Creative Cloud fails to update
Hi, i keep getting the following error message when I attempt to update my Adobe CS6 apps using the Adobe Application Manager:
"AI CS6 Creative Cloud Update
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7"
This being the message when I tried updating Illustrator. Updating other apps returns a similar message. have tried downloading the update and bypassing Adobe App Manager, with equally disappointing results!
Running Mac OSX 10.7.4
Does anyone have a clue as to how to overcome this problem, or have similar experiences? Would love to know!!

In that case, we need to re-install AAM as it seems to be an issue with that.

EVERY UPDATE OF CREATIVE CLOUD FAILS!!!
I Really am so pissed off now....I've been patience enough! This is probably the 10th time I have to contact the helpdesk to guide me trough this problem. Because I'm so tired of the problem I didn't use creative cloud for a month...
This really sucks! Every time when there's a update of this creative cloud it won't update and I get fault code:50 Then I can't use the creative cloud anymore because it need to update. Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) to my Mac Pro desktop running OSX 10.9.3. My Creative Cloud app shows updates for all apps that I have as CS6 on my desktop but I have only subscribed to Photoshop CC. Lightroom shows Install but it is installed. Trying to Install Photoshop CC(2014) results in and error message "Installation failed Errors encountered during installation.(7) more information.
More information gives Exit Code: 7
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For Example, ERROR:

I also cannot directly download from my account on the web. This has been going on for a week or more and I have tried numerous suggestions on the forums but got nowhere. I uninstalled Creative Cloud app today but could not find the installer again so I assume that was deleted. I cannot download that now as on Adobe's site it says we are experiencing problems. Aren't we all.
I was happy with CC until last week but now cannot recommend it.

Creative Cloud shows 4 updates but is stuck and nothing happens when update is clicked, nor you can agree to the new agreement, nor you can quit and restart the app (and why should you). see screen shot.

Could not access Creative Cloud today without updating it. After update it will not open. It spins for five seconds then closes. Mac Pro tower 3 yrs old 12 gb ram os 10.7.2
I was unable to access the laptop last night to create a new user; however my client would perfer not to try a second account since that would make it unusable for him while we test the second profile.
Also John Sophos was installed after this started to verify that it was not a virus/malware (I know pointless step but it has happened to me before) so I don't think that is the problem -
Creative Cloud had me update Lightroom. Now have two versions. Neither works. What is Adobe doing?
1. I have Creative Cloud and Lightroom v5.7.1.
2. CC offered a new version of LR.
3. I clicked download new version.
4. I now have 2 (two) LR shortcut icons on my desktop monitor screen.
5. The new version doesn't open.
6. The old version opens. Window pops up - LR catalog can't open. Quit other version of LR. Also - preview of image in LR is blank. Says photo missing.
7. Computer specs? Don't know what you want. 32Gb ram, i5, 1Tb
8. LR worked fine before upgrade.
9. Reached Adobe by phone. Started to talk. Line went dead.

What do you do when the creative cloud will not update?
Creative cloud will not update on my Mac.. therefore I cannot use InDesign. How can I get the Creative Cloud to update? I have tried un-installing and re-installing 3 different times now. Thank you.
Not sure. I am not having any problems opening files in current version 8.0 except for files that have been created/modified in current version 8.2 of course. That is why I need to update.
I've tried uninstalling 8.0 version before updating and a direct download of installer/updater of 8.2... still no luck. -

I can't help you without more details. Are you using Windows or Mac? Which version of DW/EM were installed? Have these products worked well before? Which product hangs? Dreamweaver, Extension Manager and Creative Cloud application all hang? Does it hang during startup or after you did some operations?

I need help installing update 13.1.2 for Photoshop creative cloud, installation fails with error code: U44M1P7. Could someone please help?

I could find the answer after searching previous posts about this language problem.
Had to change my language in AAM profile and then download PS CS6 again ( english version ).
Then open the actual Photoshop and in preferences > interface you can besides the Dutch also option for English.
restart application and Voila.

Photoshop update in Adobe Creative Cloud fails
Each time I open Adobe Creative Cloud there is an update for Photoshop. When I click on the update it is downloaded and the install process starts. When the installation of the update reaches 100%, the update always fails saying install error. Any idea what needs to be fixed?
This is occuring on a new iMac. Photoshop runs okay otherwise.Sadly, there is no help in that link. I can send the log (unzipped or zipped) if you'd like to look. This occured on a brand new machine. But here's the summary at the end. No fatal errors, And no explanation. Attempting to install the update without the product supposedly causes this error. Guess what? The product was installed.
