Crm mapping field for pricing

Hy Guy
In order to do download of pricing from erp to crm i have used the sap note 514952 - Download of customer-specific tables
I have a problem with a field MATKL that in CRM is ZMATKL; when i run the condition objet to update the custom table with this field, I don't have the complete field. In SAP the field is more long (mp00001).
I have other custom fields and I don't have this problem; the others fields are copied correctly.
Please, have you any advice to give me?
thanks in advance

Hi Valentina,
Not sure but the step 2 in the note says that the field name entered for remote field should be the field in structure CND_MAPT_ACS_REM , which you have set as MATKL and in structure you added ZMATKL which is wrong. Anyhow I think the field in the structure CND_MAPT_ACS_REM  should be named as MATKL( note specifically speaks, the field name be the same as R/3 field name ) because in CRM field catalog you must have already created a new field as ZMATKL which is on CRM side.
component:       R/3 field name.
component type : R/3 equivalent data element.
LFld: Field name you entered into field catalogue in step 2 .
FFld: R/3 field name you entered into structure CND_MAPT_ACS_REM_CUST in step 1.
May be this suggestion be helpful to you.

  • ECC to CRM Mapping Issue for vendor data

    Hi,
I am facing an issue for replicating vendor data from ECC to CRM. One of the vendor is not confirmed at ECC side and one vendor's time zone is not maintain in the master of time zone in CRM side. This may be the issue.
But Where exact we can see that mapping of the tables of ECC and CRM. So in future we should maintain mandatory data based on mapping to avoid BDOC failure.

    Hello Rahul ,
The field (MARA-BISMT) is not used in CRM system. If you want this
field to be maintained in CRM as well, and to be transferred from R/3
to CRM you must enhance the standard by customer extensions.
The procedure for customer enhancements for Download from R/3
to CRM is described in the following document:
SAPNet, alias crm,   > Media Library   > Documentation   >
Key Capabilities   > Master Data   > CRM Product: Customer

  • Mapping fields for REMADV EDI process

Does anybody know the fields we would need to map in our idoc that would allow us to have reference key 1, reference key 2, and the text field populated with data in the payment advice after running our bd87 for our REMADV edi process? Currently we have the other fields necessary filled in to get most data to our payment advice, but our users are asking that these 3 fields are updated as well from our idoc.

    Hi Tony,
    - The part that is painfully slow is when you need to
map the fields of the aggregated attribute to the DB
fields. It takes 30 seconds to open a drop-down box
for the DB field selection. Sometimes freezes
altogether (or maybe I was not patient enough)This is definitely not good and I haven't seen this problem before. It would be great if we could fix this before the final 10.1.3 release. Could you send me your project at [email protected] ? I shouldn't need the class files, just all of the workbench xml files. You can just send the 9.0.4.5 project if that is easier.
One additional thought. When I was recreating my
project in 9.0.4.5 it complained untill I have
included all of the jar files into my project
classpath. 10.1.3 was less demanding in that respect.
Could it me that those unresolved references were
slowing the mapping? What exactly do you mean by it complaining? Do you mean that it wouldn't let you generate deployment xml? In 10.1.3 there is no longer a requirement to have class files on the classpath when generating deployment xml. You will only need them to import or refresh classes.

  • Creation of Customized field for  Pricing Condition tables

    Hi Friends
I have a requirement to create a  Pricing condition table with Customized field starts with 'Z'  and
Field length should be more than 80.
After creating New Customized Field, system  is not allowing to create Pricing Condition table and giving error 'Too Many fields selected (larger than 100 bytes)'.
Could you please advice how to over come this error and Maximum field to create Pricing  condition table .
    Thanks
    Ravi

    Hi there,
Table & table attributes are defined by the ABAPers. Not by finctional consultants.
You need to have an access key to define new tables & access sequence.
Check with your ABAPer. He will be able to help you with that.

  • Using specifc partner function as access field for pricing

    Hi all,
i am planning to add a specific partner function as an access field in combination with the material with which i will maintain the condition record & i want this condition record to be fetched for my respective condition type.
i did the following, i still dont get the value.
copied the new field in the KOMK table (structure & activated it),  assigned it to the relevant access sequence & hence to the condition type, i still dont get the condition record value ( condition record is a valid one too).
    what am i missing here?

    Hello,
Go to Sales Order - Item Detals - Condition Tab & Click on "Analysis". Here check the Accesses & whether system has found the Condition Record.
Also, as mentioned by Ankur above, most probably the new Partner Function or either of the Accesses will not be prosent in Sales Order.
    Hope this helps,
    Thanks,

  • Mapping fields for PIM Sync

    Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know of a way to define field mappings in PIM Sync for Outlook? This is a tool our organisation would use except for the fact that the field mappings are somewhat useless. Due to the huge risk of importing orphaned records, we are only ever using PIM Sync to export from SoD into Outlook.
    Cheers,
    Cameron

Thanks Bob. I was pretty sure that was the case, but you never know!
Any idea if the ability to do this is on the horizon as far as PIM Sync is concerned?

  • New field for Pricing in KOMPAZ

    Hello All,
Have a question about adding a Item Category field in KOMPAZ. We have a need to extend the field catalog by adding a field in KOMPAZ. One of the notes say to add to KOMPAZ, does this mean I have to add specifically to KOMPAZ in which case I am requiring to register this structure or can I use the APPEND STRUCTURE and add my NEW FIELD in the append structure.
One more question is, would it be a CORE MODIFICATION if I register KOMPAZ and add my new field?
    Please advice me.
    SMA.

You should use the append structure
.APPEND ZAKOMPAZ to add your fields.
In that case it will NOT constitute as core code modification.

  • New field (Customer group 5) to be added to the Catalog for Pricing.

    Hello friends,
For the creation of a new Condition table, I require the field, KNVV-KVGR5 i.e Customer group 5 field present in Sales area data ->Extras -> Additional data in Customer master to be added to the Catalog of allowed fields since this field does not exist anywhere.
I have already gone thru the threads available on adding New field for Pricing which has an example/detailed explanation with the Item category (PSTYVV) field.
But the field I want i.e KNVV-KVGR5, is a part of Master data, so please guide me with the steps to follow to add this field in the field catalog and hence use it for creation of a new condition table.
    1) Should i add this field in KOMP (i.e item) or KOMK ( i.e Header) or KOMG?
    2) Should i include it in KOMKAZ or KOMPAZ?
    3) Should i create this field as data element or structure and what should be the domain used?
    4) For the value flow, should i use the Item -level user-exits or Header level mentioned in other threads?
Please guide for the same urgently.

    Dear Friends,
I was finally able to create a new field for Cust.grp.5 i.e ZZKVGR5 and added to Catalog to be used for Pricing.
Then i faced a peculiar issue as below:
For the business requirement, we defined a new tax condition table for determination of tax rates. For this, we are using both standard and custom fields to derive the correct tax rates in sales/billing documents like below
    A859: Country/Distr. Chl/Cust.grp.5/Material (Here Customer.grp 5 was added following the SAP Note: 531835)
The field was inserted in the communication structure KOMKAZ which is included in both KOMK and KOMP.
During the document processing, the pricing analysis view shows no value in the customer grp 5 field, though it is maintained for the customer used in the sales order. The code has been written in MV45 and RV60 both as guided in SAP Note: 531835. But the values are not flowing.
Solved the above problem as below:
M posting the answer to help the community for similar issue.
Also, the new field tat i had added was Customer Grp 5 field of Customer master ->Extras->Additional field and I wanted the value to flow in the ZZKVGR5 field before the Pricing for the sales order was called.
After trying all, we have finally fetched the value from KNVV-KVGR5 and got it moved to ZZKVGR5 field through ABAP coding.
After this when i select/click on Pricing for a particular item, it gets picked up correctly and properly.
Thanks to everyone for their valuable guidance and help.
    Regards to all.

  • New Fields For Free Goods Determination

Hi everyone.  We need to add a new field for FG determination.  According to the documentation in SPRO, the new field should be added in SE11 KOMK under include KOMKZ for free goods.  However there is no KOMKZ include in KOMK.  How is this supposed to work?  We have succesfully added fields for pricing, shipment cost, listing and exclusion without any problems.
"New fields for free goods determination are added in the following INCLUDES:
Header data in KOMKZ (INCLUDE in KOMK, KOMG)
Item data in KOMPZ (INCLUDE in KOMP, KOMG)"
    Thanks!

    Hi Rodrigo..
As mentioned the include is KOMKAZ and not KOMKZ.. Just wanted to check if code has been written in the user exits to populate that fields..
    Ex:
    FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK in include MV45AFZZ .
    It worked for me.
    Best Regards,
    Pradeep.

  • Cannot find a field for creating a condition table

    Hi all,
I m trying to create a shipment scenarios which involves shipment cost based on prices,boxes,material....etc. to start with i tried to create a condition table, here the key combination needs to have the filed 'boxes' in it. I am not able to find it even in the master table. Is there any other place whr i can find it or how can i add this into the list?(master table)
    any input is highly appreciated.
    regards/aryan.

    Hi
Try to ad the filed from the field catalog ,In case the required combination field is not there u can add the field through the following process to filed catalog and create the condition table.
It is most common that one or other time we need to use this function while configuring multi tasking & complex Pricing Architecture.
Here Aim giving a simple guide to add fields to the Pricing Field Catalogues:
For example you want to use field PSTYV ('Sales document item category') that is included in structure KOMP ('Pricing Communication Item') as a key for a condition table.
When you create a condition table (Transaction V/03), however, the system does not propose the field in the field catalog.
Condition access, field catalog, allowed fields, KOMG, KOMK, KOMP, KOMPAZ, KOMKAZ, PSTYV are the other terms which we need to know about, to add Fields.
    Reason and Prerequisites
For technical reasons, field PSTYV was included in structure KOMP, however, not in structure KOMG ('Allowed Fields for Condition Structures').
    Proceed as follows:
    1. Call up the ABAP Dictionary (Transaction SE11) and create data type ZZPSTYV. Choose PSTYV as a domain. As a short text, you can use, for example, 'ZZ - sales document item category' and as a field label, you can use the field labels of PSTYV.Save, check and activate your entries.
    2. Call up structure KOMPAZ in the ABAP Dictionary (Transaction SE11) in the change mode and make the following entry:
    Component Component type
    ZZPSTYV ZZPSTYV
Save, check and activate the change you made.
    3. Note:Because of the change in structure KOMPAZ, field ZZPSTYV is now known in structures KOMG and KOMP because structure KOMPAZ is included in both structures.
    4. Call up Transaction SPRO. Navigate to 'Sales and Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Pricing Control' and execute 'Define Condition Tables'.
Choose 'Conditions: Allowed fields' and include ZZPSTYV as a new entry.
    5. Note:Now you can use field ZZPSTYV as a key field when you create a condition table Axxx.
    6. Supply the new field you defined by including the following source code line in USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP:
    MOVE xxxx-PSTYV TO TKOMP-ZZPSTYV.
In order processing you find the user exit in Include MV45AFZZ, and in billing document processing you find it in Include RV60AFZZ.
Consider that you can also use this note as a help if you want to use other customer-specific fields as key fields in a condition table.
For header fields, use structure KOMKAZ instead of structure KOMPAZ and USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK instead of USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP.
For more information, see Transaction SPRO via the path 'Sales and Distribution -> System Modifications -> Create New Fields (Using Condition Technique) -> New Fields for Pricing' and OSS Note 21040.

  • Selecting a document field for a field in a condition table/access

    Hello
I created a pricing condition table using field WGHIE from the standard field catalog.
    Img/SD/Basic Functions/Pricing/Pricing Control/Define Access Seq
I can assign the table to a access, but when I try to do the field assigment it give's me the message "<i>Select a document field for WGHIE</i>"  at the field assignment part.
In the fields display the WGHIE field has nothing listed in the Doc Field and it's grayed out so you cant change it.   Also in the I/0 field its red lighted
Any ideals as to how I can fix this.
    Thanks

    Rudy,

  • Userexit for pricing

Can anyone please share any of their experience with a scenario of using userexit in pricing.
    Thanks

    User Exits for Price Determination
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK (module pool SAPLV60A, program RV60AFZZ)
This user exit allows you to copy additional fields for pricing in the TKOMK communication structure (header fields), which have not been provided in the standard SAP system. These fields can also be used for pricing in the billing document.
This user exit is described in detail in the "New fields in pricing" section.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP (module pool SAPLV60A, program RV60AFZZ)
This user exit allows you to copy additional fields for pricing in the TKOMP communication structure (item fields), which have not been provided in the standard SAP system. These fields can also be used for pricing.
This user exit is described in detail in the "New fields in pricing" section.
    USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION (module pool SAPMV61A, program MV61AFZA)
You can use this user exit to adjust the display of individual lines in the condition screen by changing the display attributes of the screen fields. This does not include the display of subtotals.
This user exit is also used in order processing.
    USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KZWI (module pool SAPMV61A, program MV61AFZB)
You can change the display of subtotals in the condition screen by changing the display attributes of the screen fields.
This user exit is also used in order processing.
    USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KOPF (module pool SAPMV61A, program MV61AFZB)
You can adjust the display of subtotals in the condition screen to your requirements by changing the display attributes of the screen fields.
This user exit is also used in order processing.
    USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_LEER (module pool SAPMV61A, program MV61AFZB)
You can adjust the display of blank lines in the condition screen to your requirements by changing the display attributes of the screen fields.
This user exit is also used in order processing.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_CHECK (module pool SAPMV61, program MV61AFZA)
You can install additional checks to the standard checks of condition lines (e.g. maximum/minimum value).
    USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZA)
In the standard SAP system, it is predefined which condition categories and classes can be copied or recalculated per pricing type. You can change the predefined standard procedure for each pricing type.
    USEREXIT_CHANGE_PRICING_RULE (module pool SAPMV61A, program MV61AFZA)
You can use this user exit to change the pricing type that has been predefined in the copying control table in billing.
    USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_INIT (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB)
This field is used in the formulas and therefore initialized before the loop for the pricing procedure starts.
    USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_END (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB)
Within a loop for the price components during pricing, specific values can be transferred into the communication structures in pricing to be further processed.
    USEREXIT_XKOMV_ERGAENZEN (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB)
In change mode, you can change the dynamic part of the condition record (KONVD) that is always redetermined (i.e. it is not stored in database table KONV).
    USEREXIT_XKOMV_ERGAENZEN_MANU (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB)
You can use this user exit to change the ready-for-input fields of the manually entered condition record in add mode in the condition screen.
    USEREXIT_XKOMV_FUELLEN (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB)
This user exit is always called up during a redetermination of all or individual price components. You can change the work fields of the condition line. However, this only applies to conditions that have been determined via a condition record.
    USEREXIT_XKOMV_FUELLEN_O_KONP (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZB)
This user exit is always called up during a redetermination of all or individual price components. You can change the work fields of the condition line. However, this only applies to conditions that have been determined via a condition record. This may include subtotals, manually entered conditions or conditions that have been calculated with a formula.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY (module pool SAPLV61A, program RV61AFZA)
You can change the KONV fields for copied price components.
Note: as of Release 4.6A, the display of the condition screen (screen 6201) has been converted from a full screen to a subscreen. The full screen is included in the SAPMV61A module pool, the subscreen, however, in program SAPLV69A. Therefore, instead of MV61AFZA and MV61AFZB, the user exits in LV69AFZZ should be used. For reference, see OSS note 313569.

  • Reading Micrologix I/O and Mapped Fields

Just beginning to get familiar with Lookout. I am trying to read/write to mapped fields (B and N) in a Micrologix 1500 PLC. What is the syntax for Lookout to read/write to a channel such as B3:1/0? B3:1/0 is a mapped field for I:1.0/0. Any help is appreciated. I have included my fields list for reference. Thanks.

I will hopefully clarify the knowledgebase document.
I'll use your example to try to clarify:
If the AB PLC is I:4/0, and you are trying to read the first bit of the fourth module (assuming the fourth module is the 2nd input module), then the correct Lookout syntax would be: I:1_0 (second input module I:1 and the first bit 0).
Remember begin counting modules with 0 and number them with respect to their type.
With regard to your other examples, I assume these are registers or cards (input or output). Again depending on the type of card and the order in the plc, your examples would be:
    B3:0/1 = B3:0_1
    C5:0 = C5:0
assuming these last two are registers and not i/o cards.
