CS4 Crashes on start-up w/ Vista 64

Question

This is the information I get when I open the Microsoft window and I don't understand any of it. Does anyone know what I should do to solve this dilema?

May I suggest first updating Photoshop CS4 to the recently released 11.0.2 version, which can be found here:
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4713
Then check to see if your video drivers are up to date, as even to this day the video card makers are updating drivers to be ever more compatible with Photoshop's OpenGL needs.
You can reset your preferences by pressing Ctrl - Alt - Shift immediately after starting Photoshop.

Outside of the above, a removal and reinstall is probably your best bet.
