Choose About this Mac from the Apple menu and check the processor.
If it's a PowerPC Mac, it's already running the newest OS it can.
If it's a Core Duo Mac, click here, install the DVD, and run Software Update. If you're actually using Mac OS X Server, phone the online Apple Store instead.
If it's a Core 2 Duo or better Mac, upgrade it as if it was a Core Duo Mac, and if desired, open the Mac App Store, and try downloading 10.9. If you get told it's incompatible, go to the online Apple Store and order a download code for Lion 10.7.
Mac OS X 10.7 and newer don't support PowerPC software such as Microsoft Office 2004. If you upgrade the OS, back up the computer first.

Secondly, you may find it difficult to get. Look on eBay or Amazon for a black retail install disk. Don't be surprised at the price.
Thirdly, your iBook is a decade or more out of date and officially obsolete. Is it not time to quietly retire it and get something more modern?

No, unless you had Find My iPad enabled on it then there isn't any way to try and locate it.
Have you reported it to the police in case somebody hands it in ? You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc., and if it was a cellular model also contact your carrier.

I was downloading up-dates and maybe disconnected before comlete!! I thnk it may have even started to restore but all I know is that it is frozen to the extent that it will not even turn off!! I used to use Movie Maker and it would be able to handle lots of file uploads and big projects. I figure iMovie can do the same since it's newer and it's on my iMac. I was working on a project for a few months, it was working fine up until about a few days ago when the project file just stopped working. Not getting any audio or visuals and the screen went grey. You can download the trial version (http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html) to convert the PDF back to WORD if you do not have the original. The conversion may not be perfect, but it is typically better than starting from scratch. You may be lucky and get a good result. You might check the settings (in the save screen) to try retain format versus retain text flow. The format version can be a pain to edit since it creates a bunch of text boxes. The flow version may require you to reformat in WORD, but you likely would want to do that anyway.

In the sheet :: table :: cell that is going to receive the data, type an equals sign, then click on the cell that the data will come from and press Return.
This will require that you navigate to the origin cell by choosing the proper sheet.

One Adobe ID supports two activation of CC irrespective of the type (single/complete/Team). If you buy the complete CC with the same Adobe ID, it will allow to activate it two times though you you will be assigned space of single app cc + the complete CC.
You can buy the Complete CC with a different Adobe ID.

It's best to install Snow Leopard on one of the three remain drives without an Operating System.
You can then install the applications you need from the original media. Create a User Account using Setup Assistant.
Do you want to migrate User Accounts from the OSX LIon boot drive, or are you keeping the User Accounts separate?
Dual-booting just requires holding the option key during startup and selecting either Lion or Snow Leopard.
