Credit Card Merchant Security question

I need to get approved for Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Systems (DSS), which means I need to know if every e-mail I ever opened is saved in the bowels of my G4...just in case somebody was stupid enough to send me a credit card in an e-mail. Apparently PC's copy and save every opened e-mail, but I don't know if Macs do. If so, I need to know how to find them.

It does store them in Mail unless you Delete them or have the prefs set to delete them.
Mail has a Search function, but not sure how it could be used to find all of them.
If they are not in Mail & that is the Mail client you use, then they are not anywhere else except possibly if you do backups.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

TS1702 A payment for an app bounced once and now it says my credit card's security code is invalid but it is correct

As it states in the header, it keeps saying my sercurity code is invalid. I know it is correct. I had a billing issue where a payment bounced, which I feel is causing this. A rep at Apple Customer support didnt think this was a problem and that some discrepancy in my billing info was the issue. I somehow feel the bounced payment is the root cause.
Can anyone offer any ideas?

Itunes Cannot Finalize Gift Card Purchase - Security Questions

I've already gone to my appleid settings at appleid.apple.com and set the answers for five questions, reset my password, added a recovery email, and scoured the internet for other solutions, and yet still when I click the buy button on the email gift card, I get the same message repeatedly. "To help ensure the security of your Apple ID, choose three security questions and answers."

That would be nearly impossible. There's so many. If you scroll up towards the top of this page on the right side there's a box that says "More like This" and if you go further up to the search box and type in "3 security questions" they all come up.
The common solution is to manage account through appleid.apple.com by going to Password and Security on the left side of the screen. Supposedly 3 questions are just supposed to be there however, like many of us there is only one security question offered. This must be problem with Apple itself so the only thing we really can do is try contacting them and hope they respond...

RV082 Failing Credit Card processing security scan

I have an RV082 setup as the home unit for a small business VPN network and the unit is actuall in a town 30 miles from my office. I have the web interface setup so I can manage the VPN as well as open and close ports as required for remote desktop access to the facility. We have started processing credit cards with a new vendor and they do a quarterly security scan on the system. I have 2.0.0.19 firmware loaded on it. They failing my RV082 because it supports less than 128 bit on port 443.
Is there a way I can configure it to only accept 128 or 256 only?
I have never worked with the CLI on this unit just the GUI.

I see. You were using RDP ports to access your network, and this process is no longer perceived as PCI compliant. You are correct in that a VPN connection may work for you. Being that you have an RV082, you have 3 options to establish a VPN connection to your RV082's network:
1. IPSec Client - to - gateway, 2. Cisco Quick VPN, and 3. PPTP VPN. I am unsure as to which method will satisfy PCI compliance thoroughly.
will anyconnect work withthe RV082 as a VPN client?
I have not tested this, so I cannot state whether this will work. I can say that the RV082 allows IPSec VPN connections and works with clients that are built on Windows IPSec policies. In other words, this may work for you, but I would be unable to say for certain.
You can download the Cisco Quick VPN client from the Cisco.com Website.

When I tried updating my apps it says invalid security code for my credit card.

Basically when I try updating an app it says to login. Ok say once I log in it makes me update billing info. When I put my cc info in (which has a 0$ balance) it says invalid security code. This is complete ********, I can't even download FREE apps OR update the ones I have. Im considering going back to android. This is ridiculous.

you cannot place a card on the account that has no balance to it...
you can hit the "None" option if you owe nothing to the itunes store

yeah, I just got this new credit card that I'm trying to use for buying music, but when I go to switch out the info from my old expired card for this one on itunes, in the account billing section, it's refusing to accept the security code/numbers. Even though I know that I'm typing them in right cause I have the dang card right in front of me! *sighs, frustrated* I'm using a windows pc with xp professional service pack 2 running on the latest upgrades for that system to access itunes. If anybody can help me out here I would really be truly grateful.

I have just signed up for an Apple ID. I want to download Twiter for Mac from the App Store. When I try to log in, it tells me this is the first time I have tried using this ID and asks me to register my credit card details. I have entered all the information they ask for but it tells me my security code (CVV) is invalid. Is there any way to fix this, or to sign in without giving my credit card details?

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

HT1918 When I changed my credit card iTunes says that my security code is invalid. I even entered another card with its valid security code and got the same message. The security code I entered was correct but I can't get iTunes to accept it as valid.
