Create an infotype for Training and Events

Hello SAP HCM Community,
Does anyone have a step-by-step procedure on how to create an infotype for Training and Events (specifically for External Persons - H)?
I also need to find out how do I edit an existing Training and Events or PD infotype, i.e. to add fields or remove them?

Firstly before I give you the example please advise if IT1690 is a SAP standard infotype?
Example:
When creating a Business Event (E) via transaction PSV2, PV10 or PV11 I want certain rules to be in place when the user selects the following:
When selecting an option under 'Location' for example "Internal", the user will then go to "Organizer Data". Under "Organizer Data" there will be a drop down list of A, B or C. For "Internal" Location the user should only pick option B, so if they select any of the other options and attempt to save the transaction will be stopped with an error with a message, i.e. " Incorrect Organiser Data Captured for Internal".

Procedure for System Administration
If it is not an input error, check and possibly change the system settings.
To do this, choose Maintain entries (F5).
Change your calculation procedure so that tax calculation is carried out using the jurisdiction code.

Look at view table V_T582L.
You can see certain infotypes are solely appliable for certain countries eg infty 186 CPF is for SG
Address infy 6 is common but unique subtypes can be assigned to different countries.

Hi,
Your question is not clear for me. Since it is a TEM infotype, it could be a PD infotype.
If you wish to create a PD infotype, use transaction PPCI to create the infotype.
But before that you need to create a structure HRInnnn (where nnnn is the infotype number) with all the fields relevant for the infotype.
If you wish to create a PA infotype, use transaction PM01 to create the infotype.
But before that you may be required to create a strcuture PSnnnn (where nnnn is the infotype number) with all the fields relevant for the infotype.

How to Disable Country Specific Checking for IT0021

I'm implementing PA for three countries.
Client requires a common infotype be used across countries. For France and Italy I'm not able to set the IT0021 to the standard one. As SAP by default uses the Cpountry specific Infotpe.
How to Disable this feature of SAP.

and check the number assigned to the screen
if u want the screen number check system status and module pool number

Disabling country specific checkings for it 0021

Although we are a german-based company and only do german payroll, we still have to maintain personal records from our employees all over the world, mainly for reporting purposes. Last week someone from our HR-staff tried to create it 0021 subtype 1 (spouse), but just can't manage to get it work. Some debugging showed me, that a class CL_HRPA_INFOTYPE_0021_ES with method CHECK_NIF_CONYUGE_REPRESENTANT is called and throws an error. I haven't figured out what is checked, but I definetly don't want any checking at all. Are there any means to disable this country specific checking (customizing ???).

Missing IMG entry - "Reuse country specific services" for iviews

We have experienced a problem related with an IMG activity which we couldnu2019t found:
u201CReuse country specific servicesu201D.
We need this for iviews to be used for different country grouping (in our case we have to use 99).
We know that we need to configure table T7XSSREUSEUISN but for some reasons it is not in the directoryu2026.
Any suggestions or work around?
Any inputs are much appreciated.
By the way our ECC is 5.0 and EP is 7.0.

I am trying to use some of the infotypes of the series 7xxx but when I run it in pa30/pa20 it gives me an error :
"No infotype exists for character string 7410",

on clicking on talent profile , a pop up opens for web dynpro application and it throws an error :
"The Assert Condition was violated ". i am attaching a screen shot for your reference.Please suggest.
i have also tested through se80 the applications HRTMC_LONG_PROFILE (for MSS) and HRTMC_EMPLOYEE_PROFILE(for ESS) and it is showing the same error in the browser.
I have assigned communication id infotype 0105 for both manager and employee.
EHP4 and ERP 7.

App-specific password for iMessage and FaceTime required?

Using 2 step verification with AppleID/iCloud
This morning somehow I was asked to generate an app-specific password for both iMessage and FaceTime on a Mac Mini that I use occasionally. Fair enough. Completed the process. After a while I noticed that FT and iMessage were logged out of my iPad, and it asked to generate an app-specific password. Does FT and iMessage now require an app specific password? So the Apple ID/password are no longer enough? I can understand the need for this with third party apps, but with Apple apps? Can someone please confirm if as of today iMessage and FT need an app specific password in order to work with 2 step verification?
Or am I missing something here?

So far the app specific passwords were only required for 3rd party apps, not for "Apple apps". Not sure why you cannot use trusted device verification for iMessage and FT like on the App store or iTunes. or on Apple TV.
Having to generate a different app specific password for every device that uses iMessage or FT is a pain, but I guess the powers that be at Apple feel it is more secure.

Mac Pro technical specifications optimized for Photoshop and Premier Pro, yet affordable

I will replace my old desktop Mac Pro with a new one. I am looking for advice for the appropriate configuration choices for the new Mac Pro for use with the most current versions of Photoshop and Premier Pro. This has to be balanced with a budget between $4000 to $6500. I will use multiple hard drive storage for my files, but I am not asking for any advice for this, My Photoshop use is for photo editing, with multiple images of at least 25MB files for panoramas and high dynamic range, and composites (have used Photoshop for 10 years). I have not begun to use Premier Pro for video editing, but will primarily use it over the next 18 months to edit family home movies.
The primary technical questions are which GPU D300 or D500, CPU speed and number of cores 4 or 6 or 8, and memory DDR3 ECC 12GB or 16GB or 32 GB or 64GB.
I have read various Internet articles and reviews of the Mac Pro, but find that I am unable to come up with a final choice. One article stated that Adobe has designed its software to effectively use the new Mac Pro GPUs and CPU cores.

I would suggest atleast 16GB of ram with 32GB really what you want because of the dual GPU''s. If you don't have enough ram to feed both video cards then both those cards will have limited performance. The D300 cards are really a waste. I wouldn't bother with anything less than the D500 cards especially if you plan to use Premiere. AMD cards already have half the performance that Nvidia cards do with Adobe GPU acceleration in Premiere. I wouldn't make it worse with the D300 cards. I would also suggest the 6 core CPU over the 4 Core. Otherwise just get the new Imac instead of you want a Mac.
