Hi,
I want to create multiple create tasks for Single Item in List based on Assigned to column using state machine Workflow through visual studio
Here Assigned to column allows multiple users. so i have to create task for every user based on column .
I'm trying for this but i didn't got any solution

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to allow multiple users to approve.

Guide or Information to Create State Machine workflow on SharePoint Designer 2013

Hi All,
I am currently working on a workflow that requires 5 approvers who can approve, reject or review and submit again.
In a situation where an approval is given, the flow goes to the next approver.
Where it is Review and Submit Again, the control is transferred to the originator who started the the workflow and the entire process restarts
When it is a reject, the workflow stops.
Kindly advice on how to get this working.

For achieving your demand, you can take steps as below:
Add a “Start a task process” action in your workflow.
Click “these users” and Start a Task Process edit page will pop up.
In the Participants field, input your 5 approvers based on the order of approval.
In the right of Participants field, select “Serial (one at a time)”.
In the Task Options section, select “Wait for specific response” for Completion Criteria.
For Required Outcome, select “Rejected”.
Go to workflow setting page, select “Start workflow automatically when an item is created” and “Start workflow automatically when an item is changed” for the Start Options
setting.

Possible to fill a list using a custom Workflow in Sharepoint 2013

Is it possible to develop a custom workflow that compares a Contact List and the Active Directory and add any missing people to the list? Or is this a functionality not available with workflows and sharepoint 2013?

Have user profile service application set up ,which will run on daily basis by default(you can configure to run Hourly/Minutely also) to import all users along with user attributes(email, department ..etc) to SharePoint. Configuring UPS :

Multiple Price with Single Item

Dear All,
I work for Logistics company and they have implemented AR,AP,GL,OM,Purchasing...running smoothly.
Now,they want to create multiple prices for single item,pls find below scenario ,
A) Business Process:
Generally, customer goods will be split and sent in different trains. Then, for same destination & quantity we will get different amount.
Note: Calculation done by Railways based on variable factors (like penalty charges for over weight or under weight).
So everyday, every bill have different amount for same quantity and destination will be computed and given by railways.
B) Current Process in Oracle:
End user will select item and enter manually.
C) Client Requirement:
Needs to create single item with multiple prices
Note: Item code and price list should be constant due to business requirement.
I just wondering,how financial company manage price fluactutations...

O.K. accept that VK11 is for sales. But when I enter multiple records in VK11 it is getting saved. But same thing is not happening for MEK1. Is there any configuration need to change for the MEk1?
Please let me know is there any other way or tcode to save the condition with multiple values for single line items.

How to create a three state approval workflow in SharePoint 2013 using visual studio 2013

Hi Everyone,
i have a requirement like 3 state to approve. Here is the details:- when the item added into the list it will go for reviewer. Once the reviewer review the item, he will assign the task to concern person/department(Parallel process more than two persons).
Once they will approve the request again it will come back to reviewer and he will assign the task to team member(parallel process). Once the team member accepted then workflow terminate.
i want develop this workflow using visual studio 2013 only, not using designer..

Create a Task, for use in "Deferred Task"

I am in the processing of creating Deferred Tasks for my Update-User workflow.
I know how to create these easily. My problem is : the actual "Task" itself, which will be called upon from the Workflow.
I don't know the proper syntax for it.

Dispatch center - Select multiple tasks for scheduling at the same time

I need a consultation regarding Dispatch center. Is there a functionality to select multiple tasks for scheduling at the same time for one resource?

You can schedule a single task or multiple tasks automatically directly from the
dispatch center. The scheduling criteria applied come from Advanced Scheduler.
Make Sure, you have the advanced scheduler. With out Advanced Scheduler and by just using Advice, you can only assign one task at a time.

Multiple Alerts for Single error in interface is a design not issue with XI

Hi,
This is constraint of alert mechanism in XI.
You get multiple alerts for single error,the reason is that since XI will try multiple times to process a failed message so each time it fails in its tries it will send an e-mail.to stop this the "Suppress multiple alert" box is checked but what it does is that it stops all the alerts of that specific rule until the first one is confirmed.Personally i myself (and other experts too) suggest to leave the box unchecked coz its better to get tons of mails for a specific error rather than not getting any e-mail and thereby wasting time in tracking/solving the issue resulting in revenue loss to client.
As per above comments is it possible to write an ABAP code so that we can stop multiple alerts to be sending to inbox. I am sure if we can delete message from some table then we can stop sending multiple messages to alert inbox and to the subsequent mail id also. I am not sure how alert being generated. I know where they get logged in this table sxmsalertlogger. If someone know how it works in background please let me know the table names.

You can personalize the way in which you receive alerts.
Simply choose Personalization to make individual settings for your alert inbox. You can determine a substitute who will then receive the alerts. In addition, you can choose whether alerts are sent to you time-independently or time-dependently. The default setting is that alerts are sent time-independently to your alert inbox and via e-mail when they occur. You can additionally select the communication methods FAX and SMS for time-independent alert notification.
If you want to receive alerts only on certain days for a certain time, simply select the option for time-dependent sending of alerts and choose Create to create a new table entry. You can then choose the corresponding factory calendar, the time interval, and communication channel. Alerts that arise during this time frame will be sent in any case to your alert inbox. If you have also selected other communication channels, the alerts are additionally sent to you using these other channels.
This above text is from SAP help, do you think by changing anything in personnalisation i can stop multiple alerts. I have some issue with Personalisation link so was wondering would be worth to get tht personalisation issue resolved.

You can assign multiple position to single employee, based on the Employment Percentage in IT001, you can assign multiple position.
This concept is especially called Concurrent Employment. Assigning of multiple position, in Concurrent Employment, SAP has developed in such a way that, it will synchronize your Work schedule and show it one screen and payroll will calculate the amount from various assignment.

Multiple reservations for an item in a DBM order

I got an issue with multiple reservations for an item in a service order.When I try to replicate it unable to create multiple reservations.
Please help me why and when these multiple reservations are created for an item.

Hi Siva,
Like Sachin has mentioned, multiple reservations is not a standard process.
Having said that, there are some exceptions to that and here are the possible cases of Multiple reservations for a part on DBM service / parts orders:
1. If item was rejected and un rejected.
2. Qty updated after item is issued
3. Order rejected, unrejected, with different materials and QTY.
4. Item Deleted (reservation doesnt get deleted) and re-entered, same item back into order (new reservation created).
Sometimes, the action, which creates reservations might have not be updated / some Z code could have overwrite the standard process, which could lead to multiple reservations.

The requested function is possible.
In the customizing of partner function, you could set the field Unique as blank. Then you could enter multiple partners for same partner function.

Is creating multiple FileInputStream for one file OK?

Are there any issue with creating multiple FileInputStream for a single file? I have code that reads from a same file in multiple threads. Presumably, it should be ok since the file is being opened as read-only with FileInputStream. I have not seen any problem with it, but I want to be sure that there are no issues with doing this.

i think that is no problem,becase when you complete creating a FileInputStream,
the FileInputStream is autocephaly and have't relation with File,but Class File is differ in this ,if you create much new File() from one file ,System will report a err.

In DAC task tab i have created a task with the following:

I created subject area and assembled ,then created a Execution plan.

verify the following settings:
1. mapping of ECC plant and storage location and logical system number with the appropriate availability group code since this links the stock types in EWM to ECC org elements (SPRO -> EWM -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Goods movement)
2. ensure the availability group configuration is correct (SPRO -> EWM -> GR Process -> Configure availability group for putaway) - check all applicable nodes in this configuration since the availability group code is assigned in the pertinent storage types
