CUPS History not being cleared

We are running 8.5.1 across the board except CUPS, which is 8.5.3.
We are running into an issue where users whose accounts have been disabled in AD, and their phone extensions assigned to another user are still showing up on the CUPC call display, or when searching the directory.
Example:
User A had extension 1234
User A was disabled in AD
User A information was removed from Call Manager
User B was assigned extension 1234
When User B calls, User A's contact information shows up.
This can only be rectified by adding User B as a contact in CUPC.
Once added, the proper information shows up in CUPC.
That being said, when I search the directory in CUPC both User A and User B are found, with the same extension of 1234.
Note that when searching the corp directory on a handset (7945) User A is not found, which is correct.
Any ideas appreciated.

  • Help! History is being cleared automatically...this is a new problem!

    I have been running Firefox for a couple of years now, and never had any problems. I have not changed anything on my computer recently, but as of 2 days ago, my history is being cleared automatically.
    I have gone to Tools and clicked on "Remember History" countless times (yes, I clicked "OK"), but when I go back to it....it has reverted back to "Use Custom....".
    Don't know if this is related or not, but...also as of 2 days ago, I am not receiving e-mails from 2 very important places that I know of - etsy and paypal (for business). Who knows what other e-mails I am missing. Yes, I have made sure these are in my contact list, etc....
    HELP! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    That is probably OK.
    Firefox shows the "Use custom settings for history" setting as an indication that at least one of the history and cookie settings is not the default to make you aware that changes were made.<br />
    If all History settings are default then the custom settings are hidden and you see "Firefox will: (Never) Remember History".<br />
    Never Remember History" means that Private Browsing is active and "Always use private browsing mode" gets a check mark.
    Do you keep the history during a session?

    Make sure that you do not use Clear Recent History to clear the Browsing History.

  • Bursting - empty tag not being cleared in email channel loop

    If you check the following, I pass the cust num and email address to the email delivery channel for the subject line.

    Since your email is failing I am going to assume the rest of your script is working.  So I am looking specifically at these lines:
      $process = '../includes/process_mail.inc.php';
        if (file_exists($process) && is_readable($process)) {
            include($process);
    The things that need to be confirmed here are that the path is right and it has proper permissions.  Have you tried eliminating that "and" statement in your "if" and see if those work independently.  I have a feeling that if the path is right that the file does not have the proper permissions on your server for global read access which would make, "is_readable" fail and thus end your script.
    Can you test those and post back?

    There are postings done in a Material account 3xxxx in which the Freight purchase was charged in the Service account 4xxxx.
    However, 4xxxx is not being cleared during the period end.
    Would it be any setting in the PO or FI that is causing this?

    Hi,
    Please check if the PO no and PO item ae populated in teh Frieght cost account  in  case yes you can use F.13 to clear this using GR/IR clearing process in the transactions. If it is not populated please look for things common between the Dr and CR and you can define your own rule to clear the Accounts the setting is to be made under SPRO>FI>GL>Business transaction>Open item clearing >Prepare Automatic clearing.

    How do I prevent privacy browsing and/ or prevent history from being deleted from son's computer?

    Note that removing or disabling "Private Browsing" will not make it impossible to delete private data like visited websites (history) or cache.
    There are a lot of ways to clear such data, either via [[Clear Recent History]] or directly by deleting the History in the Library or sidebar.
    Private Browsing makes it easier because all data is kept in memory and nothing is saved to disk, so nothing needs to be removed.
    If you want to see which sites have been visited then you should look at others means outside Firefox like a router or firewall with a password protected logging feature that can't be bypassed or a program like [http://www.wireshark.org/download.html Wireshark].

  • MIGO receiving not being cleared

    We are receiving items against MIGO (101) and we are checking each item as received. However the items are not being removed from the MIGO when we re-enter the purchase order. The items are showing as received but not cleared from MIGO. I vaguely remember having to check some boxes in MM02 but I don't remember exactly where. Please help.

    If anyone runs into this problem, it is the driver. You need to install the latest driver from Zebra. I had the same problem. After I installed the driver, the problem disappeared. Hopefully this will save you a lot of time.

  • SQL Server Agent - Job History not being recorded (SQL Server 2005)

    I have been trying to get to the bottom of an issue with SQL Server Agent not recording any job history. I am using SQL Server 2005 on a single Windows Server 2008 machine (i.e. no other domain controllers/active directory servers).
    The SQL Server Agent service is configured to 'Log On As' NT user account 'sqlagent'. The jobs themselves are executed successfully (all 'Transact-SQL' type steps actually use the 'sa' account) however the there is no actual job history to be found for any
    of the jobs -- in the SQL Activity monitor, the 'Last Run Outcome' is always 'Unknown' and the 'Last Run' date is always 'Never' for all jobs; in the SQL Job History Viewer there are no entries for any instances of a job being executed.
    The 'sqlagent' NT user account ia a member of the 'Administrators' NT group; the 'Administrators' group appears under Security > Logins on the database server. I have another server that also uses the same setup with a 'sqlagent' NT user account, on that
    database server the 'sqlagent' user account appears under Security > Logins and the SQL job history works correctly. I have attempted to add the 'sqlagent' to the Logins on the affected server using the SQL Server Surface Area configuration but this operation
    returns an error, detailed below.
    Additionally, I have attempted to use the built-in NT system account 'NETWORKSEVICES' to run the SQL Agent Service but this also results in exceptions in the error log and no job history being recorded. The entries in the error logs are very similar to those
    from the 'sqlagent' NT user account but instead the user is referred to as 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON' in the error logs, again these are detailed below.

    Thanks for your reply. I have run the query you specified and can see only one entry with "NTLM" in the auth_scheme column, all of the rest have "SQL". It figures that the entry with "NTLM" is relating to the one NT user account that can successfully log
    in to the service (as mentioned in my reply to Nag above, this is the NT user account that installed the service on the machine). I have also executed the same query on the other machine that I mentioned in my original post and this contains two "NTLM" entries,
    I'd assume that these relate to the NT user that installed the software and the correctly working "sqlagent" NT user account that is correctly logging the job history on that machine.
    I think the problem is very much to do with granting access to new NT user accounts, as per the KB article that you have quoted above. In this case, it is not relating to scenarios 1 or 2 as these relate to SQL Server logins and this issue is about a Windows
    Authentication login. As I mentioned to Nag above, I am unable to grant any NT user accounts with access to the service however the NT accounts are all defined locally on the same machine as the SQL server is installed (i.e. there is no domain controller,
    active directory controller, etc) so I don't understand how the Windows login cannot be verified.
    Any further advice on the issue would be greatly appreciated, please let me know if there is any more information I can provide to help diagnose the problem.

  • Text memory not being cleared after SAVE_TEXT

    Hi ,
    I am using SAVE_TEXT function module ( along with SAVE_MODE_DIRECT = 'X')  to write some data into the text elements of a Sales order during creation. This activity is being done in the SAVE_DOCUMENT method.
    The problem is that once the text is saved to the sales order and I attempt to create a new SALES_ORDER using VA01, the old value ( from the already saved order) appears in the text elements.
    I tried using FREE MEMORY ID ,but the same did not work.
    Any thoughts on how I can flush the memory text.

    I tried with refreshing the table, using the SAVE_MODE_DIRECT ='X' and blank, but the issue still persists.
    I was under assumption that SAP might be clearing the text memory before every new transaction and then initiating the text determination procedure. However, this does not looks like the case..
    Any thoughts on alternate solutions.

    I think what you really want is Equal height CSS columns.  I'm afraid CSS doesn't naturally work the way table columns do.  But you'll find some solutions described in this discussion from yesterday:

  • Browsing history not being saved

    perfect optimazer reset history have reset perfect optimer now can't get histokr bacy

    hmm if anything can someone please tell me how to completely uninstall safari-to where its like i've never had it before because every time i uninstall it and install a new version of safari i see my previous history and bookmarks so i'm guessing there is something i'm not deleting/uninstalling along with bonjour apple support...etc. hopefully starting anew will rid me of my problem :-/

    for some strange reason, safari does not keep my history to sites I have personally been to, is there a setting I can change or anything that can fix this problem? (if you folks need more information, please let me know, as this is really driving me up the wall)

    It sounds like you messed with privacy settings, Im a Ie user (hiss, boo and all the other child like mac-user statements) but I reckon if you enable the autofill - stuff will... autofill.
    I personally hate this safari, its slow, and make me feel like a child where it hides all the good stuff, ie lets you do so much more if your a web designer, yet its not as good when it comes to some of the mad cool features that safari has, Im torn at present which to stick to.

    Well, I've really managed to find an odd problem this time. Ok, so right now I have an applet, and it has a thread which does public void run() {

    }Right, anyways that's supposed to refresh the screen. Ok, now the problem: I draw an image at x,y based on a variable. These 2 variables are set to 0,0 at the beginning. When I click the mouse, it sets the variables to 100,100. The weird part= Ok well it successfully draws the image at 100,100 but it also draws the image at 0,0 still! (that is until I minimize and maximize my browser, then it's cleared.) Any help?

    else.That shouldn't be needed. He's probably not calling the paintComponent() method of the super class.

  • Control Center Jobs - Workflow execution history not being shown

    We have recently migrated to owb 11.2 from 10.2. In DEFAULT_CONTROL_CENTER, we can see deployment history, but the "execution" tab is empty. Though we have executed several workflows, they are not shown in the execution TAB in "Control Center Jobs" window after they complete.
    Any clue on what can be the problem? Where can I further investigate the problem?

    Is there any record in wb_rt_audit_executions? you can connect as OWBSYS, then set workspace to access the audit information.
    If there are records and not displayed in the execution tab, then it must have some issues. Then should be looked into further.
