Creating ERP Sales order with reference to CRM Service Order

Hello all,
I am trying to create an ERP Sales Order from CRM. If Icreate the Sales Order manually, it is working correctly but, if I try to create the ERP Sales Order as follow-up document for the CRM Service Order, it is not working.
I have defined the Cross-system Copying of Transaction Types, byt the ERP sales order is not shown as possible follow.up doc from the CRM Service Order. Does anyone know if it is possible?
Additionally, I would need to create CRM Sales Orders in reference to ERP Sales Order. Is there any way to do it??
Thanks in advance and Regards,

Hi Oliver,
Rajendra answer is correct.
The SAP Standard integration Scenario creates a ERP sales order for all the salesitems in the serviceorder.
Without items no salesorder is created in standard.
Maybe you could realize your requirement with own coding when you save a new service order or by button - click.
I realized something similar some weeks ago. One hind:  It is helpfull to maintain a ztable where you store which CRM serviceorder is linked to which sales orders.
Kind regards.

  • Create an outbound delivery with reference to a purchase order

Hi folks, would you tell me if I can create an outbound delivery with reference to a purchase order?
I tried to use the transaction VL10B but after I run there is no data is selected. Should I set up anything else for that?
    Thanks in advanced.

    Hi,
Yes, you can create outbound delivery with reference to a PO.
In transaction VL10B, if you are not sure about the shipping point leave it blank. ALso, you can check the shipping point from the shipping data and enter it here.
Leave the field Condition rule to create delivery blank so that it will consider PO with delivery date falling within one year.
In the Purchase order tab, enter the PO number.
Execute.  It should fetch you the PO list due for delivery.
Before doing the above, make sure PO is not subjected to release strategy. Check the quantity in the PO due for delivery.
    Thanks and Regards,

  • ME21N Create Purchase Order with reference to previous Purchase Order

    Hello Expert,
Previously have been using Purchase Info Records for reference when creating Purchase Orders using ME21N.  We then have deleted the Pricing Condition in the Purchase Info Record using ME12.  Now when we are trying to create a new Purchase Order with the same values (Vendor, Material, Plant and Storage Location), the transaction code ME21N automatically fetches the previous values of the Pricing Condition as if it was cached.  I remember of studying this in the MM academy but I am not sure how to disable it.
This error only happens when we are creating the first Purchase Order after the deletion, for the second Purchase Order, error will be prompted to the user saying that the Pricing Condition could not be found.
I would like to ask where in configuration can I delete this cache behaviour or is that any work around for this.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Antony,
I found the "Update Prices" function in the Conditions Tab of the Item Details helps to refresh the data and fetch the new information from the Purchase Info Record.  I would like to ask is there anyway to provoke this function automatically everytime when a user runs the transaction ME21N.
    Thanks in advance again.

  • Collective Planned orders Scheduling for lower level orders with reference to the Superior order

    Hi All,
    Collective planned order scheduling.
I have been trying to reschedule the superior planned order and i was expecting the lower level planned orders to reschedule based on the superior planned order.
    My problem is
when i try to reschedule the superior planned order the system is not rescheduling the lower level planned orders.
For example if i change the basic finish date of superior planned order as 30/09/2014 and reschedule the planned order it is only scheduling the header planned order and the lower level planned order is not scheduling.
Could some one tell me why this is not happenning at planned order level.
As the rescheduling of collective order will work at production order level but for some reason it is not happening at planned order level(as there is no option available to do so).
Please give your thoughts on this asap.
    Mahee.

    Hello Mahee
Please observe that your system is working as designed. Planned orders are scheduled independently, even when they are part of a network/collective order. Note 152319 explains the planned order scheduling in detail and it provides the following information:
    * No scheduling of overall networks is executed although a directly manufactured component is assigned.
Note that no scheduling of the overall network is executed for planned orders. For the components requirements dates are determined. In order to cover them, planned orders are created in the next MRP run. Since the requirements are not managed using the exact time, the results of the planned order scheduling and of a scheduling of the overall network of the converted collective order can differ.

If you create a sales document with reference to a preceding document, the system copies nearly all the data from the preceding document. The data in the preceding document originally comes from the customer and material master records. Because the data is copied from the preceding documents into the sales document, any changes that have been made to the master data records since the preceding document was created are not included in the sales document. If, when you create with reference, you add another item to the document that was not in the preceding document, the system determines the data for it from the master records, such as the material master or info record.
You have created an inquiry and a quotation with reference to this inquiry. Before you created the quotation, you changed some data in the material and customer master records.
You have changed the material description in the material master record. This description is stored in the sales document at item level.
You have changed the terms of payment in the customer master record from ZB01 to ZB03. These are stored in the sales document at header level.
When you created the inquiry, the system copies the original material description to the item. If you enter another item in the quotation for the same material, the system displays the new material description for the new item.
However, the system continues to propose the original term of payment, that is, ZB01, for all items including the new one. This is because it is copied from the header of the preceding document into the header of the quotation, and the change in the customer master record has no affect on the quotation.

There is an OSS note <a href="https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/370988">Note 370988 - BAPIs in SD: Creation with reference</a>
    <i><b>Symptom</b>
This note describes the problems of the 'Create with reference' function when using BAPIs to create sales documents.
If you are working online, you can use this function module to create a sales document with reference to an existing sales document or a billing document (for example, a debit or credit memo request) according to fixed rules. The rules for transferring information from the source document to the target document are defined in the copying control on header and item level. The creation with reference permits an item selection.
When you use BAPIs in SD, a function of this type is not fully available. A reference is only possible for a quantity contract, so that the target quantity of the contract can be reduced by the order quantity of the sales document. Furthermore, the document flow is also updated.
As an alternative to 'Create with reference' in Transaction VA01, two variants are provided for solving the 'Create with reference' problem in the BAPI.
          1. Create a '1:1 ' - that is, a document copy of a sales document (customer quotation, order) with 'BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_COPY'. At this point, you cannot create the 1:1 copy of either a billing document or a delivery.
          2. Create a sales document that refers to an existing document with 'BAPISDORDER_GETDETAILEDLIST' and 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2'.
    <b>Other terms</b>
    BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_COPY, BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE, BAPI_CUSTOMERINQUIRY_CHANGE, BAPI_CUSTOMERQUOTATION_CHANGE, BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1, BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2, BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDATA, BAPISDORDER_GETDETAILEDLIST
    <b>Reason and Prerequisites</b>
As of yet, no method exists for creating a sales document that refers to an existing document.
    Solution
    For solution No. 1
          1. Create the documents using the BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_COPY function module. However, this only permits a 1:1 copy without factoring out individual items.
          2. After you have created the document copy, you can use a change BAPI to edit this copy.
    For solution No. 2
          1. Collect the data for the reference document (for example a customer quotation) with the 'BAPISDORDER_GETDETAILEDLIST' function module. In the example code, focus exclusively on the partners, items, schedule lines and conditions.
          2. Prepare the Data. Execute the 'copying control' manually. This way, you decide which values are to be transferred.
          3. Create the sales document using the 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2' function module by transferring the prepared data.
          4. Finally, you must remove a COMMIT WORK so that the sales document can be written into the database.
An example of solution 2 is attached as a text file. You are allowed to select items and quantities for example, if you use input parameters. If there are no entries, then transfer 1:1 from the reference document. When you enter the 'condition type' parameter, you can determine whether conditions are copied or recalculated ('G' for transferring from the preceding document; 'B' or ' ' for re-determining, and 'C' for re-determining with transfer of the manual elements).</i>
    Sample : <a href="https://websmp108.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/012003146900000486112004E/BAPI_COPY_WITH_REF.txt">ZZ_MS_BAPI_COPY</a>

  • Is it possible to use variant configuration (with a Non-SAP solution) when creating ERP sales orders in SAP CRM WebUI

    Hello,
our customer plans to use a Non-SAP solution for variant configuration (Camos) in SAP ERP (ECC 6.0) and in SAP CRM 7.0 EHP1 as well.
ERP sales orders (and ERP quotations) should be created in SAP CRM (CRM WebUI).
Is it possible to use variant configuration (with an external variant configuration tool) when creating ERP sales orders and quotations in the SAP CRM WebUI or do we have to implement SAP IPC for this?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    AEV

    Dear AEV,
I think LORD (lean orders) should work with variant configuration as well. In the note 1236015 there is not restriction listed. However you need lord2 activated in ECC, and ECC system should be on EHP4.
    Best regards

  • To create a return order with sales order as reference in CRM.

    Hi guys,
How do i create a return order with sales order as reference in CRM. Is CRMD_BUS2000115 the transaction for this?? and if yes how do i pass sales order as reference??

    Hi,
While archiving the documents, the backup of the documents (Archive FIles) would have been taken. Using the archive file, you can reload the required documents and do your transaction.
It is better to check with your technical team to do the same.

  • Creating ERP Sales Order from CRM 7.0

    Hi Experts,
We are implementing the scenario-Creating ERP Sales Order from CRM. My doubt is:-
Do we need to download the entire product data from ECC via middleware to implement this functionality?
Is it possible that we manually create few products in CRM with same heirarchy and category and avoid middleware data download?
My basic doubt is-what product information is passed to ECC from CRM when we create the ECC Sales Order? If only product id is passed, then we can avoid middleware data download for product from ECC to CRM.
Can anyone please provide me some pointers on this? What should be the approach-download product data from ECC to CRM or manually create product data in CRM?
    Thanks and Regards,
    Rohit

I´m trying to figure out the ERP Sales Order Scenario in CRM, i found the following link (sap.help) to customize the ERP sales Order in CRM, it´s a quickly guide supported by SALESPRO but in my case does not work, if somebody knows how to retrive the Order in IC i´ll appreciate.
    Here a quick Guide -->
    Prerequisites
You can directly create and change an ERP sales transaction in SAP CRM once you have carried out the following:
You are using SAP ERP for your Quotation and Order Management.
    You are using SAP CRM.
You have assigned the relevant ERP sales transactions to a profile.
You do this in Customizing for CRM, by choosing  Customer Relationship Management  Transactions  Settings for Sales Transactions  Define Profile for ERP Sales Transactions .
You have defined an RFC destination.
You do this in Customizing for CRM, by choosing  Customer Relationship Management  CRM Middleware and Related Components  Communication Setup  Define RFC Destinations .
You have defined a business role by copying the standard business role SALESPRO to your own. You make this setting in Customizing for CRM, by choosing  Customer Relationship Management  Business Roles  Define Business Role .
You have defined cross-system copy control of transaction types.
You do this in Customizing for CRM, by choosing Transactions  Settings for ERP Transactions Maintained via CRM  Cross-System Copy Control for Opportunities and ERP Transactions
I want to see the screens or video regarding with this scenario.

  • Create a Sales Order with Reference to Contract using IDoc / LSMW  ( AFS )

    Hi Gurus,
I need to crate a Sales Order with reference to a Contract. I need to upload Sales Orders with reference to contract via LSMW.
So far, I've been able to create the Sales Order with ref to contract. But, the Sales Order Quantity is not getting deducted from the Original Qty in Referred Contract ( When try to create another Sales Order referring to the same Contract.) When a Sales Order is created manually, this is working fine.
Please tell me if I've missed some parameter which stopping it create the link to exact schedule line ( Sizes level )
    The Details of the IDoc which is been created via LSMW are as follows;
    Message Type: ORDERS
    Basic Type     : /AFS/ORDERS05
Process Code : ORDE / DELO
( Tried with both process codes.  But the Identification is the same for both: IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS )
    *_In Header;_
Segment : E1EDK02  - IDoc: Document header reference data *
    Qualifier : '043' - Vendor Contract Number ( Tried with ' 005' - Customer Contract, but it's not working )
Contract Order is mapped for field BELNR
    *_In Item;_
Segment : E1EDP02  - IDoc: Document Item Reference Data *
    Qualifier : '043' - Vendor Contract Number ( Tried with ' 005' - Customer Contract, but it's not working )
Contract Order is mapped to field BELNR
Line Item of the Contract is mapped to field ZEILE

    to following fields;

Please help me with regard to this. Points will be awarded for your valuable contribution.

    Hi,
    This issue is been resolved.
One of my friend helped me with resolving this issue..
    Once the below mentioned configurations were done on SPRO, the Sales Order was created with reference to Contract and the Qty was reflected when tried to create a new Order referring the same contract.;
u2022     SPRO --> SD  -->Sales  --> Sales Documents  --> Sales Document Header  --> Define Sales Document Types  --> Field : Outline agreement message; from blank to u201CBu201D.
u2022     SPRO  -->SD  -->Sales  --> Sales Documents  --> Sales Document Header  --> Maintain Sales Document Types for AFS  --> Field : Outline agreement message; from blank to u201CAu201D
