Create delivery without reference and without movement

Dear All,
I have a requirement to create an outbound delivery without reference (the easy bit) but also without movement for normal "FERT" stock items.
The reason for the requirement is we have a production planning plant set up and the receiving plant is s short distance from the manufacturing plant. The transport between locations involves public roads and the products being shipped can contain hazardous materials.
The thought is to create a delivery without reference assign the materials and pack within the delivery, the problem is that as the movement has already taken place this delivery line item must not be relevant for movement.
I have tried assigning text and non stock item categories without success so I am hoping someone out there can give me some pointers on possible solutions

In case I have understod u correctly then u need to create a OBD with material with stock but no goods movement shoudl happen
can u create a new item category which is not relevant to picking and no sloc is requried and when u create the delivery then system will mark it as complete even w/o PGI.

If so, the only change you need to make on the first one is to use "onkeyup" instead of "onchange" in the item's "HTML Form Element Attributes" setting.
Note, however, that the user must move away from the item at some point (for example, to click a button), so the onchange will be triggered anyway.

It has not worked since that day. It frozen (disabled) with a "connect to

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

Actually, you don't HAVE to sign a two year contract with AT&T, you can use the GO Phone option and do a month-to-month payment.
The drawback to that is that for your $50/month you get less than half as many minutes and no pre-paid SMS. You do, however, get unlimited internet turning your iPhone into a miniature laptop that you pay way too much to use each month... grin
I'm on the GO Phone option until my stupid T-Mobile contract expires later this year...

Outbound delivery without reference and customer-material info record

We use outbound deliveries without reference (L0). Several customers want their own material number printed on the delivery notes.
So we considered using customer material info records. Unfortunately, the customer material number is not copied from the customer material info record into the outbound delivery position.
Do any customizing settings exist that we might have overlooked? Or is this behavior a "feature"? Any hint would be highly appreciated.

What's the easiest way to create a new VLAN and then move all existing devices to it?

One of our locations was implemented using VLAN1 as the main (native) VLAN. My goal is to create a new sub-interface on the router and then move all the existing switches (all Layer 2) into the new VLAN, without disrupting the network (and remotely). I am trying to determine the best way to proceed. Thanks.

I wanted to shed a little more light on the situation. The "new" VLAN has actually been in existence since the network was initially setup. The network runs VTP and the new VLAN already has an interface on the router and already shows up on all the switches when you do a "sh vlan" command. We have about 10 VLANs in all. In reality, I am simply trying to migrate about 8 switches from VLAN1 (which they never should have been on) to the new VLAN. I know that I need to create an interface for the new VLAN on each of the switches and then swap the management IP to that interface. If I could connectly directly into each switch via the console port, this would be a simple task. However, the switches are in extremely remote locations with special circumstances, thus I have no physical access to them. This fact has me a little reluctant to making the changes, as we can't afford any mistakes that would potentially cause network downtime. I am looking for some guidance on exactly the steps to take to achieve my goal. Let's call the new vlan, VLAN2. During testing, I logged into a local switch that was on VLAN1 (that's where it had it's management address). It did have VLAN2-VLAN10 as well, via VTP. I created an interface for VLAN3 on the switch and then accessed it via VLAN3 to swap the main management interface from VLAN1 to VLAN2. The changes took, but I couldn't access it via VLAN2. I am assuming this is because the router still has VLAN1 listed as the native vlan and the VLAN2 IP address is still assigned to VLAN1 on the router. What would be the best way for me to make the required changes on the 8 switches that need swapped, without losing remote access? It wouldn't hurt if the network went down for 5 minutes or less, but we can't have a big outage. Thanks.

Error while creating delivery with reference to STO

I am getting the following error while creating the delivery with reference to STO
Document is incomplete: You cannot save the delivery
Diagnosis:
When the system checked whether saving delivery was
permitted, it determined that the requirements stored in
Define Incompletion Procedures for this document do not
allow this subsequent function.
I have checked the following already:
1. Maintained shipping data for both the supplying and receiving plants.
2. Shipping tab exists in the PO
3. Shipping point determination is checked.
4. Customer masters created for both supplying plants and receiving plant for the sales area created for STO
5. Material master is available in both receiving and supplying plants.
It is working fine in one client. and giving a problem only in the other.not able to figure out where the error is. appreciate your suggestions

First go to transaction "VUA4" and see what is the incompletion procedure asigned to your delivery type. Then go to
"OVA2" and see what are the fileds maintained in incompletion procedure of the delivery type and the status groups assigned to them. Now you go to "OVA0(ZERO) and see whether the status group allows to save the delivery. If it doesn't you can untick that check box. But if this is a live system , i doubt if you would be bale to do that. Any way one of the possible causes is storgae location missing. Kindly pelase let me know If you need any more infromation on this.

Create Delivery with reference to Sales Orders

Hi All,
I have a requirement to create a program which extracts sales orders - schedule lines and check in hand inventory for a schedule line which is due to delivery and further create a delivery and do PGI (all the activities through the program automatically).
Challenge is that I have to check availability in batches and the batch should not be split to meet the delivery.
My scenario is as below.
Sales order - 01234.
    Item 1 ----> Total Ordered quantity ---> 20
        Schedule line 1 -----> Quantity -----> 10 (delivery is due today)
        Schedule line 2 -----> Quantity -----> 10 (delivery is due today)
E.g. In hand inventory in batches:
Batch 1 ----> 30
Batch 2 ----> 10
Batch 3 ----> 50
In this case Batch 2 is meeting my requirement, so that I can proceed to deliver Schedule line 1 with Quantity 10.
I have referred some BAPIs and FMs but none has a provision to provide batch as the input (along with sales order and Item and quantities).

You can pass Sales Order Batch in REQUEST -BATCH Table of BAPI BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC.

Unable to create delivery with reference to STO

Hi,
Facing this error while creating del with ref to the STO.
Configured the following:
maintained shipping data for both receiving and supplying plants
shipping point dertermination
material extended to the sales area
Document is incomplete: You cannot save the delivery

Please check for master data - Vendor master of supplying plant for receving plants purchasing organisation and also supplying plant in additional data in purchasing tab in vendor master
Customer master for supplier's sales organisation
Check if shipping point, ship to party / customer, delivery type picked in sto properly
Check for the STO set up in SPRO
Delivery type assignment for supplying plant
if everything is ok, Create delivery in VL10B for sto, if it errors, check for log clicking on log icon
give error description

Creating delivery through Pick and Pack manager.

I have code written in the addmode and update mode of the add button of delivery window.There is a checking in the pVal.beforeAction=true part and if that checking is true there is code part which runs on pVal.BeforeAction=false.This works fine when we add delivery through standard delivery note window.The problem is that when I try to add delivery through pick and pack manager,the codepart on pVal.BeforeAction=false not executing.Checking on pVal.BeforeAction=true works fine.But later part missing in execution.Anybody encountered this problem before? Can anybody suggest a work around to solve this?

If the window closes after adding the afterAction is never thrown, this is a known "issue".
A good solution might be using the Form_Data_Add /Form_Data_Update event.

Difference between PO created with reference and without reference(CIN)

Dear Experts,
I am working on CIN. I had created a PO(PO # A) and it perfectly captured an Excise invoice(J1IEX_C). I tried to create another PO(PO # B) with same details like Material, Plant, Vendor, everything else remains same, but this time I was not able to capture excise invoice. Under J1IEX_C I am getting an error "Excise Details are not maintanied for Vendor 20033525. Message no. 8I565"
I again created new PO(PO #C) with reference to PO # A(copy) and for this PO I could capture Excise invoice for PO # C.
I am confused why is this happening, as my vendor is same in all the cases.

Genrally it should not happend like that. check the vendor details in j1id ? make sure give all details means each and every field.
your using ecc6 and updated new support pack then you have to fill all the coloums in ji1d vendor detials.
so your taking the ref of old po system not asking the details.

Hi raju,
for this problem first u extend the material to that perticular storage location by using trasnaction MM01 .
then goto vl01n then enter that perticular storagelocation then do pgi.then i think ur problem will solve.

Yes. As long as all your songs you lost have been Matched or Uploaded to iTunes Match you can download your entire library from the cloud.

What I need help with is in the question. Kids are old enough to have separate ids. I want to ensure that I can create them and then associate their music and apps to the right accounts.

As Allan posted you cannot transfer Apps and Music to a different Apple ID. Here's what I would do...
Use separate Apple ID's for iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime. These services are separate from iTunes.
Create a new Apple ID > https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ -- Note: You need a verified email address
On the device(s) go:
Settings > iCloud > (Scroll Down) Delete Account > Sign in with the new Apple ID -- Note: This only affects the device
Settings > Messages > Send and Received > Apple ID > Sign Out > Sign in with the new Apple ID
Settings > FaceTime > Apple ID > Sign Out > Sign in with the new Apple ID
This will separate your iCloud content (i.e. Contacts, Notes, Reminders etc.), Messages and FaceTime.
You all can continue to use the same Apple ID for iTunes and share the already purchased Apps, Music and Movies
If you decide that's not acceptable go:
Settings > iTunes and App Store > Apple ID > Sign out > Sign in with the new Apple ID -- Note: We covered the transfer of content part.
Hopefully that will put you on the right path to sort out the issue.
