i've added a picture with the kind of notes i'm looking for.
i'm using acrobat reader X 10.1.4 .
How can I edit the file with those lines?

Adobe Reader doesn't edit PDF files. If you want pages to be laid out like that, you need to do it in the original document before it's converted to PDF.

How do I create a place for my family to log in and download the DVD I created in IDVD? Can this be done?

There are many ways to produce slide shows using iPhoto, iMovie or iDVD and some limit the number of photos you can use (iDVD has a 99 chapter (slide) limitation).
If what you want is what I want, namely to be able to use high resolution photos (even 300 dpi tiff files), to pan and zoom individual photos, use a variety of transitions, to add and edit music or commentary, place text exactly where you want it, and to end up with a DVD that looks good on both your Mac and a TV - in other words end up with and end result that does not look like an old fashioned slide show from a projector - you may be interested in how I do it. You don't have to do it my way, but the following may be food for thought!
Firstly you need proper software to assemble the photos, decide on the duration of each, the transitions you want to use, and how to pan and zoom individual photos where required, and add proper titles. For this I use Photo to Movie. You can read about what it can do on their website:

Neither of these are freeware, but are worth the investment if you are going to do a lot of slide shows. Read about them in detail, then decide which one you feel is best suited to your needs.
Once you have timed and arranged and manipulated the photos to your liking in Photo to Movie, it exports the file to iMovie 6 as a DV stream. You can add music in Photo to Movie, but I prefer doing this in iMovie where it is easier to edit. You can now further edit the slide show in iMovie just as you would a movie, including adding other video clips, then send it to iDVD 7, or Toast, for burning.
You will be pleasantly surprised at how professional the results can be!

Can I create a shortcut for Notes in my Dock?

I love the Apple Notes App on my iPhone because it has the ability to sync seamlessly with my MacBook Pro.
I prefer to use the Apple Notes App cause they sync seamlessly for me between devices (I don't want to use another program like Sticky Notes or such.)
I was wondering if it is possible to create a shortcut on my Dock (or desktop or keyboard shortcut to launch?) to these notes directly so I don't have to keep opening up the Apple Mail Client (Which I do not use)?

Hi! I don't seem to have a Notes application in my Applications folder. Is there a way to search my computer for it?
I also looked in the Package Contents of my Mail Application but I couldn't figure out if one of those would work to drag into my Dock (They all seem to be image files)

Create only access for notes on non-owner records

I am trying to set up the system to allow read access to an account (thats ok), but attached 'notes' are 'owner only' visible, and allowing account non-owners to create new notes. In this scenario the non-owners could read-only the account, see any notes they have added, and create more, but not see anyone elses notes. I can get this to work for activities ok, but not notes. Does anyone know a trick for this.

Yeah the private flag basically stops all non-owner access, as you would expect. In this case I want to still enable some non-owners access. Initially I thought using the private flag with the delegated user option would work around the problem (we only have a few users that want to share the notes), but private notes are not available even to delegated users.

Reboot the machine holding Command and r keys down, you'll boot into Lion Recovery Partition
In there will be Disk Utility, use that to select your Lion OS X Partition and Repair Permissions.
After that is done reboot the machine and see if you can log in.
If not repeat the above steps to get into Lion Recovery, get online and reinstall Lion again, it will overwrite the installed version and hopefully after that it wil work.
Reboot and try again.
If not follow my steps to create a Snow Leopard Data Recovery drive, then option boot from it and grab a copy of your files off the machine.
Then reinstall all your programs onto the external drive like setting up a new machine, then use Disk Utility to erase the entire internal boot drive (select the drive media on the far left, not the partiton slightly indented) format Option: GUID , 1 partition OS X Extended and then use Carbon Copy Cloner to clone the external to the newly formatted internal drive. Once that is finished reboot and disconnect the external drive.
Once you go that, boot into Snow Leopard and update to 10.6.8, use the AppStore and option click on Purchases and download Lion again and install.
Lots of work, but there is no Lion disks.

If I want to keep some notes only on my device and not in a cloud environment associated with an e-mail account. I've seen reference to the "My iPhone" local storage put no mention on how you create this folder or access this folder within the Notes app. I realize storing information in a local storage like this provides no syncing between other iDevices but that is exactly what I'm looking for. I'm running iOS7.0.4 on a iPhone 5S, and a iPad Air. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you go to Settings > Notes > Default Account you will see "On My iPhone" as the default account and the only choice if you have not enabled syncing Notes in Settings >iCloud or Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. If you have enabled syncing you can still select "On My iPhone" as the default account. When you are in the Notes app you won't see any accounts listed if you have not enabled syncing because they are all in the On My iPhone account and that is the only place possible. It is not a folder that you create.

Business Place for document could not be determined

Hi,
When I am posting Remittance challan I am getting this following error,
"Business Place for document could not be determined".
Could any body please help me to solve this problem.
I maintained the following settings in system
1. T-Code: J_1IEWTNUMGR
UN04 SC04 194C 02
2. T-Code: J_1IEWTNUM
02 02
3. T-Code: J_1IEWTNO
Maintained Number ranges
I posted vendor document and I gave Business place and Section code also. Even After all the settings I am getting this problem. Please let me know is there any steps I missed are any thing I have to maintain in system.

Thanks for you replay. I checked in table, data available in the table J_1IEWTNUMGR against Company code, Business place and Off Key.
One more question is whether we need to give Business place or Section code while creating TDS challan using J1INCHLN. It will appear like "Business Place/Section Code" in the screen. If I select from drop down It is taking Section code. Is it possible to change the logic from Section code to Business place.

Error while J1INCHLN - Business Place for document could not be determined

Dear All Experts,
I am getting below error while running J1INCHLN Business Place for document could not be determined. For updating Business Place & Section Code I am running J1INPP Update Business Place information in FI document.
So I am getting error Document is incomplete.
Further I decided to update this in BSEG manually from SE16N. I am getting two errors :
1 ) Entry XX does not exist in T059Q ( Check Entry)
2 ) Entry C1 does not exist in T059Q ( Check Entry)
I have posted TDS to with these Tax Codes and same maintained in Vendor Master as well. But I am not getting these entries IN T059Q.
I got way to maintain via View Maintainence. But I would like to know the significance of these details.
Experts guidance will be helpful.

Step-1:
It is in Path: F.A(New) -- F.A.G.S(New) -- Withholding Tax --- Extended Withholding Tax --- Posting --- India --- Remittance Challans --- Maintain Number Groups -- Provide your company code, Section Code, Official W/H Tax Key and Number Group - 001
Step-2:
It is in Path: F.A(New) -- F.A.G.S(New) -- Withholding Tax --- Extended Withholding Tax --- Posting --- India --- Remittance Challans --- Assign Number Ranges to Number Groups --- Provide Number Group - 001 and Internal Number Range - 01
Step-3:
It is in Path: F.A(New) -- F.A.G.S(New) -- Withholding Tax --- Extended Withholding Tax --- Posting --- India --- Remittance Challans ---Maintain Number Ranges --- Select Maintain Groups button and select the 001 Check box and menu -- interval -- maintain and provide company code, and then select insert interval button and provide Calendar Year and Intervals
after configuring this steps, try posting the documents by entering business place and section code in the accounting document and Create Remittance Challan in T-Code: J1INCHLC - Create Remittance Challan and next for Bank Challan T-Code: J1INBANK - Enter Bank Challan and next for printing Withholding Tax Certificate T-Code: J1INCCERT - Print

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

IPhoto - My iPhoto is not responding. When I click on iPhoto I get a never ending spinning beachball. I almost think it is looking in the wrong place for the pictures. How do I redirect it back to the Mac hard drive?

Try this: launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and check to see if the same problem persists. If it doesn't then the problem lies with your current library.
If that's the case Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #3, followed by #4 and then #1 as needed.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

I would like to create an icon for a spreadsheet that is stored in iCloud.and place the icon in the dock for easy access. This is possible with documents stored on the iMac. Thanks

How did you save Word documents to iCloud, Word will not do that so how did you? Did you use another application or maybe drop them in the Mobile Documents folder?
Please explain the how, then it may be easier to answer your question.

1) XI integrattion server - IS expects the messages in XML format. If you see the HTTP request you will see that we pass all the info contained in the Sender areement in the the HTTP request itself , namely - Message interface, message type and the namespace (along with login parameters). For IDOCs the the IDOC- XML are are sent to the IS (through IDOC port configuration at the source system.
2) When send a message to XI the sender knows that XI system parameters, but when at the reciver end there could be any any system that is reciving the IDOc/HTTTp message. you specify those message through a commumication channel and this channel is associated to a receiver agreement.
3) A Global container is like a place holder for variables. You can set a variable here and access it throughout your mapping and hence the name.
A good example for a gloabal container is a counter to countthe number of records in te target side.

I am trying to create within my modules a place for learners to contact me to ask questions as well as submit long answers to questions, preferably through email. I could not get the email function on the button to work. I have Captivate 6. I even tried to open a file as well as open a document (such as Notepad) and that did not work either for me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can create this form of contact (it does not necessarily have to be through email) for my learners? I am just learning Captivate (I have taken boot camp but it was almost a year ago). Thanks in advance for any and all help!

I would simply use a Click Box to achieve this. Create a piece of graphics or a text caption with your text such as "Click here to email me". The place a Click Box on top of this and set the On Success action (in the property inspector) to "Send e-mail to" and enter your email address in the Address field.
That should do the trick.
