Credit card not valid in Norway

The title says it all, I have seen that many people have problems like this. I have tried for maybe a week now to add my debit card and credit card! But it doesn't work... Can you guys please fix this! I need to download my daily apps...

Me too - I tried to start my itunes account, not to purchase but just to be able to access the web for art etc for my own albums. When I logged in to itunes store with my existing apple ID it came up with my amex card number etc already inserted from previous apple transactions, but with the security number blank. I entered that and got the same 'This card is not valid in the UK...' message - even though its already registered and accepted elsewhere in the apple empire. First contact with itunes has only produced a standard reply which does not answer my question.

Credit Card Not Valid in the UK

I am trying to change my credit card details from my old AMEX card to my British Airways AMEX card. However when I enter the card details I receive and error message - saying "My Credit Card is not valid for a payment in the UK". I have ensured all my apple ID's are correct and revised my account info in ITUNES. I live in the UK - have always lived in the UK and my previous credit card was UK. I cannot understand why ITUNES won't accept my changes. I have contacted ITUNES. They removed my old credit card and after I entered my new card - it came up with the same error message. Any ideas on what I can do to sort this out.

My billing is not working... say credit card not valid for everything!

I don't have a valid credit whenever I use 1 of my 3 credit cards (AMEX, VISA, or MC) and my PayPal account. Everything was fine and then all of a sudden everything was hosed after i synced iPod. Anyone have this problem and have a fix for it???

Credit Card not charged yet?

Anyone else having this problem? I guess this is why I haven't gotten a shipping Email yet. I guess I need to call a CSR and make sure the payment went through.

Me too...UPS tracking number and email that say label made but UPS has not received item. Says will update when item received. Received email at 12:30 cst. Credit card not charged.

How come is my payment card not valid for Poland? I purchased some application for my iPhone like a few months ago and it was ok and today I wanted to buy some song and that kind of message showed up: "Your payment card is not valid for Poland". What do I do?

ITunes credit card not recognised

I'm trying to purchase movies and songs form the itunes store but every time I enter my credit card details it rejects then and I get the error message, credit card not recognised by a US bank, it's a wells and fargo checking card with visa debit, this is very frustrating because every time I approach teh bank they say it's the vendor and every time I call apple technical they say it's the bank, Does anyone have any suggestions?

Contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of the Credit Card FAQ page and explain the problem to them.

Just FYI, the iTunes Store has no telephone support. Apple technical support cannot help with problems with the iTunes Store, so if you try calling, they'll either say that they can't help or will just guess.

How did you create the account ? Unless the instructions on this page are followed when creating an account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
If you are being prompted to review the account then see if this post by mountaingoatgirl lets you do so without needing to enter credit card details : https://discussions.apple.com/message/24303054
If not then you will need to enter your credit card details - you should be able to remove it after entering it.

This would be something you would need to address with your credit card company. Apple cannot tell you who else might have used your card nor what purchases they might have made. Call your credit card company and report the charges as fraudulent. You'll probably need to have them cancel your existing card and issue you a new one.

If the film is more than 15 pounds, then it has to take the remainder from your cc.

I moved to France from UK and just unlocked my Nokia E63 with a code given to me by my UK provider Virgin. Phone is definately unlocked. My French provider (Lefrenchmobile) have given me a new sim. When I put in the SIM and turn on my phone I have to enter the SIM PIN, and do this and get an accepted message. Then phone says SIM card not valid, and won't do anything. What can I do? If I put my virgin SIM back in then it works fine.

Have you double checked if your phone is compatible with the new operator's network? Just simply tell the model to their customer services, they should be able to determine the compatibility.

How was this iPhone unlocked? Did a carrier unlock for you?
If you did the unlocking by jailbreaking there is nothing anyone on here can do to help you.
