CS11 transaction

Hi ALL,
I have finished good say FG100, which having a bom with components say RM1 & RM2. In material master of RM1 & RM2 the price control is "V-Moving avg price" & the moving average price is also maintained in the material masters.
In CS11, I had addeded the columns / fields to the output layout - "Moving avg price", std price", price unit," But those columns are not showing any value for any of the material.
Please if anybody can provide inputs on this?

A search in this forum & you would have found plenty of threads on it.
You need write a Z report using - FM 'CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2' pass MBWLS field with 'X' along with the remaining mandatory fields eg: material etc. and optional fields as per your need.

Hi,
CS11 report itself the Header details like the Header material, plant and usage and the component details will be generated. This is the Standard SAP report available. If you need more details then you need to go for the development only.

Required to create PI category CS11 and how make it working in co60.

There is a requirement to proess instruction category "CS11". That is PI category to display BOM level by level.
What kind of setting need to be done.
I could see from the existing PI category, within PI category there are list of several characteristics available.
My query is how to create PI CHARACTERISTIC
and how to assign these characteristics in the PI category while we create PI CATEGORY.
and also how to assign the characteristics value.
Someone, please tell me the entire procedure
to create the CS11 PI category and make it working by assigning this control recipe destination, and finally make it working in
CO60 to display and process cs11 transaction.

To debug it on production, can you check on the hot-deployment area of Spaces apps to validate the shared library reference is updated in weblogic.xml is picked up:
WebCenter_Domain_Home/servers/WC_Spaces/tmp/_WL_user/webcenter_11.1.1.4.0/<depl_prefix>/war/WEB-INF/weblogic.xml
- Substitute respective depl_prefix with latest hot deployment folder created inside WebCenter_Domain_Home/servers/WC_Spaces/tmp/_WL_user/webcenter_11.1.1.4.0 directory for your instance.
Cross verify the shared library reference for the ADF taskflow is reflected in the weblogic.xml for the Spaces server to reflect it.

I have created one engineering BOM with BOM Usage "2"
How to explode this engineering BOM. I am not able to explode same in CS11, CS12 OR CS13.
Kindly suggest some other method

In CS11 transaction, click on view button(button next to Execute)or F5. In Restrict view data area, check Engineering.
click on back button. specify BOM application(you can try with PP01) and Execute.

User exists for changing the selection screen of the transaction CS11

Hi,
I want to change the selection screen of the transaction cs11 and modify the ALV output.
I searched the old forums but not got satisfactry results.
I want to change the plant and material from the parameter to the select option.
i dont want to copy the transaction for the zcs11.
any suggestion on this ?

one more requirement i have is that, i need to remove all the header fields such as material , plant etc and place that field in the item level. i can use the user exists PCSD0002 for the adding the customer field in the item. but how can i removed the header level field such as plant and material. whether we have any user exits for that?

Please see documentation of enhancement MM06E005 (transaction SMOD).
Userexit EXIT_SAPMM06E_016 is a component of enhancement MM06E005.
With that enhancement, you can
-   Maintain/supply your own customer fields
-   Update your own customer-specific tables
You cannot:
-   Change standard fields
-   Change data that depends on the document header in the items
-   Change data that depends on an item in the document header
Please have a look at Business Add-In (BAdI) ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST.

Multi level BOM explosion in CS11/12/13 Cost of items are not displayed

Hi,
I want to display cost of the components in CS11 / CS12 / CS13 T.codes Std SAP will not display the cost of components. for this they have given note 177006 and asked to change some manual correction. In the post processing of the note they have asked put "your_display_profl" This is making me confusing I wanted know whether I want to create a new display pofile using CLVL t.code or can I make the correction as said by SAP "your_display_profl". Could some body guide me in this regard.

Which version of SAP you are using, if its below 4.6c, then
You need to have custom Display and Print Profile defined through CLVL transaction and used in the modification proposed.
If your version is 4.6c onwards then,

CALL A TRANSACTION IN SIMPLE REPORT AND RETURN BACK TO REPORT

I 'VE A REQUIREMENT IN WHICH I HAVE TO MAKE A REPORT PROGRAM. IN THIS REPORT PROGRAM I HAVE TO CALL A TRANSACTION cs11 IN BACKGROUND AND THEN PICK ITS OUTPUT VALUE (DISPLAYED IN alv GRID OF cs11) AND THEN RETURN BACK TO MAIN PROGRAM. DO SOME CALCULATION WITH THE BROUGHT DATA AND THEN DISPLAY THEM ON THE REPORT alv OUTPUT.
iS THIS POSSIBLe? IF YES? HOW.
PLEASE HELP.

try creating two reports.....ztest_a and ztest_b
do your call transaction in ztest_b
in ztest_a you can write submit ztest_a and return....
see if this works...

Print all documents in Transaction CC04 at once

In Transaction CC04, Under each document, There are sub ordinate documents included with it. User needs a way to print all the documents at once that have status as RL( Released). Is there a way to Print all documents with out drilling down in to each document and print. Please tell me a way to figure out this.

The print functions are generic ALV functions.
The 'print hierarchy' prints all nodes which have been expanded before even if they are not visible in the tree (collapsed).
That's the difference to the 'print view' option.
It depends on the application design which nodes are expanded.
In transaction CC04 'product structure browser' the product structure will never be completely expanded by design because the whole PLM environment could be part of such a product structure, means depending on the filter settings millions of objects have to be expanded.
In SAP Standard it is not planned to change the existing behaviour in transaction CC04.
Material BOMs can be printed via transaction CS11 or CSMB (in this transaction a context menu function 'EXPAND ALL' exists which can be used before printing).

VC - Item not displayed in CS11

There is a Material Variant which is an assembly.
When I see this Variant through the transaction CU50, I see a component A in the assembly. But when I explode the BOM of the variant material through CS11 i do not see this component A . What can be the reason for this difference ?
There is no sales order.
A material variant is created as it is a frequently used variant of a configurable material.

Have you tried Cancelling the release before adding the version?
Select the active version of the IDOC Segment and cancel its release first. Only then you will be able to add a version.

Doubt in fbl1n transaction

hi i have a doubt....
in fbl1n transaction, there are open items and cleared items.
in it the cleared items for certain document types such as invoice etc is not present in the open item table (bsik)
however the cleared items for document types such as general voucher its present in the open items table (bsik)
is this possible as all cleared item entries shld b present in the open item table with an indicator set for cleared or not...
plz exlain!

1.Account payables: BSIK is Open Items and BSAK is Closed items
2.Account Receivables; BSID and BSAD for OPEN and closed items
3/GL accounts : BSIS and BSAS for Open and Closed Items

Follow up transaction in CRM

Hi All,
I want to create an Order in CRM with reference to the Standard Order (which is created in ECC and replicated from ECC to CRM).
When I open the Transaction (which is created in ECC and replicated from ECC to CRM).
in CRM and clikc on follow up I am not able to create the follow up transaction.
The follow up transaction is in display mode.
Can anybody give me inputs in this regard? where is wrong

For this document I just want to create follow up transaction in CRM.(I dont want to change the document in CRM)

Follow-up Business Transactions

Hi Experts,
I have a problem with follow-up transactions. I created two transactions, a Quotation and a Standard Order.
Then I created follow-up for these transactions in the copying control, ZAG --> ZTA. Now, when I create a new Quotation in the Web Client UI and I open the drop down list "create follow-up" I just can see many diferent activities like Contact, Task, incoming e-mail, etc. but no Business Transaction.
How can I display the new created Business Transaction ZTA (Standard Order) in the drop-down list?

Thanks for your reply but thats not the problem.
Also in the standard I have the same problem. The standard also defines follow-up transaction for AG (Quotation), AG --> TA (Standard Order) in the copying control. When I log in whith the role salespro and I create a new Quotation, save this Quotation and try to create a new Standtard order with the drop-down list "create follow-up", I just can see activites but no Business Transactions. Why can I just see activities (Task, ...) and no Business Transaktions? All these activities I can see are not defined in the copying control.
Can you help me?.
PS: I can find my Business Transaction in the Web Client UI. I just can not find the Transaction in the "create follow-up" List as a follow-up transaction

Open follow up transaction type screen automatically after confirm account

Hi Gurus,
I have a transaction type Z010 for interaction record that is copied from standart 0010 transaction type.
I define dependent transaction type SRVO that is service order as a follow up of Z010
My requirement is to open automatically open service order screen after confirming account
As agents must do everything vey quickly while they are on phone, it is needed urgently.
Now they have to open Z010 interction record screen, have to press follow up button, click to clipboard and then can open the scrren of service order.
How can we automatically open service order screen after confirming account??

I read it and see that interaction record is automatically created. How can it be made, is it a standard customizing?? Our interaction record is created automatically when follow up process-it is service order here- is created. First we confirm customer, then press to Interaction Record at the left hanside, then in this screen we press follow-up button, then click on Activity Clipboard, then service order screen is opened. I want to pass two steps, pressing Interaction Record and pressing follow up record, how can I do this??
Exactly I have to define process type Business Activity for interaction record, I can't give Service Order process type directly to interaction record. Service Order type must be dependent to business activity, is it true?? If there is a way to directly giving service order type as an interaction record type, and making interaction record creation automatically after confirming, my problem is solved as very well.
