Credit card issue

my credit card was charged twice for this product and I need to recieve a credit. How can I do that?

- You can set up a new account w/o a credit card by:
Create an iTunes App Store account without a credit card
But you typically can't update an existing account.

    Hereu2019s the situation. 
    We have 2 types of Orders.
    DROP SHIP ORDERS - The part to be shipped is actually in an inventory managed location. No transfer order need to be created. This sales order has a Credit Card that is denied.
    NOTE: The order has to be pre-authorized, and then Denied and then get picked from an Inventory Location.
    1. Use VL01N to create the Delivery.  No error (warning) message was displayed indicating credit card issues.
    2. Change the storage location on the line item to the inventory managed location and enter the delivery quantity.
    3. Press Save. A error (warning) message is displayed indicating credit card issue.
    4. The system lists the delivery number that has been created.
    5. Execute VL02N to view the delivery.  the delivery does not exist.
    TRANSFER ORDERS -
    1. Use VL01N to create the Delivery.
    2. You do not need to change the SLOC value.
    3. Press Save.
    4. A Transfer Order is created automatically and the Delivery exists.
    I copied BEDINGUNG_PRUEFEN_111 into BEDINGUNG_PRUEFEN_911 to make some changes.
    The problem is when I use the below code it works fine for DROP SHIP ORDERS. For TRANSFER ORDER, a delivery is created but a transfer order is not created.

    When I comment the below line TRANSFER ORDERS work fine but DROP SHIP ORDERS show that a delivery is created but actually its not created.

    I tried using the debug but the program would not stop in this routine.

    I looked into OSS NOTE 303052 as suggested by you and that's already implemented.
    Did you look at the part of the note that suggests changing the message from type 'I' to u2018Eu2019?  That is in the comments at the top and is a MODIFICATION that isnu2019t part of the note itself:
    If you want to prevent the creation of a delivery without sufficient authorization, you have to change the message type from 'I' to 'E'.
    You've probably already tried setting a break-point on the form itself, FORM BEDINGUNG_PRUEFEN_111, correct? 
    Turn on system debugging?
    Perhaps your form isn't being called at all?

    Why can I not use and overseas credit card for purchases?  My account information is insisting on a credit card issued within my country of residence..?

    iTunes doesn't allow a credit card that was issued by a bank in another country (possibly because it's a way of confirming that you are able to buy from a country's store) - you will only be able to use a credit card issued by a New Zealand bank. Or you could use iTunes gift cards as your payment method, as far as I can see they are available in New Zealand.

    You have to buy from Korean Store.

  • Credit Card issues!

    I´m having a problem with credit card, I use the same credit card in the past months with adobe subscription, and this month they tell me to update my card informations, but everything is ok.
    I chat, and make phone calls to customer support but no luck. I contact my bank and everything is ok.
    For security reasons the last card was cancelled and I update the card infos, the card that I have today, and in the last 3 months adobe receive the payment.
    I don't know what to do, the licensing days are ending.

    I checked your account and I have seen an issue regarding the payment.
    The credit card issuer is blocking the payment and therefore it can't be done.
    I would suggest you to please, verify with your bank and card issuer and assure you everything is unblocked on their end.
    Please specify them the Electronic Banking System/Service might be blocking the payment, that Service is part of every banks.
    Please let us know when you will have more information.

  • Can't download songs and credit card issue

    I called Apple support and they brushed me off on this issue which I have seen on MacWorld. I can't download my purchases via either Itouch, Itunes for Mac or Itunes for Windows. AND then I get a message that I need to verify my credit card and I get a message that it was decline. Yet in Purchase history it shows. And earlier I used same card to purchase ILife.
    Bank says card is OK.
    Made other purchases.....
    So, Apple what gives?
    As a customer and someone who gives you credit info, I feel we deserve answers?

    Piecing together what little that Apple has shared with some complaining customers, it seems that they have instituted some new security measures that have locked many people out of their accounts and, with a few exceptions, Apple seems unable to reset the accounts. I have checked with my credit card company and they have received the verification request from Apple and have authorized it -- over 30 times!!!! There are no blocks or flags on my credit card account.

    Go try another online music download retailer, such as Amazon.com.
    You can buy MP3s from any source, and add them to your iTunes library. If one store is too much trouble, try another.

  • Customer- credit Card Issue on Sales Order

    Hi Experts,
    There is an issue,where an incorrect Credit Card details are showing up during an order creation for a Customer.
    In XD02, the payment card details shows it as Master Card. But while creating order(VA01),it showing VISA card. Can anyone explain what could be the issue?
    It should appear as Master card in VA01 too.

  • Change from old Apple ID to new without credit card - issues

    Im a boy - 13 years old with little Iphone skills, so please bear with me on this one.
    I have received my mother's old Iphone 4 as a present. She has a new Iphone 5 and installed this with her Apple ID.
    Issue 1 - credit card:
    Now. My phone is still hooked to her Apple ID, so I tried create a new ID - with my own email, name and everything. I succeded in creating a new ID using a Windows computer. My phone would not let me since I have no credit card.
    Is this really true? Can I not make an Apple ID without a credit card registered?
    Issue 2 - old ID apps:
    I want my new phone free of the updates from my mothers old ID. But how to do this? Is it true the apps installed under her old ID will only apply to that ID??
    Issue 3 - cleaning out old ID:
    Say I get the above 2 issues ok and my own ID is accepted even without the Credit card. How can I make sure that my mothers old ID is completely out of "the system"? Can I expect issues with my contacts or calendar? Before I was often bothered with app-updates she did, rolling through to my phone.
    Does this make sense?
    Any answers highly appreciated!

    Sorry, but it is not possible to transfer purchases to another Apple ID. You'll have to continue to use your parent's ID to update apps or authorize new devices for those existing purchases. Otherwise, you'll have to buy any apps, movies, videos or books again (music has no copy protection, so it shouldn't be a problem).

    I've been trying for a couple of hours to reach someone about a credit care issue.  I've been sent to numerous web sites and many phones number thru the apple.com/support/itunes site.  I do not see any way to solve my problem with my card.

  • Change Credit Card Issues

    My wife recently lost her credit card and seeing as how our accounts are linked mine was cancelled as well. I went into iTunes and tried to purchase some new songs and was told my CC was declined. I realized what happened and attempted to change to a new credit card. I've tried 3 other credit cards (each card at least twice) and keep getting "Your credit card was declined. Please enter valid credit card information.".
    I was so fed up with getting the error that I went to the store and purchased an iTunes card (with one of the credit cards iTunes was not accepting) and added it to my account. But turns out iTunes won't let me purchase anything until I update my billing information. I tried to select "None" as my credit card option and it keeps giving me the credit card declined message... why?!?!?!
    What gives? Is it possible my account was locked from purchasing cause I originally attempted to purchase with a cancelled/stolen credit card (not sure if my wife just cancelled it or reported it stolen).
    I've emailed Apple about the issue but haven't heard anything back.
    Any thoughts?

    I have been having the same issues. It started when I tried changing from my AmEx credit card to my Visa credit card while using my iPad. For some reason it declined my Visa and when I tried to re-enter the information from my AmEx it started declining that as well. Since I was currently on a trip and had left my laptop @ home I simply resorted to setting my credit card info to the "none" option and using iTunes gift cards in the meantime. Once I got back home I tried re-entering my credit card info from my laptop with no luck, only this time it got worst. Now the "credit card: none" option ceased to work as well, telling me that "my payment method had been declined" yet again. Now I can't buy paid apps (even with a gift card), download free apps, or even update previously purchased apps since every time I attempt to do so, it asks me to verify my information which iTunes has already rendered practically "unverifiable".
    This is getting very frustrating as I spent hours on the phone with Apple's technical support representatives who failed to come up with a solution to my problem and basically told me to "just wait it out". Honestly, they asked me to wait a week and call back if the problem hadn't "magically" resolved itself by then.

  • When will you fix the "can not updating credit card" issue??

    I've got my credit card hacked 2 weeks ago so my bank gave a new one with new number. Adobe charged my monthly payment on the 8th and haven't been able to do that because I CAN NOT UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I've tried for days. I've asked online chat and he/she only told me to clear cookies and use another browser. Done and done. But STILL can't do the updating. My Photoshop trial will last in 4 days. This is very frustrating. I've read loads of discussions dated since last year about this matter but apparently the issue still here. Anyone can help!?? -Thanks.

  • Credit card issues!!!! Help!!!

    Can someone from adobe please contact me ASAP to sort out the processing error with my credit card? I've tried to update it 3 times and each time it has said successful but then reverted back to the old card which has been deleted. I spent an hour on hold to customer service before my phone died, In this time I waited on chat for an hour for an agent to respond to my query and no luck. I really don't want my subscription to be canceled but the account is playing up and I am unable to reach anyone to fix this.     Same problem.  The site will not let me update credit card info just to try again later. The customer support takes forever to answer and they don't speak english.  Does not matter, his solution was to try a different browser, like I did not think of that already, Then he said that the Adobe site is not having any problems and it must be the computer I am using.  I have several computers and all have the same problem.  He asked for my e-mail but after trying to spell it to him 10 times and he still got it wrong and asked for someone who spoke english.  He said there is no one available and he can help.  Hung up on him as he is no help at all.  Then I tried the live chat only to say that I was number 4 in line.  Then the chat box after 30 minutes changed to say that due to techical difficulties the live chat is not available.  The guy on the phone just 30 minutes prior said the site is operating fine.  I feel like I am on the ACA website.  I don't think Adobe wants business anymore ever since they were hacked.  I have only been trying for about a week to get this staighted out.  I would just love it if I could talk to someone I could understand.

  • Huge credit card issues   fraud?!

    Hi folks.
    So I recently got an ipad mini and an iphone. Innocently, I put in my credit card information and downloaded a couple apps.
    Later that day, someone started using my credit card, buying computer software for thousands of dollars and reloading tons of starbucks cards
    I called my bank and got them to immediately investigate it and cancel it. Obviously, I am now extremely paranoid and desperately want to remove this credit card from my apple account. However, I cannot. There is a fabled 'none' button that I cannot find for the life of me.
    I can only assume that apple hasn't taken the money for the apps I purchased (which came to a whopping $3.) Now, though, since my credit card has been canceled, how will they ever take it? How can I fix this? I just really, really do not want any credit card associated with this account anymore! Please help.

    Anyone? I'm very concerned.
    Also, has anyone else had problems with credit card fraud after accessing the app store? The charges are to places like Starbucks and for computer software. But it started the day I used it with Apple.
