CRM replication error

Dear experts,
We are using a CRM 5.0 system. when we create a sales order and try replicating it into ECC, we get the error:
"Partner with the partner role AP cannot be converted (Notification E C( 010)".
Has anyone of you seen this before? Could you please help me in resolving this?

Hello Ritwik,
You need to turn off the mapping of the contact person from CRM to R/3
for sales order:
SPRO -> CRM   -> Basic functions   -> Partner processing
   -> data transfer:
-> Distribution of Partner Functions from CRM into R/3
In that case this partner function is not send to R/3.

Hi,
use t-code XD03 in ECC system, enter the corresponding customer code.
And click tab Contact persons thereafter.
On the tab Contact persons, check whether that contact person is available or not.

Customer Master replication error from R/3 to CRM

Experts,
I am trying to replicate Customer Master from R/3 to CRM.
All the settings have been done. Nothing shows up in Queues. However, Bdoc hangs in "Received" state.
When I try to reprocess the Bdoc, I get a prog dump of type DBIF_RSQL_INTERNAL_ERROR in below function module: CRM_BUPA_FRG0020_SAVE_TABS
at INSERT crmm_but_set0020 FROM TABLE it_set0020_insert[]
This data corresponds to Shipping data in Customer Master.
Can you please help? I saw a similar thread in the forum where there was a suggestion about R/3 plug in update. How can I do that?

Replication Error in Quotation from CRM to ECC

Hi All,
This is regarding the Replication error which we are getting in the Quotation/Orders in the CRM server, when the Quotation/Orders is getting replicated to ECC server.
Let me explain the process,
We have the Internet Sales Application (ISA Version 5.0) implemented with B2B Scenario.
Dealers create Quotes from ISA for Configurable materials. The Configurable material has a "knowledge base" version already created in ECC in the table "SCEKB". Based on the configuration of the material, the knowledge base version of the material gets updated time to time.
When dealers create Quote for Configurable material from ISA, the latest "knowledge base" version gets determined in the Quotation. As a process, a new knowledge base version for the configurable is created for the material subsequently.
When Dealers are creating Orders for the Quotation from ISA, the order gets created in CRM server but does not get replicated to ECC due to the following error.
Internal error in communication between configuration and sales doc.CONFIGURATION_PROCESSING (Notification A V1 854)
Item 000100 does not exist (Notification E V1 331).
We suspect that the Order when getting replicated to ECC, is trying to determine the latest "knowledge base" version in the system for the material and since there is a mis-match between the Order and the "SCEKB" table, the Order is not getting replicated to ECC.
Can someone tell me how to suppress the above error and get the Order replicated to ECC without any issues.

Replication error BP from CRM to R/3 - "Fill in all required entry Fields"

Dear Folks
I have maintained all steps mentioned in building block - C03. I have maintained separate account group approach. Made sure that number ranges are in sync in both the systems. Particularly in PIDE, mapping classification Consumer-Org 'A' to 'ZZ01' (Copy of 0001).
      I changed all required entry to optional entry in my 'ZZ01' field status using OVT0.
       But when i replicate using R3AS, i get an error 'Fill in all required entry Fields" - Error in receiving system (i.e R/3).
       I tried manually creating customer in R/3 with the account group ZZ01. Surprisingly it does not allows me to save unless i give the reconcillation account entry, even though it is not a required field.
   Please let me know for further details and Please help me to resolve this error. I am in real urgency.

        Your reply answered my question of creating customer with no 'recon' a/c required entry. Thanks awarded 2 points.
          My replication error is still hanging around. I found that It has no bearing on the 'Reconcillation A/c' required entry.
          Some other field is still restricting my BP Role- Consumer:Organization to replicate. The error still showing as "required fields are not entered in R/3", even after suppressing "Reconcillation Account".
       I think my reference customer master i created in R/3 using VD07 is not assigned in case of the account group Consumer:Organization.
   But i don't know how to verify my doubts and get rid of this error.
Please help, in great urgency.

FSMO Replication Error

I have been getting a pattern of errors on my DC. I have two pair of eyes on these errors, but everything seems to running ok. The only issue we've had is our workstations were putting out the "Trust domain relationship failed..." error. We were
able fix this issue by removing those machines from the domain, changing the names, and then adding them back. My only concern is that the errors below were the cause of that, and that the issue may return unless this is resolved. I've checked all of my services
and DNS's settings. IPv6 is on. There haven't been any changes to the server in sometime. Which is the baffling part. Any insight on this would be very helpful. I apologize in advance for not being well versed in this area... AD Replication is not my strongest
point.

Replication Error with Vendor Master Records

Hello,
We are trying to replicate vendor master records from R/3 to SRM via BBPGETVD. When we go to SLG1, there is an error stating Business Partner XXXX: Invalid Value 0003 for field Authorization Group.
Currently, the AP dept. maintains the field Authorization Group in the Vendor Master Record 'Control' screen with a fixed value of 0003 (LFA1-BEGRU). When the replication occurs, SRM complains that this field value does not exist in a SRM customizing table or is a fixed value.
Do we need to implement the BBP_TRANSDATA_PREP BAdI to pass this value as a fixed value to replicate vendors?

We have a very small server environment and having one DC and one ADC. Last week ADC got a sudden restart. After booting it shown one service failed error. Since then the ADC is not replicating with DC. Giving below the diagnosis

Hi suren,
Error 1256 is logged as the replication status per partition as a result of the destination DC cancelling the sync request from the source DC due to a connectivity failure previously encountered.

DataSource replication error

Hello experts,
when running a process chain I get an replication error.
it says
"..the DataSource 8Z_ODS_1 (its an ODS-Object) has a different timestamp in sourcesystem than in Business Information Warehouse ..."
I have no clue what this is supposed to mean!
any suggestions?

Hi Linda,
1. You can use the below program to activate.
RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL porgram (se38) -> give the infosource name and activate.
2. Or search the Infosource in RSA1 and go into the Tranfer rules and click on activate button.
If you do not have authorisation in your Quality or Production server for the above two steps, do the step 2 in Development. You will be prompted for a transport request creation. Create the TR and release it to the target server.

1 'User and Group Database' and 'Group Database' cannot be replicated together
what does it means ?

Hi Jack,
Under database replication components, either select "user and group database" or "group database only"..You can't have both selected, as first option include the other..

Bank Key giving error for ECC to CRM replication

While replicating BPs from ECC to CRM, the following error shows in the BDoc:
"Bank XXXX-YYY for Country ZZ does not exist"
To the best of our understanding, the Bank (branch: XXXX-YYY) detail is not available in the CRM, but where to make in CRM or why should it not be replicated from ECC when the same is created in ECC in the first instance itself.
Seek your guidance please.

Make sure that the Bank Key,Bank Key - FI01 Bank master creation is maintained .....

Equipment Replication Error from ECC to CRM

Hi,
We are trying to replicate the Equipments form ECC 5.0 to CRM 2007 facing some error in CRM like inbound queue is not generated and our queue generated with status SYSFAIL error massage is u201CBAPISTRUCTURE_NAME_UNDEFINIEDu201D. I checked in ECC out queue status is STOP. We are done the Material Master and Customer Master Data Replication form ECC to CRM successfully. Activated the Equipment related objectives and done the Initial Load we are facing the problem for Equipment.
Please advise me

In the SAP Help of Equipment Replication from SAP ECC to SAP CRM following are prerequisites:
Integration
The initial download of data is triggered in SAP CRM and is executed by middleware. Uploads and delta downloads take place automatically when data is changed in SAP CRM and SAP ERP respectively.
To use this function you require the following releases, or higher:
■SAP CRM 7.0 (with active middleware)
■SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0

Can you check the Bdoc Messages and mention the Error and the Status of the Queues of the Equipment Adapter Object EQUIPMENT.

BP replication between ISU(ECC) -> CRM because of below error.Please suggest me how can we get this processed if any one has experienced this problem before.In SMW01 Error detail got the below information.
*Number 148803306 already assigned to partner 1000962836 for ID type ID0003*

+Diagnosis:+
In Customizing the uniqueness of the ID numbers is designated as the identification category for the identification type. However the number in question has already been assigned to another partner for this ID type.

There are a lot of settings for replication of BP's between IS-U and CRM.

Have you done Settings for Groupings and Number Ranges?
To ensure that business partner numbers are identical, you must create an external number range
with the same area for each internal number range (number range object BU_PARTNER) in the other
system. This external number range must then be allocated to a grouping (IS-U or CRM table
V_TB001; transaction SM30). During the data exchange, the system automatically selects a grouping
that is allocated to this number range.

REplication of Material Master from ECC to CRM - NO_STRUCT_DEFINITION Error

HI CRM Experts,
I am trying to replicate master data for material from ECC to CRM. I have done the required customizing downloads. Done with downloading of DNL_CUST_PROD0 and DNL_CUST_PROD1. I have got the Material types in CRM with categories R3PRODSTYP, R3PRODHIER & R3MATCLASS. There is no filter setting in R3AC1 for MATERIAL. Now when I am trying to do initial down load for Material through R3AS and monitoring in R3AM1, the status shows running with Block = 0. Having checked in SMQ1, am getting error as System Fail with error Exception Condition with "NO_STRUCT_DEFINITION" raised.
I have checked with the Product structure in ECC and compared with R3PRODHIER in CRM. They are same.
Kindly let me know what am I missing out.

Hi,
I had applied the not earlier itself.
Lateron I realized that the note I had applied at CRM end. I have to apply at ECC end aswell.
After applying at ECC end, the problem is resolved.
