Creative Cloud account and payment issues!

I pay $50/month for creative cloud. I want to change my payment method, but when I log in to Adobe account it says I only have a free membership. What can I do? Is there is phone number I can call?

  • 2 creative cloud accounts and maximum activations exceeded

We have 2 creative cloud accounts (enabling us to use on 4 computers - per conversation with adobe rep) and still get maximum activations exceeded error and request to login every time launching apps... Please help as I cannot use PS until this is rectified.

    Hi kimballroundy,
Apologies for the inconvience caused, I would like to clarify your doubts here:
2 creative cloud accounts and maximum activations exceeded
What do we have to do to make sure that we can get what we are paying for?
You can install and use the desktop applications available in Creative Cloud on two computers at once, as long as the same person is logging in to both machines and using the products with the same ID. You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for instance, you can install your applications on both. See the product license agreements page for more information.
Which is 2 Creative Cloud accounts, to run on 4 computers?
Same as Above. So Ideally you can run 4 computers.
If you still have some doubts, please feel free to ask, I shall be happy to help
    Cheers

  • I already have a creative cloud account and I keep getting window asking to use trial version of 2014 programs.

The other day I received a notice that there was an update for creative cloud to correct this. After updating that it still is giving me the same issue. Why isn't the 2014 programs just and upgrade for the existing CC programs?

  • One Adove Creative Cloud account and 3 devices.

I have an account for the Adobe Creative Cloud and I have 3 macs. iMac, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air. My account only allows 2 different devices. How can I add just one more device?

Thanks Mylenium! I'm ready to pay more for adding one more device.
By the way, extra subscription which is about $50 per month will allow two more devices. I need just one more.
Is there a cheaper plan for just 1 more device?

  • My Creative Cloud Account

I have had this problem EVERY month, I call Adobe EVERY month and explain to them that my money is NOT available until the 3rd of each month EVERY month, and they tell me the problem has been resolved EVERY month and guess what? I'm getting the same message I get EVERY month. There's a problem with my Creative Cloud account and "That they hate to see me go". What can be done as I'm really getting sick and tired of this!
    Janet

    Hi Janet
Sorry for the frustration caused.  As your subscription was started on the 2nd, this is your billing date each month and we don't have the option to change this I'm afraid.  If payment fails on the billing date, then it is automatically attempted again after 7 days and you won't lose access to your subscription during that time.
    Kind regards

  • Accidentally deleted Adobe Acrobat XI Pro from Creative Cloud account - how to reinstall?

I have an Adobe Creative Cloud account and it will not allow me to reinstall Adobe Acrobat XI because it thinks it is updated. However, I accidentally uninstalled it, trying to prevent it from over-riding an older Adobe Acrobat install I had. I now need to reinstall it.
How can I get the Adobe updated to recognize that Adobe Acrobat is not installed? I've had it recheck several times over the last 2 months.
The Adobe site will not download it, even though I select the "download" button, nor will the Creative Cloud account installer.

Shut down Acrobat and any Creative Cloud application before doing this procedure.
    1    Rename caps folder.
              a.  Using the Finder menu Go>Go to Folder.
              b.  In the "Go to Folder" window put the following path:  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/
              c.  Rename the folder named "caps" at this location to something else (i.e. OLD_caps):
    /Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
2    Install Acrobat from within the Creative Cloud application.
    3    Rename new caps folder.
              a.  Using the Finder menu Go>Go to Folder.
              b.  In the "Go to Folder" window put the following path:  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/
              c.  Rename the folder named "caps" at this location to something else (i.e. NEW_caps):
    /Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
4 Rename the OLD_caps folder back to "caps"
5 Now you should be good.
*Note:  The "caps" folder contains the files that the Creative Cloud application reads to show what IS and IS NOT installed.

  • There are no apps in my Creative Cloud account.

I subscribed successfully this morning, and can log in to both adobe.com (where my Cloud subscription appears under recent orders) and to creative.adobe.com.
In the Cloud, under Apps, it prompts me to Try the various apps. I chose a few, downloaded and installed AAM succesfully, and I now have Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Fireworks installed locally. Still as trial versions. With the app open, I attempt to connect to my Creative Cloud account to license them. It logs me in then immediately prompts me for a serial number.
Not sure where this went wrong, but somehow my Creative Cloud account and adobe.com account are not synced to each other.
    Thanks,
    ~Jeanne

    Hi Jeanne,
Based on your description is sounds like something on your system might be blocking access to activation server. It could be firewall or antivirus software. If its possible you might try turning these off temporarily and then going through the sign in process again. I'd also want to ensure you have all updates installed too, I'd probably start with that and then temporarily turn off your firewall or antivirus software and go through the "License This Software" process again. We have this document that goes through some related troubleshooting.

When I check the troubleshooter it is stating that it is for Windows 7, is there a update that I can download? A driver? Whats odd is I factory reset my computer last week, I could install it before this reset. What happens:
    I double click it,
    it opens I click yes,
it tries to load, then it stops.

  • Mac creative cloud client and application manager hang up

I have tried several times to download lightroom using my creative cloud account and each time, the computer attempts to open the creative cloud client and/or the application manager program which proceeded to attempt to open, to no avail.

I have the same problem in Windows.
Application manager starts the download then says  download corrupt try again later.
    Trying latter doesn't help.
I also cant download the trial version of Lightroom direct from Adobe to try and install it without application manager.  The trial download link doesn't work.

  • I just bought Photoshop and Illustrator, but I think I have two Creative Cloud accounts as well?

I didn't mean to get two Cloud accounts and I need to figure out how to get the serial numbers for Photoshop and Illustrator so that I can use them. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. I'm working on a couple of logos, so I could really use the help soon. Thanks!

I have two Creative Cloud accounts, occurred by accident, I wish to merge them and have all my details and licenses under one account, how do I do that?
This is due to the different changes Adobe has gone through and unfortunately I used different emails at certain times.

Under one Adobe ID you can have one CC only,if by accident you have purchased two CC under one account, it needs to be cancelled & refunded, please contact Adobe Support at

  • Already have a Lightroom 4 license AND have Creative Cloud account

Hi,  I've been using Lightroom for a long time and already have a Lightroom 4 license, and got a Creative Cloud account as the upgrade to a CS5.5 Design Premium license several weeks ago. I also use 3 Macs in my home studio and would like to run Lightroom on all 3 of them. Can I use the Creative Cloud Lightroom 4 version on two of them AND use my original Lightroom license on the 3rd Mac without problem?? That makes sense to me, but I just want to verify that this is true.  Thanks very much,

    Thanks, Ken!
