Creative Cloud doesn't 'know' I have a full susbscription

I have a subscrition to Creative Cloud, however, even tho I'm signed in the menu bar at the top still asks me to 'upgrade' and the Apps section invites me to "try" the apps rather than download them. i have tried everything I can think of to coax the site to behave but it stubbornly refuses to do so. Any fix? Just to be clear, I'm definately signed in the account drop down top right of the screen knows it's me and displays my e-mail address. If I click on my account button it takes me to my account in which my subscription payment is recorded.
For similar reasons I suspect, I don't see any way of taking advantage of my 5 web basic websites as business catalyst doesn't seem to know I have a creative cloud membership. Any help in resolving this issue would be great.

    Yes. Thanks. I misled myself based on another post. Successfully did this by selecting "File," "Save a copy ..." then choosing "for CS4 or later (IDML)"
    It required some patience and several tries, but I think that was due to hardware (memory) being overloaded by CC Cloud version or something. It was a 50 MB, 500-page file and took 17 minutes to convert/save,
    Re-capping: from CCloud to CS5, don't use "Export" (to IDML); use "Save as" or "Save a copy" and select "for CS4 or later (IDML)".
    Advice much appreciated.

    Chuck Palmer what steps have you utilized to resolve the issue previously?  You mentioned you were in contact with our support team.  Do you have a case number which I can reference to review the notes?

    It would give you the option to Deactivate on both the machines. Please do so and then activate it back.

    Your subscription allows for you to install on two machines.  One condition is that only one of the installations can be in use at any given time.

    That should not be an issue.  If you are using creative cloud, you can install the apps on your primary computer and one backup computer. You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for example, you can install your applications on both.
