have at least one WBS. Within this WBS we can have networks. Networks are nothing but the series of activities. Material are used to perform the activities.
    To explain in detail just consider one example:
    Govt of India wants to have Roads to be build through out the India. So Project can be defined in sap as "Connectivity".
    WBS can be roads within different states like Roads for Gujarat, Karnataka etc.. i.e. WBS Gujarat, WBS Karnataka etc.
    We can define different networks for these WBS  like Road Between Ahmedabad to Surat or Between Bangalore to Belgham.
    For this network we can have many activities like Land selection, Land Preparation, Road Building, Final finishing etc etc.
    Hemal's example was a good example. Project Systems comes into play only when the industry's business is based on projects like... Construction companies, Engineer to Order scenarios. You may not see anyone using PS module for retail business. As Hemal explained in that example, you have a main project which is broken down into WBS elements. You can use the TC CJ20N to create the project and the WBS elements. Each WBS may have mutiple Networks associated and each Network may have multiple Network Activities as explained in the example by Hemal.
    On the Sales Order, if your client is implementing PS module, you may have to attach the Sales Order to the WBS element it belongs to. WBS element is nothing but a bucket where all the activities belonging to that particular part of the project are captured. In the example, WBS Gujurat will tell you how many Sales Orders were created for the Gujurat sector, how much was spent on raw materials, what's the currect stock (reject stock) available. How many Production Orders have been confirmed and how many of them are getting confirmed in the future. How many invoices have been generated or how much revenue has been generated for that particular sector. How many deliveries have been made, what deliverables are still not accomplished.
    So as you can see, PS is the center stage for all the modules that are being implemented like FI/CO, SD, MM, PP in this example. You can have cost centers and work centers defined. You can also have profit centers assigned at the plant level and get reports on various selection criteria.
    In a complete cycle of PS, like in reality, you initiate a project, you confirm/release the WBS/activities as per requirement, you execute the project and you close it.
    One cannot initiate an activity unless it has been released by the project manager. Everything is accountable here and every dime is counted and at the end you know how much did you spend or make on each sector (WBS). Dont get confused with the term sector here... I am using it just for the explanation purposes.
    In one typical example, the company I was working with until not too long ago, had Deliveries from the Project (TC: CNS0). We never used VL01N. We used CNS0 to create a delivery and then used VL02N for confirming the picking quantity for the already created delivery document.
    I hope this should help you at least a bit. I'm not a PS consultant so I may not know a whole lot but trying going to CJ20N and you will see a lot yourself.
    PS consultants are one of the highest paid consultants. Their supply is less and so is the demand. They are expected to understand real world business processes very well and they are generally the center stage of a project.
    Serial Number Management :
    Serial Number Profile
    Working With Serial Numbers
    Serial Number Master Record
    Creating Master Records for Serial Numbers
    Serialization Data in the Piece of Equipment
    Maintenance of Configuration Data
    Serial Number Profile:
    Definition
    A group of data, summarized by a four-digit identification code, that defines the conditions and business procedures involved when assigning serial numbers to items of material.
    You enter the serial number profile in the master record at plant level for the material whose individual pieces are to be managed using material numbers. This means that an individual serial number profile can be assigned to a piece of material per plant. In this way a certain material can require serial numbers at one plant, and not at others.
    Structure
    The serial number profile contains the following information:
     The business procedures for which serialization
    – Can be performed
    – Must be performed
    – Is performed automatically
    – Is not performed
     Information on whether for a particular business procedure
    – Serial numbers can be assigned, for which a master record does not yet exist in the system
    – Serial numbers that already exist in the system as a master record must be specified
     Information on whether for a particular business procedure, a stock check should take place, and how the system should react in the event of inconsistencies
    The business procedures for which an equipment master record should or should not additionally be created for each serial number
    The equipment category that the system uses when assigning serial numbers automatically in the case of equipment master records.
    Working With Serial Numbers:
    Purpose
    You use serial numbers to identify items of material, which enables you to distinguish between the individual pieces.
    Process Flow
     You create a serial number profile in Customizing for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service.
     You create a material master record and enter a serial number profile.
     You create a batch master record for the material if it is to be managed in batches.
     You can create serial number master records in advance if you want to have a pool of serial numbers. From a technical perspective, an "incomplete" equipment master record is created for this.
     You can create configuration data for serial number master records.
     You assign serial numbers to the material when business procedures take place (for example, a goods receipt):
     Either you assign manually serial number master records that you created in advance, or
     The system assigns automatically new serial numbers and creates new serial number master records for this
    Serial Numbers in Sales and Distribution :
    Use
    It is possible to assign serial numbers in sales orders, inquiries and quotations, as well as for deliveries and returns deliveries. This makes it possible to track individual objects when goods movements take place (for example, sale of goods to a customer).
    Integration
    In order to use the serialization functionality in sales orders, inquiries, and quotations, you must have implemented the Sales component, and to use the serialization functionality for deliveries, you need the Distribution component.
    Prerequisites
    A serial number profile with the following procedures must be entered in the material master record:
    Profile Maintenance for Deliveries
     Procedure SDCC checks the serial number on goods issue. The serial number usage for it should be 03 = must.
     Procedure SDLS defines that the serial number should be created on delivery. The serial number usage for it should be 02 = can.
     Procedure SDAU defines that the serial number should be created in the SD order for items that are delivered. The serial number usage for it should be 02 = can.
     In this way, it is ensured that the serial number is assigned at the latest when the goods issue is delivered.
    SDAU This procedure makes possible the use of serial numbers in sales orders, inquiries and quotations
    SDLS This procedure makes possible the assignment of serial numbers for deliveries.
    SDCC This procedure makes possible the assignment of serial numbers when performing completeness checks for deliveries.
    SDRE This operation makes possible the assignment of serial numbers for returns deliveries.
    SDCR This procedure makes possible the assignment of serial numbers when performing completeness checks for returns deliveries.
    Serial Number Master Record:
    Definition
    Data record that contains information for serial number management. The serial number is given to an item of material in addition to the material number, in order to differentiate that individual item from all other pieces of this material. The combination of material and serial number is unique.
    Structure
    The following information is contained in the serial number master record:
     Status information
    You can establish here, which system and user statuses are valid for the master record. If necessary, you can set or delete the user status, display the authorized business procedures and set particular system statuses.
     Stock information
    You can see here in which plant and warehouse the item of material is located, or to which batch it belongs. You can also see what type of stock and special stock is involved. The stock information is recorded automatically when goods movements are performed, and cannot be changed manually.
     Partner Data
    Here, for example, you can use freely definable partner functions and partners to specify in Customizing which companies are responsible for the maintenance of the serialized material.
    Configuration data
    Here, you can configure a item of material according to its characteristics or make reference to a configured object.
    Example of Serial Numbers
    Company X manufactures solar collectors (panels). They produce three different types:
     Type A
     Type B
     Type C
    A material master record exists in Company X’s system for each type. For quality control reasons the company wants to know for each solar collector delivery which customer has received which type of solar collector, and which serial number(s) of the collector type was/were delivered to the customer.
    For this purpose, each solar collector that is produced is assigned a serial number that, together with the material number, uniquely defines it.
    In addition, company X wants to maintain and repair particular solar collectors that it sells directly to individual customers. For this reason, an equipment history is to be maintained for the collectors. Company X is able to do this by creating equipment master records for these serialized solar collectors.
    History
    Use
     You can use the history of the serial number master record to ascertain which procedures have affected the serial number. You can find all documents that have been created for the serial number here:
     Production and refurbishment order
     Maintenance and service notification
     Maintenance and service order
     Sales order
     Delivery
     Inspection lot
     Goods document
     Maintenance plan
     Maintenance contract
    Status Management
    Use
    Serial number processing is linked to status management. There are two different types of status:
     System status
    System statuses are set when you execute a particular function for the serial number. For example, you post a goods receipt in the warehouse and set the status In warehouse by doing this.
    User status
    User statuses enable you to further delimit functions allowed for a serial number on the basis of a system status. You can assign and delete user statuses yourself if you have the authorization to do this.
    Copying the Partner into the Serial Number :-
    Use
    Within the framework of a delivery, partner data is automatically transferred from the delivery note into the master record of the serial number when goods issues are posted.
    Prerequisites
    You have set the indicator Copy Partner in Customizing for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service under Plant Maintenance and Customer Service ® Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service ® Basic Settings ® Partner Data ® Copy Partner Functions to Master and Transaction Data.
     Furthermore, you have assigned the partner determination procedure and the corresponding functions to the equipment category under Technical Objects ® Equipment ® Assign Equipment to Partner Determination Procedure.
    Features
     The system copies the partner data from the delivery note into the serial number master record.
     If partner data has already been specified in the serial number master record, this data is overwritten with the data from the delivery note. However, the system only overwrites partner data for which the indicator has been set in Customizing.
    Creating Master Records for Serial Numbers:
    Use
    You are able to create directly master records for serial numbers during the assignment of serial numbers for various business procedures, if the serial number profile allows this.
    In addition, you can create master records for serial numbers in advance. This would make sense if you want to have a particular quantity of numbers in the system, that you can assign during a business procedure. in particular, this is the case when you are using serial number profiles that require serial numbers to already exist for certain business procedures.
    Activities
    You have two options for creating serial number master records for a material in advance:
     You create an individual serial number for a piece of material.
    You use this option, for example, if in make-to-order production you manufacture one item per day.
     You create several serial numbers simultaneously for a piece of material.
    You use this option, for example, if in repetitive manufacturing you manufacture several items per day.
    You can also create serial number master records if no serial number profile is entered in the material master record. However, use in business procedures is only possible if the serial number profile has been entered in the material master record.
    Working with Serial Numbers in Deliveries:
    Maintaining Master Data for Serial Numbers in Shipping
    Assigning Serial Numbers in Deliveries
    Deleting Serial Numbers from Deliveries
    Creating Equipment in Deliveries
    Some points of interest with serial numbers:-
    -You can assign a unique serial number to each material. This allows you to monitor goods movement for individual materials, for example, when selling materials to a customer. Using serial numbers you can also manage the maintenance of individual materials more easily in the system. You must first create equipment master records, however, for these materials.
    -To use serial numbers, enter serial number profiles in the master record for the relevant materials.
    -Serial numbers are usually specified in the delivery item. However, you can also define them in the order.
    -You can also have the serial numbers assigned automatically by the system.
    -You must specify all serial numbers, at the latest, before posting goods issue.

  • Invalid Hardware Serial Number - Impossible?

    Hi!
    I have a MacBook Pro 15" for which I'm trying to shop for memory upgrades. I'm not sure which rev I have (it's either rev D or E) as both have the same clock speed as shown in the system profile, and both have the same model # (3,1), and both have the same graphics card, so comparing the spec sheets to the info in my System Profiler doesn't narrow it down any further than those two possibilities.
    So, to try to determine which model I have I went to Apple's website to type in the serial number.  I copied and pasted the serial number directly from the System Profiler to assure no user error, and yet I get a message from the Apple Website that says this is an invalid serial number (?!?!?!).  I tried appleserialnumberinfo.com's website and it ALSO rejects the number as being invalid.
    How can this possibly be?  Try it yourself -- The serial # in question is:  W7234S0X92 (again, copied directly from System Profiler and pasted into this email).
    Apple store visit is impractical at present (I'm on a seagoing vessel)  Phone support for Apple is also a dead end -- without a valid serial number the conversation stops right there, and at $1/min for Ocean Phone I can't afford the hold time anyway. Advice on not substituting O for 0, 5 for S, etc. isn't appropriate -- I'm not doing that. I'm COPYING AND PASTING the number from System Profiler. Also I'm NOT accidentally including an extra space at either end. I've done this over and over ad nauseaum.
    What I really need to know is, is there another way I can determine exactly what model of MacBook Pro I have? (I'm the third owner, the original owner is dead and the second doesn't know).  I'm also interested in knowing why Apple says the computer I am typing this on doesn't even exist, but that's really more an intellectual question than a practical one for me.
    Thanks!
    Steve M.

    Thanks to all who responded -- and so quickly! The info provided is exactly what I'm looking for.
    I'd also written to appleserialnumberinfo.com and they not only provided helpful info on the memory but an explanation for the serial number issue as well.  I'd forgotten that the previous owner had had the logic board of this MacBook Pro replaced under warranty just before selling it to me. Evidently this repair requires a technician to input the serial number, and the technician inputted it correctly. They also figured out what the correct serial number probably is, and from that I as able to determine that my MacBook Pro is a Santa Rosa model from mid 2007 and based on responses I got from you guys and a check with OWC, my computer can support up to 6GB of memory. So, thanks to all!!!

  • I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. Logged in and can not get serial number. Says it is incorrect. Going in circles.

    Can't get serial number for Photoshop Elements. I'm logged in. I have a redemption code and also codes on the back of the box. nothing works and am running in circles. I want to install and use it and can't because I can't get the correct serial number. On the front of the box it says use the card (with redemptiom code to receive the serial number.HELP!!!

    Dear Brian,
    I activated my product in August of 2014.  I had it a few months, October, when my computer crashed.  Therefore I had to go back to Adobe tell them what happened, and then until December I had noticed that it said that I had a trial copy.  I was not worried, as I had the serial number.  it was working, but in January I got a message that my "trial" copy had expired.
    At that time I had contacted Adobe and was told that because it was beyond the 3 months, they would no longer help me.
    Therefore, at one point, when the computer crashed, I had not deactivated the program.  But Adobe had gotten it working for me again.
    I do not know what happened between October and December to have changed the software from a real copy to a trial copy.
    Now to your patient questions.
    As you wrote, that is what happens to the point of getting the trial copy, but when I follow the process through, I get a message that my "trial copy has expired".    When I go the the editor, the whole process loops again, sign in, trial copy, licence page, add serial number, then the message that the trial has expired.
    When I got that message the first few times months ago, I went back to the Adobe web site and downloaded another copy.  (I have done this numerous times)  It still said that I had a trial copy and that it had expired, there is a box to licence this software, when I click that, I have to sign in again, This time I also had gone to the Adobe web site signed in and left it open, while I put in the serial number, hoping that would help (have also tried that before).  It waits and then the Editor/Organized box comes up again.  When I go to the Editor, it tells me that this is a trial copy which has expired and it starts all over again.
    I was so frustrated, that I waited a couple of months to try it again.   The thinking was that there was some glitch that would work it self out and I could again  down load a clean copy of the original, not a trial.  (I do not know how I keep getting a trial copy of PSE 12, as it is not even offered on the site.)
    The crazy thing is this morning when I turned on my computer, I had an update for the Adobe PSE 12 and Camera Raw.  Probably because I had downloaded a copy again.
    When I go the the web site to down load a copy of the PSE !2, I am doing it from the My accounts/ products page and downloads.  I have left the web page open to copy the serial number from that page, although it always matches my notes.
    ThanksT

  • Equipment serial number status management

    Hello All,
    I have a case:
    We have the status management of the equiment serial number  for instrument.
    Material number: 8000001
    Equipment Number: 300026058
    Serial Number:Q090909
    Each goods movement  will update the status and the stock information of the equipment, and the specifically operation can be done at each status.
    We had purchased this equiment from a affiliated company,and it had been sent to the consignment storage location, but two weeks ago,our logistic team returned an equiment to the vendor with this serial number Q090909, and the relevant status have been updated accordingly, now the system still show us there is an equiment at the customer side(due to we don't issue the consignment pick up order to get the physical goods from the customer), so we have to finish the consignment pick up order process,but due to the status issue of the serial number, we can't handled the equiment.
    And also we can't change the status with the transaction IQ02.
    Is there any other way to solve this problem?
    Thanks&Regards,
    Don

    Hi Don,
    If you have authorization then follow the steps given below
    Go to SE16 --> Table "JEST"
    There you have to enter the "Object number"
    Generally object number is like "IE0000000000XXXXXXXX"
    *XXXXXXXX = Equipment number
    If its not taking by the system then run JEST freely and see the pattern of object number and then enter your object number
    In my case I have found that the last eight number was Equipmnt number.
    Once you enter then on next screen, you will see 5 fields
    Client Object number            Status Status Inact. Change number
    In change mode put "X" in status Inact for every entry except the two givn below
    I0184

  • Constantly having to insert the serial number for ARD

    Hey guys. For some reason, every time I start up Apple Remote Desktop, I have to keep on typing in my serial number. Once I copy and paste the serial number, everything works perfectly fine and also has the lists of machines that I manage. Has anyone ever had this issue? Is there a fix for it? I have tried to re-install ARD and also patch it as well, but still no luck.
    thanks in advance!

    You may not find this funny, but I've stopped trying to fix this problem years ago. I know the solution. It has been discussed in the uninstall instructions. Regardless of the specific cause, which I believe to be the uninstall requirement in older versions, that I did not do.
    The files that have my treasure of saved commands, passwords, users, yadda, etc. are in these files that I refuse to chance having to reconstruct, or spend hours copy, pasting to migrate. I've just created an automator script that is set to load on startup which opens my serial text, copies, launches ARD, and pastes to begin. May sound crazy, but I've got too much too do every day, and apparently this does not bother me enough to fix.
    Those files are com.apple.ARDAgent, com.apple.RemoteDesktop, com.apple.RemoteManagement, in the user preferences. I've setup other admins on the same machine, and they don't have this issue. So far that I've seen, it is an issue confined to the specific user account. I've accumulated hundreds of unix hacks that I unfortunately, no easy export function exists that I'm aware of. I have not looked in some time so if you happen to come by that one, I'd love to know it.
    If you don't have too much to recreate, drag those files out to a backup folder when you finish saving, or exporting what you can. Quit, and restart. After this you are only going to be prompted for the serial one more time. It should stick now.

  • Lightroom Registry Entries...  Serial Number Submission / Location has changed...

    I just deleted all the registry settings for Lightroom on my Windows PC.
    I currently have Lightroom version 1.3.1 installed.
    TOPIC #1
    Why is Lightroom version 1.3.1 recreating Lightroom 1.1 registry entries?
    Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Adobe -> Lightroom
    there is a 1.1 key with nothing in it...
    I deleted it again and restarted lightroom again. Just to clear things up, Lightroom was not running when I deleted the registry entries... either was the annoying launch thing on the system tray.
    TOPIC #2 -- Multiple Entries
    Why is lightroom creating HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Adobe Lightroom AND HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Adobe -> Lightroom
    This seems like poor organization and just asking for confusion (since you are asking users to entry the registry and modify things per your Knowledge Base articles.)
    As a developer, I don't really see any reason other than sloppy code / trying to move from one location to another, but the code is unfinished. So the app is drawing info from both locations.
    The Software -> Adobe Lightroom registry key holds information about the app... the Adobe -> Lightroom seems like the more logical place to put things (since Acrobat and other apps go under there) has nothing but a version number and the version number listed does not match the version installed (I have never had 1.1 installed on this machine.)
    So bottom line? Why have both? Why not keep things in Adobe -> Lightroom?
    My current problem is Lightroom will not accept my registration... it looks like the reason for that is they've decided to store the registration / serial number information under C:\Users\All Users\Adobe\Lightroom\Lightroom 1.0 Registration.lrreg
    The Lightroom 1.0 Registration.lrreg file is PLAIN TEXT setup as a "reginfo" array of data...
    regInfo = {
    address = "my address",
    city = "my city",
    company = "Ryan Sinn Photography",
    country = "1",
    email = "email goes here",
    email_again = "email goes here again",
    firstname = "Ryan",
    industry = "26",
    occupation = "21",
    receive_email = "receive_email",
    receive_fax = "no_receive_fax",
    receive_mail = "no_receive_mail",
    receive_phone = "no_receive_phone",
    serial_number = "here was my serial number in plain text",
    state = "1879",
    uuid = "not sure what this is yet... maybe it's unique",
    zip = "55432",
    This knowledge base article:
    http://www.adobe.com/go/kb401346
    ... is explaining how to fix the "registration try/buy prompt at startup" issue is wrong. At least it is on Vista. I have a second copy of lightroom (second serial number) on XP -- I'll have to check that out and see how that is setup and where the license file is.
    The knowledge base or the FAQ (or both) should be updated because that solution no longer applies on the PC side of things.
    Anyway -- enough of my rant about this stuff...
    It just seems like version 1.3.1 and every version prior to it should really be release candidates for the REAL version 1.0.
    Seems like the joke is on us ... we paid to figure out all the problems with the software... Does Adobe have QA Testers anymore or are professionals who pay for the software filling that roll?

    The 1.3.1 created "Lightroom 1.0 Registration.lrreg" file has a different UUID... not sure how that is determined.<br /><br />Seems as though the other file was missing the Last Name, although I know I had that typed in.<br /><br />regInfo = {<br />     address = "address",<br />     city = "city",<br />     company = "Ryan Sinn Photography",<br />     country = "1",<br />     email = "email",<br />     email_again = "email again",<br />     firstname = "Ryan",<br />     industry = "26",<br />     lastname = "Sinn", <--- this was not in my other reg file<br />     occupation = "21",<br />     receive_email = "receive_email",<br />     receive_fax = "no_receive_fax",<br />     receive_mail = "no_receive_mail",<br />     receive_phone = "no_receive_phone",<br />     serial_number = "plain text serial number",<br />     state = "1879",<br />     uuid = "<uuid here>",<br />     zip = "55432",<br />}<br /><br />It seems as though this file needs to be deleted if you installed an older version of Lightroom, then upgraded to 1.3.1 and then tried to buy the software.
