Creative Cloud keeps asking me to renew my subscription before I can access my photoshop, but it doesn't expire until May this year. Anyone know what the issue is?

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Your Mac must be on Lion (10.7) to run iCloud. Apple had to change the operating system to fully support it. Nevertheless, it is possible to get emails from iCloud without having Lion. Please tell me if this interests you.

Many thanks for this, but it doesn't happen upon start-up, it happens when i select scans on the pasteboard. The programme always starts up fine, it's when i start try and use the program when the problems start.

I had the same problem yesterday with an application file that was deleted after installation of an update. I used "Put Back" to move it back to its original location, then used "Show Package Contents" to delete/empty trash for small groups of files at a time. I suppose the application file itself may have been too large to empty at one time. I hope this helps.

Creative Cloud is asking to verify an email that I don't have access to and is not allowing me to change the email to sign in with. I have also uninstalled and run the adobe cleaner (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) multiple times and neither have worked.

it keeps asking me to license my software and then it asks for a serial number, i do not have a serial number with creative cloud just a order number what do I do?

In my case, I had to remove the following lines from the hosts file:
120.0.0.1 lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com
After that all worked again. Hope this helps.

Creative Cloud keeps asking me to update the same applications

I've updated my Photoshop and Illustrator application three times today..even afte rrestart and logging in & out it just keeps telling me I have new updates for these. This isn't the end of the world, but it's annoying because I want to be able to trust the notifier when there's somethign new for me to download.

I've got the same issue. It's been happening for weeks and I haven't seen a reply from Adobe. This should be a trivial problem to fix and the fact that it hasn't been fixed speeks volumes about Adobe support. If this is how customers are going to be treated then I'm going to find an alternative product.
I uninstalled everything today and installed from scratch. Bridge got fixed and no longer tells me I need to update it, but Photoshop still tells me I have an update.
This is happening on a 15" Macbook Pro Retina on OS X 10.9.1.

What is the below message for? I have logged me in. What a strange system Adobe installed!!! Almost every day I get the message to log me in and to renew my subscription!!! What am I doing wrong?
I pay every month an amount to Adobe and I can expect that it works. If this system causes so many failures (a look into this and many other forums will confirm it) than please change it and send monthly license keys to the users via mail.
Today is very strange! I logged me in and a few minutes later get I logged out by Adobe. Why? I have to confirm the license agreements again. I did it for every application today thrice (until now).

Now the problem is here again. Yesterday I updated the CC-Client to version 1.1.1.220 and since then the log-in and relicensing windows pop-up again.
I was in close contact to Amrita and he (respectively his team) submitted to me some updated libraries which work fine since mid-July and no pop-up and relicensing windows appeared. Yesterday night I have send him again an information that the problem is still there.

They locked it originally and it is their gift to unlock ....usually in their own time.

Well, i kinda follow your advice... but I went to the repair guy first. I asked him what did he repaired on my compter : he told me he did all the tests and follow the protocol, and that my computer was fine. Nothing was wrong with it. Yeah, right.
So I called back Apple. That was such a waste of time ! They told me to send it in repair AGAIN. I told them that the only repair center in my town cannot find the problem. They told me to go and make it repair at another center, in another town. The nearest is one hour away. I don't have a car. I don't have time. How am I supposed to get there ? "find a friend with a car", she replied.
The girl was realy stupid. Am i gonna waste time going twice to a repair center 1 hour away from home ? Come on... She refused to send me a box to ship it to them for repair. She just kept on telling me i need to get it repair, again and again. She was a waste of time. She wanted me to go back to the repair center that cannot find the problem or pay like 200 $ to get on a bus with my computer and waste 2 days on the road.
I send it back to the repair center in my town this morning. And tomorrow, I'll just go to FutureShop and buy myself the cheapest PC i can find, because i NEED a computer for all my exams and my presentations. And when i'll get my macbook back, i'll juste leave it running on the self and hope it will fail again as soon as possible so I can recall them and listen to them tell me to send it back again in repair... and waste again, more and more time on a computer that never worked good.
This is realy getting ridiculous... They realy don't care at all. They just want me to shut up and get used to it... I just can't wait to see what the repair guy will tell me...
