Creative Cloud Intall and update error

Each time I update Creative Cloud desktop, some of my software thar has been installed will be removed from the list of my Creative Cloud like this.But the software can still in my computer and they can be updated by Application Manager(but can not update via creative coud).
Other software is still OK.
PS:all software have been installed in my computer and i install them from creative cloud at first.

       2.  Restart the machine and retry.
       3. Please re-install Creative Cloud if you are facing trouble updating it.

  • Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) and why does my Creative cloud app show updates for CC(2014) products I do not have?

    Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) to my Mac Pro desktop running OSX 10.9.3.  My Creative Cloud app shows updates for all apps that I have as CS6 on my desktop but I have only subscribed to Photoshop CC.  Lightroom shows Install but it is installed.  Trying to Install Photoshop CC(2014) results in and error message "Installation failed Errors encountered during installation.(7) more information.
    More information gives Exit Code: 7
    Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting.  For Example, ERROR:
    - 0 fatal error)s), 0 error(s)
    I also cannot directly download from my account on the web.  This has been going on for a week or more and I have tried numerous suggestions on the forums but got nowhere.  I uninstalled Creative Cloud app today but could not find the installer again so I assume that was deleted.  I cannot download that now as on Adobe's site it says we are experiencing problems.  Aren't we all.
    I was happy with CC until last week but now cannot recommend it.
    I also have a Macbook Pro retina and Photoshop CC(2014) downloaded no problem on that.

    What does the detailed crash report say?
    And have you updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website? (most crashes on launch are due to bugs in out of date video card drivers)

  • Help with Download error in Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition

    I have been paying for the Creative Cloud Student and teacher editions of the Adobe suite. I have two laptops. The cloud application installed fine in both, but I could not download the apps into my preferred machine, receiving a "Download Error" for my pains. The other laptop, with its small memory size, was not suitable for the programs and has recently crashed and passed on! So now I'm still left with half of my year's commitment to go and have still not been able to benefit from the programs. i have tried every which way to get them on my main computer, taking advice from the net but to no avail.     What means something like:
    "Question: Can pupils/students or teachers continue using the Student and Teacher Editions after graduation or after leaving?
    Answer: Yes. Any eligible person can use Adobe Student and Teacher Edition. The Adobe Creative Cloud can be used for the duration of the subscription."

  • Just updated via the creative cloud app and now lightroom won't even load.

    As the title states:
    I've just updated via creative cloud app, ran lightroom from the standard shortcut on m desktop and got 5.7. Exited that and tried to run from the new shortcut. No load.
    Thought it might be to do with still having 5.7 installed, so uninstalled that via creative cloud app and it still wouldn't load. Noticed that the creative cloud app still showed lightroom as being installed (5.7 had disappeared on first uninstall). Selected uninstall again and this time it went from the installed section of the app to being an option to install.
    Installed new version and it won't load.
    Could someone please advise how to resolve this as I would like to be able to access my files and the changes I made.

    I updated my Photoshop to the Creative Cloud version and now all the filters I bought such as Nik are no longer listed. How can I get them reinstalled?

    They are not gone they are just not installed in CC 2014.  CC 2014 is version 15 of Photoshop  yon must likely only installed them into Photoshop CC which is Photoshop version 14.

    Sorry to hear about your difficulties.
    My recommendation would be
    - Uninstall PS via Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers (Mac OS X)
    - Create a new user with Admin rights, log out of your current account and into the newly created one
