Creating Purchase Order Using Procurement Confirmation Wizard

Dear All,
I am trying to add the Purchase Orders using the Procurement Confirmation Wizard. Now I want to get those Purchase Orders list that are added using this Procurement Confirmation Wizard. How can I do that ? By this I mean, I do not know on which event I should use this and How to get the DocNum or DocEntry of the added Purchase Orders ?
Please help me to solve this.

If you are using SBO 9, I believe there should be another column in matrix 540000036 that stores the object type of the created document.
In older version, the procurement only create a PO/Draft object.
In latest version, you are allowed to create PO/PQ/Prod Order object.

    It would be difficult to achieve what you want with the OOTB features of only one list.
    Per my understanding, there would be two main functionalities in the solution you want:
    1. Calculate and display the “Balance Qty” dynamically based on the values of “Order Qty” and “Deliver Qty”;
    2. Trace the “Deliver Date” and “Deliver Qty” as per “Purchase No”;
    As a workaround, I would suggest you create two lists as below:
    1. List “Orders”: Saving the upcoming orders per “Purchase No”, one “Order Qty” related to one unique “Purchase No”.
    Columns in this list:
    Purchase No(Number);
    Order Date(Date);
    Order Qty(Number);
    2. List “Deliveries”: Recording each delivery, one “Deliver Qty” to one unique existing “Purchase No” in list “Orders”.
    Columns in this list:
    Purchase No(Lookup “Purchase No” in list “Orders”);
    Order Date(Additional Lookup column along with “Purchase No”);
    Order Qty(Additional Lookup column along with “Purchase No”);
    Deliver Date(Date);
    Deliver Qty(Number);
    Balance Qty(Number);

    In the “Deliveries” list, we can trace each “Deliver Qty” and “Deliver Date” easily by filtering the “Purchase No” column in the list view page.
    For the dynamic values in “Balance Qty” column, Event Receiver with custom code would be needed as we will need to query the “Order Qty” in “Orders” list and all the
    existing “Deliver Qty” value per “Purchase No” in “Deliveries” list.

  • Probelm with Creating purchase order using BAPI_PO_CREATE1

    I am trying to create a PO using the "BAPI_PO_CREATE1".
    The BAPI is returning a PO number but when I am checking for the same in ME23 its saying that the number doesnot exsists.
    In BAPI retrun I am gettig an info message as "Stock transport ord. Created number 4500016833". What does this indicate and what do I need do for the PO to get created?

      Not realy clear which scenario u r trying to address here. But you can post the Goods receipt to a balance sheet account. U can ideally create a separate valuation class and use the same for account determination. The materials for which you are making the PO have to be asigned to that particular valuation class. The rest of the configurations will remain as they are. But in the transaction key you will include the new valuation class and assign it to balance sheet account.

  • ME21N Create Purchase Order with reference to previous Purchase Order

    Hello Expert,
    Previously have been using Purchase Info Records for reference when creating Purchase Orders using ME21N.  We then have deleted the Pricing Condition in the Purchase Info Record using ME12.  Now when we are trying to create a new Purchase Order with the same values (Vendor, Material, Plant and Storage Location), the transaction code ME21N automatically fetches the previous values of the Pricing Condition as if it was cached.  I remember of studying this in the MM academy but I am not sure how to disable it. 
    This error only happens when we are creating the first Purchase Order after the deletion, for the second Purchase Order, error will be prompted to the user saying that the Pricing Condition could not be found. 
    I would like to ask where in configuration can I delete this cache behaviour or is that any work around for this.

    I have played around with the Procurement confirmation wizard in 8.81 and tried to get this to create multiple Purchase Quotes from one Sales Order. In the Help file and 8.81 documentation it specifies that this is possible. I could not get this to work, as I can only specify one Vendor.
    How can I use this tool to create multiple Purchase quotes from one Sales Order?

    Have you maintained Prefered vendors for Items so that when Purchase Quotation executes it gets generated for all teh prefred vendors in one shot........
    What you need to do is when Procurement wizard gets opened you have to select Purchase Quotation in drop down list in step 3 of 6 and then try...........

  • Procure-to-Pay Scenario. Create Purchase Order

    Hello Experts: I have a question regarding the Procure-to-Pay scenario and the Create PO functionality.
    we are in SRM 7.0, Classic Scenario and we try to implement the Procure-to-Pay functionality as it is described in OSS note 1263876 "SAP SRM: Configuration of Procure-to-Pay Scenario".
    Our idea is to transfer Purchase Requisitions from ECC6 to SRM using the CPPR application. But we will also take advantage of the integration with MM provided with this scenario.
    If you are familiar with this, you will already know that, using the harmonized role for operational purchaser (ERP/SRM) an end user can create Purchase Orders in the backend. Our question is related to this functionality.
    Using this role, the buyer can select Purchasing Documents under the detailed navigation area and, from there, he will have access to create Shopping carts, Purchase requisitions, Purchase Orders and Purchase order responses.
    If we select Create Purchase Order, the application "Purchase Order: New" gets opened. Here we have to select the system where we want to create the new PO: either SRM or ECC6. Our first question is: As we are running a Classic scenario, why are we asked to select between SRM and ECC6?. It should be only ECC6, shouldn't be?
    In any case, the SRM systems gets selected by default when we open "Purchase Order: New" appl. and bellow this field, you can see the PO types customized in SRM. If we change the system to ECC6 we see the following: "Number of purchase order types: 0" . So, no PO types are available. this is the second question: why do we have 0 PO types to be created when we select the ECC6 system? is there a missing customizing where we have to define which document types are vaialable to create POs in ECC6 from SRM Portal?.
    To summarize: only ECC6 should be proposed as system to create POs (as we are running a Classic Scenario) and there should be ECC6 PO types available to create such POs in the ECC6.
    Can you please tell us what is still missing in our configuration? Any help will be more than welcome

    The purpose of MRP run is to make sure that you always have enough stock.
    An order to cost center will not increase stock.
    Means: MRP is not able to create requisitions for cost center consumption. If you change a requisition created by MRP to be ordered to a cost center, then the next MRP run will create a new requisition to stock.

                     My suggetion is that develope program to do your scenario... Use BAPI to create Sales order. First confirm with the Functional team for the input for sales order about sales area, company code, conditions type to be used while creation a sales order against Purchaser order... If the details is same then. First get the details of the Purchase order from BAPI " 'BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL' or you can get details by select queries on EKKO & EKPO for header and details....
                    Then pass data to BAPI of sales order creation 'BAPI_PO_CREATE' . to create sales order and handle error with parameter         RETURN                           = IT_BAPIRETURN
    by giving loop on that....and display in the output.....
    This is the simplest way of doing your process...

    I think I have the path names set correctly. They are: set JAVA_HOME="C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3" set XSQL_HOME=C:\xsql The java.exe file is in the \bin directory under the JAVA_HOME path. But, when I run the batch file I get the error message

    I just installed FC Pro HD on my new MacBook Pro. Updated to the latest versions. When I try to launch, I get an error message: "Configuration Error - This software requires certain hardware or software which is missing: *AGP graphics card" anyone kn
