CQWP - Bulleted Title style - make bullet go to top line when wrapping?

I'm using a Content Query Web Part and using the Bulleted Title style.
The problem is that when the line wraps, the actual bullet centers vertically (on a 3 line wrap, it appears in the middle line).
Is there any way to MAKE it stay on the first line?

How do you create a custom title Style

iMovie 8 offers 12 title styles. I need to make my own title style and have it appear with the others so that I can use it each week and then just modify the text.
Would someone explain how to do this please? Modifying an existing one with my own logo might be an option if I can't make a new one. The ones offered by iMovie aren't really useful for a small business user.
I am new to iMovie and can't find this information in the help or in this forum - which may just mean that I am a lousy searcher, so if it's there, just point me to it.

Let's not be too quick to say this cannot be done.
What if you created a blank or black slide with your logo? You could do this in Keynote or Powerpoint or a graphics editor. Save it as a JPEG. Import it into iPhoto, which then makes it easy to import into iMovie. You can use this slide as your Title slide, with whatever duration you need. Then you can use one of the iMovie 08 Titles on top of it so you can easily add text. The iMovie Title slides are very flexible. You can change the font, size, placement of the text.

Can I copy and apply title style edits? Or save them to favorites?

I'm doing a slideshow in iMove and I have a lot of titles. Is there a way to copy and paste a style or save an altered title to a favorites list? I've started with one of the stock title styles but altered the font, kerning, leading, color, transparancy, etc... But I don't want to do this every time for every title. Can I copy and paste the "graphic style" like I can with photos in iWeb?

I am not aware of a way to do this with copy/paste. Copy and paste in iMovie allows you to copy video adjustments or sound adjustments to other clips.
One way to help accomplish what you are looking to do would be to create your title slides in a new project called title templates. When you start a new project, you can right-click (control-click) on the project name in the project source list, and select Duplicate. Now you have a new project ready to go with your title already in it.
Similarly, you could take your existing project with the title you like. Duplicate the project. Then delete everything except the title. This could be your template.

How are Title styles sorted in The Title Styles panel?

The Title Styles panel has many varied styles but I am unable to determine how they are sorted. It doesn't seem like they're alphabetically sorted. And... they doesn't appear to be a highlight around the font style of the style visible in the Titler main panel. Can someone shed some light on this subject.

My only observation is that they're sorted in the order they were created. Meaning, if I create more, the newest is always at the end.
I don't know if there is any way to change that.

Hello! I have finished a project with many titles in it with a specific title-style. now I want to change the font in this style so that it will affect all titles in this project - how do I do it?

Easiest way would be to create and Save a Style with your new font and any text Effects. Then, open each Title (sorry, no global replace here). Just click the text box, and then click your Style. Instant replacement, except as Harm says, "one by one."

Can I universally change the title styles in my iMovie? I don't want to retype everything in the new style!

Can I universally change the title styles in my iMovie? They're all set in "Lower Third" and I need to change all of them to "Gradient White" and I don't want to retype everything in the new style! It'll take forever, as I have many titles in this movie.

Interesting. http://help.apple.com/imovie/mac/10.0/#mov9c5e9641f describes how to change a title. I tried selecting 2 titles then chaging the style but it didn't work for either. So it seems the answer is no (though it should be yes).

Table of Contents - Title style

Hi there,
some issues (for me) when I'm trying to give a paragraph style to the TITLE within a Table of Contents. This is my starting point:
Then I select "indice_TOC" for the title style and I "save the style" (replacing previuos style):
Then I close the panel but when I reopen the TOC I find the title style has not been saved:
The only way to get the saved style is to manage styles from "Table of Contents Styles". Yes, I know, this is a possible workaround but the problem is that I can save any other changement in this window save (sic!) the title style. Please give a look and let me know where I'm wrong.

Rh is using Word's default TOC style.
If you are generating using the project's CSS, or any other CSS, then you are stuck with fixing each document.
If you generate to a Word template, then open the template and modify the TOC style to be left aligned. I just tried it and it works fine.

Title Styles

I am using Pr Pro CC on an iMac, OS 10.7.5. When I open the Title panel with the title styles panel visible I can only see one title style. All the tutorials that I have watched show that there should be multiple title styles available with different colors. I do have "title styles" checked under "window" in the menu and the title panel is visible. How can I get the panel to show multiple styles or how can I change the color on the letters in the title?

It might just be a matter of resetting the Style library, so follow the instructions to try that first.

How to recover title styles after reinstalling?

I recently reimaged my computer in hopes of reducing crashes with FCPX. That seemed to work but I've lost all of the title styles on work from the past year. I believe I have the same fonts installed. The titles may have been associated with styles I created and saved so maybe the styles are gone for good. I assumed they would have some reference to fonts and size still available. I exported the xml to have a read and can see no references to styles or fonts anywhere. Any one have any insights? Thanks.

Open the Previous Systems folder, find his home folder, drag it to the desktop, click Authenticate, provide an administrator password, go through the folder on the desktop for the files you want to keep, and throw the rest away.

Problem with Css styles not showing in live view or when i browse

I am using Mac osx 10.6 and building website with Dreamweaver CS5. Sometimes div tags i create not showing styles or rendering in live view or when I browse but showing in design view. I looked in dreamwever faq and they talk about not showing in design view to toggle the display styles. That is not the problem becuase it is check marked and I tried turning off and turning on and made no difference.I am using firefox browser.
It happened before the other day too. But all of my other pages in this site that i have created the same way building with div tags and css styles. So not sure what the problem is. Maybe someone has a suggestion here.

Hi Melissa - thanks for your interest. Here's the first frame, the second frame and the tween frame. I don't understand why the tween is changing the position of the object in frame 2, was expecting it to just fade from one frame to the next.

When my girlfriend and I are trying to watch a movie on Netflix together while on FaceTime my MacBook Pro always decreases the volume of any background sound on my computer so I can barely hear it. Have the same issue too. Apple can you please change this annoying feature. You are making long distance relationships more difficult.
I like how Facetime was with the old iOS, where nothing was dimmed. OR at least maybe if you could give users the option to turn on or off dimming of facetime.
