Credit Card Processing is Not Available. Try Again Later??????????

Had to switch my iPhone to my MacbookPro and needed to update billing info. Simple, right?
I have had this error message for 2 days and can not update or buy anything in the App store.
Called Apple support and they created an iTunes ticket for me and have not heard back in a day.
Am I alone with this issue, or is it broader and just not getting discussed?
Help!

I was having this exact issue when I was set up to use PayPal as my payment method. I fixed it by -
1. going to my iTunes account and selecting None as my method of payment, then clicking Done
2. confirming this on my account page - which then said Add (or Set up, I can't remember) a Credit Card
3. on the Add a credit card page, I again set up the exact same PayPal account I had before.
4. I was then taken to the PayPal website to confirm that I wanted to use my PayPal account for iTunes purchases, and finally
5. I was taken back to my account page in iTunes, which looked exactly the same as before BUT...
The next time I tried it, my purchase went straight through! (And this was less than 5 minutes after I'd had the "Credit Card processing is temporarily unavailable" message.)
YMMV, but I guess a similar revalidation process would work for credit cards too.

I might have a solution for the folks who are getting the error "Payment Processing Temporarily not available, try again later".
If you have an active credit card and trying to purchase/register in the iTunes store this error pops up. On contacting support, they will tell you to check with the bank and they will also suggest an alternative solution for this(purchasing an iTunes Gift Card).
My Perspective on the Problem:
The bank or the service which Apple is using to process your card is not a 24hrs service. I am not aware if the same problem is being faced in US, Canada & UK. But seeing the previous discussions on this error, most of the Apple users in India and other countries are facing this. I reside in India and I have faced this problem.
My Proposed Solution:
Try registering your card after 9.30am GMT. I was trying to register my card all day long and as soon it was 3am IST, my card got processed and I was able to make purchase on iTunes. So, 3am IST is 9.30am GMT. 9.30am GMT must be the opening time for the day at the bank/service which apple uses to bill users. So, 8 hrs from 9.30am GMT should be the time you should try to use your card on iTunes.
Apple should take care of this.

So, I just pulled one of the plugs out from the back of the Apple TV, waited a second and plugged it back in. Worked like a charm and could now watch my movie.

Hello this is happening to us also (minus the Bluetooth speaker). We can't figure out what is causing the data usage. I turned off mobile data as soon s I activated the device, and got the message that unless I am connected to WiFi.....(that is exactly what I wanted). We watched Netflix for about three hours, then the alerts started. Like you we have many devices connected and never used over 2GB now all of a sudden we have used it in a matter of hours. My husband called Verizon and got the usual doubting Thomas response. I understand that they don't know my device settings. So over the phone we check all the settings and turned off every possible culprit eating up the data and end the call. By now I have purchased another gig for the month! Assured we are NOT using mobile data, we continue on the IE path to bliss. HA! A few hours later I check the mobile data usage on the Verizon website and that darn thing is still using data. After two more phone calls and two VERY uneventful trips to the local store we were told to take out the sim card. This has stopped the data usage, but it defeats the purpose of having the data plan. I could have just stuck with my Surface. Verizon sent us a new sim card. Its been installed and I have set my homepage to Verizon mobile data usage (just kidding) but I am on that site a lot. I am surprised at the number of complaints about this device. When we called the Verizon support acted as though this was the first time they had heard about this. I am getting constantly the message: itunes store is not available. try again later

Both in my Apple TV (Latest 1080 version) and my Macbook Pro I am getting constanlty the message "itunes store is not available. try again later"
I have checked my network and it is working while this is happening so it should not be a problem related to my internet connection.
I have also used without problem my three apple tv so it cannot be a firewall.
This is happening randomly but more frequently.
All software versions have been updated and problem persists

I tried today turning OFF the Dolby Digital feature in the apple tv. testing......

PC operating Windows 7 with iTunes used to update automatically but has stopped doing so and when trying to manually update message appears saying "iTunes server is not available, try again later" - have checked that firewall allows iTunes through to update - does anyone know a fix for this?

My apple tv cannot connect to anything. Netflix, iTunes, youtube. I get the same message "not available try again later" I checked my settings and have a good signal from my airport but cannot connect to anything.

"iTuned is not available, try again later" message

I am trying to watch a show I purchased on my Apple TV on my TV. I keep getting the above message. When I went to iTunes on my computer, I see ITunes ia available. What to do?

I looked at the past answers and the answer was to unplug the wires from your apple tv box, wait a minute, then plug them back in. That worked. It re-set the box I guess. So take out your HDMI line and any other lines you have plugged in to your box, wait a minute, re-plug them in, and voila, it works again.

My iPad 3 will not access icloud message cloud storage details not available try again later, this appears to be since i was told i had to change my apple id password. have several games previously bought which now just sit "waiting" for several days?

Since Apple demanded I change my old six digit password to a new min 8 digit one i do not seem to be able to access iCloud.
I have games which I wish to reinstall but they have their icon on screen but just say "waiting"

Once you have changed your password, you need to delete your account and add it back. Have you done this.

Error in GP: The next activity is not yet available: try again later...

I am receiving the following error in Guided Procedures: The next activity is not yet available: try again later using the "Refresh" button.
Here is my scenario:
I have a Guided Procedure where all of the activities are executed by the process initiator.
In the first step of the Guided Procedure, I run an Action called 'Read Document'.
The Action is set up as follows:
Callable Object for Execution: Read Document
Callable Object for Display: Read Document
Since this action doesn't do anything except display a document, I have defined the same callable object for both execution and display.
After the user clicks the Complete button, the Guided Procedure moves to the next step as expected. However, if the user returns to the activity that they just completed (because maybe they want to read the document again), I receive the following error message: The next activity is not yet available: try again later using the "Refresh" button.
What is causing this message and how can I get rid of it?

In version BO XI R3.1 SP4, we face an error intermittently while trying to save large deski reports viewed in HTML format to pdf . It displays errors "No server was available to process request. Please try again later. (Error: RFC 00101)" "
The same error pops up intermittently while navigating between pages . This error is also seen for refresh of some of the reports . Anyone has come across this intermittent errors with the SP4 ?

What application server are you using ? IIS
how many deski report servers and cache servers do you have ? 4 Deski Report servers, 1 Cache server
do you see your deski processes restarting or hanging during those errors ? No, deski servers work fine
you might be running out of capacity. : No we have enough storage , also the server resources are not much utilized. Also this also occurs when only one user is logged onto the system

Actually my problem is the refersh message is coming after action complete in GP.
Even after action complete the process moving correctly to the next level.
But I am getting the Refersh Button.
This is started after patch apply on Portal.
currently I can see patch 17 on portal.
Kindly help me in this regard how I can resolve this issue.
