I haved topped up my credit with 9,98 but that amount is not appearing in my account information. Can you help me to sort this out?  Thanks

    Z Account assignment is not in standard SAP it is customized, u have to check the settings in SPRO->MM->PURCHASING->ACCT ASSIGNMENT-> ITEM CATEGORIES as well u have to know why this is customized, since there is deviation from standard i'm really not able to locate the issue. this is purely based on the requirement done, if it is as per standard SAP sales order number will definitely show in acct assingment tab view.

  • Last Year available Service Tax Credit not appearing in J2IUN

    While doing CENVAT Utilization thru J2IUN, Last year service tax available Credit balance is not appearing, Only Current year balances are appearing.
    Example: Opening in service tax credit account:      1,50,000.00
            Current year Transactions:            3,00,000.00
                      Total               :      4,50,000.00
    While doing J2IUN Utilization, system is showing available balance as 3,00,000 instead of 4,50,000.

    Please check the G/L account (FS00) whether it is "Profit & Loss Account" or "Balance sheet account". If it is P&L account, the balances of last year won't be coming. Please check with FICO consultants.

    In one material doc's accounting doc, tax lines are not appearing. I wanted to know how the system picks up the tax code for a material doc posting. Here the posting is an inventory posting.

    Basically there has been no tax calculation for an Accounting doc .User wants to know why so?
    He is telling why the tax lines are not appearing. As stated above, its a material doc which when posted,
    generated the stated accounting doc.The movt type is 702.
    Please let me know why there has been no tax line items in the accounting doc.

    Its a Pricing condition that u have configured. It will appear in Pricing analysis.

  • ITunes proxy authorisation window does not appear (and account is being blocked randomly)

    Many users have iTunes installed on their PC. iTunes requires proxy authorization to connect to internet. Appropriate popup window appears when opening iTunes and trying to open some internet-based page there. Entering current AD account credentials helps to connect. There is also a checkmark there allowinf to save credentials for further use (and do not show this window anymore). When AD password is changed - this popup window does not appear again and user's account is being blocked (because iTunes tries to connect proxy with old credentials). The question is: is it possible to reset proxy settings, stored somewhere inside iTunes somehow? Just to return proxy authorization window back. Did you have such an experience? If you caould share any knowledge - it would be great.

    What happens if you go to iTunes > File > Devices, do you get the option to Sync iPhone?

    I have a montly subscription of 120 International minutes. For the last month the subscription is not appearing on my account even though I am still using the minutes. I would like to see how much minutes are remaining. Even in my account, it doesn't show the amount of minutes I used. I would like this issue solved because I am planning to change my subscription but I don't want two subscriptions running simultaneously. I just want it to reappear.

    Actually, most likely this is the problem, try using the 1 please first.
    Please note, just because you have a U.S./Canada subscription, you could also want to call other countries using Skype so, you should always include the leading 1 first when calling the U.S. or Canada.

    From what I gather from your Qs, is that the accounting document was NOT created at the time of billing
    If thats the case, go to VFX3, input your SD document and execute, try releasing the document using the green flag, then go to GOTO --> Notes and u will see the log of why the document was not released to accounting
    The log might help troubleshoot the error

  • ED Recovered entry not appearing in accounting document

    Dear Experts,
    In our company the the settings in vKOA is done so that in case of domestoc orders  the accounting document shows the followwing entries:
    G/L A/c                      Description
    HG022                        Customer A/c
    5xxxx                          SALES Local
    5xxxx                         ED recovered(EXD, EX1, EX2)
    5xxxx                         Central sales tax
    But in case of exports order the ED G/L accounts are same but in accounting the following entries appeear:
    G/L A/c                      Description
    HG022                        Customer A/c
    5xxxx                          SALES Local
    5xxxx                         Central sales tax
    My question is (in case of exports) why are the G/L accounts to which excise entries are hitting not showing in accounting document? How can i make the settings to show the ed recovered entry in accounting document.

    In Export sales, there are two scenarios.
    1. Export under Bond
    2. Export under rebate scheme
    When Export under Bond sales is processed, excise duties are exempted against exemption forms. Thus there would be no excise duties are captured in invoice and there will no posting of excise duties to GL accounts.
    But, in case of Export under rebate scheme, excise duties are posted to specific GL accounts, then only duties get captured in invoice document.
    Check which scenario you have processed.

  • Newsstand folio not appearing despite account information and correct product id

    Hi DPS peeps,
    This issue is still on with all of my apps. Despite the fact that I have theTax and Banking Information updated on my itunes, I also have the right product IDs to all the issues on the folio producer. All folios that I have been publishing since the begining of this year are no where to be found on the newsstand.  My subscribers are lamenting that the magazine they paid for are not available to read. I have been in deep ****!
    Kindly help, what could be responsible for not making all the folios have been publishing appear on the newsstand.
    Here are the things I have done.
    - I have the right product Id for the monthly folio on the folio producer
    - I create each cover on the newsstand
    - I updated DPS on my mac
    - I updated the app to v32 and made compatible with iOS 8
    - I ensure that each magazine has cover date on the folio producer and newsstand.
    - I have unpublish and republish
    - I sent notification of all the magazine yet, they are not appearing.
    - I recreated the mobile provisioning certificates for the magazine.
    Please I await any requirement to help you investigate what could be responsible for non appearance of all my folios on all my magazines with Adobe DPS.

    I was wondering, which of these In app is ok for my individual retail folio? is it Consumable, Non-Consumable, Auto-Renewable Subscriptions, or Non-Renewing Subscription because I am confuse as to which is appropriate. I felt I just have to be adding same Product ID for all my retail folio since am doing monthly and yearly subscription most time. I created another type of in-app purchase, but Apple kept not approving them.
    Let me give you some load down: I initially choose Auto Renewable subscription for all my magazines and just keep using same ID for each magazine monthly, I submitted a consumable in-app purchase in the past, but Apple rejected the In-app purchase that I am doing auto-renewal, so I felt I was right by just repeating the product ID monthly.

    When my credit hit €2.71 i decided to buy more, did the transaction and the additional €25 (27.64 in total) is appearing when i launch the account window by going to the menu bar >Skype>Account,
    yet on my skype interface (abouve my contact list it is still only showing €2.71 beside my name.
    clicking Show Purchase History shows todays date and the €25 paid and lists  it as delivered.

    I checked your account and can confirm that your Skype Credit balance is now updated. If it is not showing correctly on your Skype application, you can refresh it by signing out and signing in again then make a paid call.
    Also, please ensure that you are signed in on the correct account.

  • Period change is not appearing in accounting view of material master

    Hello SAP lovers
    As we know once we close the period with MMPV, Latest perion appeared in material master --> Accounting view.
    Now period open is March 2007 for a company code. It is expected that material created in all the plants assigned to same company code should display latest period in accounting view. This is happening for all thousands of material in system but i found 1 material which is displaying the period as Nov 2006.
    I have doubled check that this material is created for the same plant which is assgned to the company code for which Mar2007 is open....
    Anybody ......Any clue......

    No sale order. No entry in table MSEG.
    Only one PO without GR.....So that should not make any difference.

    I have a recurring 1 month subscription or unlimited US calling and a 12 month subscription for a skype number.     We have created new plant CN06 (and assigend to Company code CN06) by copying existing plant CN03 (assigned to Company code CN03). Business area CN06 was defined and assigned to plant CN06 and valuation area. When we do normal GR document business area appears in material document but when we are doing GR for sub contracting (posting key 81) with movement type 543 Business area doesnt appear in the material doc .
    In cancellation of Subcontracting material document for plant CN06(Movement type 544) Business area appears properly . We are unable to analyse the issue.
    We have checked field status through RM07CUFA program , there wn't be any mismatch.  Please required your help.

    please check the for the sales area have u assigned rule (2 or 1) or not in t-code OVF2.----- Rule assigned is -1
    please check business area is assigned to plant & division in t-code OVF0----correct assignment is there
    please check assignment of business area to sales area OVF1.--correct assignment is there .
    Still we are facing problem.

    Country: 'IN', State : 'MH' , District code '101', dtrrict 'Thane' , after pressing the 'ENTER' button, account no got generated and District_no value i.e., '101' got cleared off. please suuget me what might be the problem.
