Custom Access sequence Error.

Hi Ive created a custom access sequence and
added 2 condition tables to the access sequence.
Whenever i click save i get an Info message saying the below.
When i branch to field level i see all the fields. Am i missing something.
As a result the assigned output type does not work.
One of the custom tables is a custom condition table with a custom field.
Message below.
The field assigment has not yet meen made..
Diagnosis
Field assignment has not yet been carried out.

When using this access sequence, the system can never find a record for this access (sequential number 10 table 011)

Yes the field VKBUR is custom.
So i modified the structure KOMPBV3.
and populated it via the user exit. (breakpoint at usr exit is not working though)
I have also generated the condition table. Im working in Ecc 6.0 and I dont see any color indicators. i go to condition tables from NACE. enter the condition table name
Accesses: I had not generated them earlier, but with ur direction i now have.
However the problem still persists.

Services procurement - Pricing Access sequence error for Custom fields

Hi Experts,
We have created 3 custom fields in KOMP structure. Which is required to create condition tables, access sequence. We have successfully created condition tables with the 3 fields along with the standard fields.
While creating access sequence we are getting the error as 'Select a document field'. Even after providing the document field, getting some other errors. Please find the attached document for steps we followed.

We have added the custom field in KOMK, KOMG & KOMP structures. I have added the ZZITEMGROUP before KFRST and its working fine.
Need to understand what is the implication of KFRST.
As per our requirement the ZZPRODUCT should come first, followed by ZZITEMGROUP. Please advice how to achieve this.

Copying Custom Access Sequences to CRM from R/3

Here is the scenario we're working with:
Use quotes in CRM which are then released to orders in R/3. Would like to use pricing procedures to default in fixed prices for certain materials. Have everything working fine in R/3. I am following the process outlined in the Replication guide.
We created a new access sequence for pricing use SalesOrg/DistChan/Division/Batch. Created table A991 which has entries stored.
Running DNL_CUST_CNDALL does not bring the access sequence across. Tried defining my own customizing object specifying the new table and I get the following error in SMW01:
Target table CNCCRMPRCUS991 is not actively available
Is there a certain order I was supposed to do this in?

SD Custom Access Sequence issue

Hi,
I have created one z field in the table KOMP and same is available in the accesses sequence. I can able to save the pricing records through VK11. Which is available in the access sequence but as the field I have inserted is a Z field due to which I can’t use that access sequence. For e.g. if you maintain price for customer/material to release combination and if you enter the same customer material combination in the sales order then system will pick the same access sequence and particular pricing will reflect in the sales order. In my case I am using Z field which is not available for entry in the sales order so that’s why system is not able to access the access sequence.
Can you tell me how to insert the field in the sales order which can be access by system while selecting the access sequence?

I followed the basic principle. I was trying to define a new access sequence for the pricing conditions...
But I got the error that i reported earlier. I saved it inspite of the error. The access sequence got created but I am not sure if it will give any errors in my pricing procedure while executing the sales order.
Do you think it is some config error?

Customer filed in Access sequence

Dear EXperts,
There is an requirement from the business that they want to add customer field in access sequence i.e.MEK1 apart fron the existing field combination such as supplying plant /material and supplying plant /plant. Now the business is asking to add another combination such as supplying plant/customer/material.
My concern is it advisiable to add customer field in MEK1, if we add what would be its implications on exisitng functionality from purchasing side.

It won't impact much on Busineess.
Just add the condition table in Access sequence of same if you have already custom access sequence.
or Copy the existing access sequence & add the Customer table in to that access sequence. then maintain the condition record as your client want.

Error while creating Access Sequence (output)

While creating Access sequence (for an output) i.e. Access Sequence - Accesses - Fields (at this point)
I am getting an error (I/O) in the field. The field value is WERKS and not able to go further.
I created a table for output billing and criteria fiels are sales area and plant.
Please guide me in this regard.

I created a condition Table xxx and selected fields (Sales Area, Plant). While creation of access sequences for an (output type) at the Fields level i am able to see all the 4 fields but with the field WERKS it is showing an error.

Access denied error on updating list through custom webpart

I have created one webpart having multiple view option.
On selection of items from one view user is clicking on next button to get 2nd view (THis is causing postback) and on selection of 2nd view items user is clicking on next buton for 3rd view.
On third view he can see the submit button. On click on submit button the selected items are updateing in one list and also updating data in other lists.
The list in which we are updating data have limited access to all users. But previously user were able to upate the list.
But after implimenting this multiple view with next button which postbacks on click user are getting access denied error while updating the list. If i provide contribute access to that list then they able to submit the changes properly. But even after
that they got the error at first time.
Any body got this type of issue?
Is the post back on custom webpart cause access denied error?

Yes I checked with ULS log viewer.
Its very helpfull as reading that text log file is very difficuelt.
I found that if user spend more time on that webpart then session veriables on that webpart gets expired and at the time of redirection of user to newly created list using below code currentNewList becomes empty and its redirection to wrong list(_abc) which
is dummy list and user dont have any access.

So I modified the code to reload the session data when user clisk on submit button.

3.Invoice
4.Return delivery with reference to above goods receipt document.(122 m.type)
5. J1IS- Creating outgoing excise invoice w.r.to return delivery material document.

The same error coming while consignment stock issue to cost center.
1.Consignment Info record with excise tax code.
2.PO consignment purchase order.
3.GR with excise capture & post here Part-I&II documents are created.
Material document created but there is no accounting document.

Error in Access Sequence

Dear All,
Following is the case.
Condition Type values are picked form condition record having access sequence based on sales organization.
Now we want to pick the values based on Sales Organization and Material. So we added the required condition Table in the access sequence JDUM. This table already exists in the system and is not created. But after adding the table in access sequence and maintaining the values the system is giving following error.
749 Access Pricing Sales/Distribution JDUM 30 contains no fields
When i go the IMG --> SD --> Basic Function --> Pricing --> Pricing Control --> Define Access Sequences
Select the Access Sequence "JDUM" & when select the fields system flashes the message as below
The field assignment has not yet been made
Please guide me on the same.

When you say 749 it means that its new access sequence created. Because by default access sequence existing in JDUM are tables
110 Sales org./ Destination Country
350 Sales organization.
1. When you create Table "Release status and Processing status" should be active. -- Please Check
2. AFter Creation of tables , we assign it as Access Sequence. save it
3. Then choose the Access line and double click on the Fields tab provided.
4. Then the fields corresponding to the access sequence will be listed with last fields as Relase status and Processing status.

Access denied error in feature receiver code when deploying-activating custom timer job feature

hi,
am creating a sp timer job for a updating a list.when i write this code in a the event receiver featureactivated method, and when i activate this feature , am getting access denied error.
but, when i deploy this timer job [ without feature receiver] through powershell, it works.
i didnt run this feature receiver with runwithelevatedprivileges delegate - i think this wlll NOT solve the issue.
from one of the posts i seen that, current logedin user needs to be part of config database roles. i didnt understand this point. how can i add my current loge din user into the sp_config database roles? is it through SSMS 2012?
or
is there any way to achieve without feature event receiver?
otherwise i will be forced to write my business logic in a console appln and add this exe in a windows scheduler.!

Error with Material type/Tax code access sequence in Tax procedure

Hi,
I am trying to create an access sequence with Material type/tax code combination for my tax procedure. While I can generate the condition table successfully, I cannot create an access sequence. The access sequence gives me the pop up message " select a document field for MTART". I searched in the field catalog and its absent. However MTART exists in the table KOMG.
How can I include the field MTART ( material type) in the field catalog. The tax code field is shown as green. Please help.

The field MTART was included as standard in the table . I didn't have to add anything. Further, i couldn't find any standard access sequence for tax procedures that include material type.
I am really stuck with this!!

How to maintain code of 'requirement' of access sequences in SD pricing???

I have an assignment to maintain the code of 'requirement' of access sequence in SD pricing procedure...
and I know that the 'requirements' are pieces of code attached to an access sequence to determine whether or not a certain
access level should be executed.
And we can display the codes of SAP predefined 'requirements' with the TCODE VOFM,
but when i try to enter new requirement number , it just terminated with a ERROR msg: u r not allow to maintain SAP standard requirement...blabla... So i am confused how to do this
please help me, thanks...

1 - 899 numbering reserve for SAP standard to be used...
900 -> onwards are for customer specific enhancement

Unable to Download Condition Tables and Access Sequences from R/3

Hi Experts,
We have a new set of condition tables and access sequences created in R/3. Now we need to download them to CRM, which we are unable to perform. We tried downloading DNL_CUST_CNDALL, but there is no use. The new condition tables are not getting pupulated. Moreover when I download this object, the corresponding CNCCRMPRCUS* table for the new condition type is not getting generated in CRM.
The strange thing is the above mentioned tables when created in "development and quality" boxes are getting into respective CRM systems. We are using CRM 4.0.
Your help will be appreciated.

Please check the transaction SLG1 which gives you very good inputs on the errors which would have happened during customizing or condition download
Check the customizing download by giving the following parameters
Object : cond_exchange
Subobject :customizing
Give the date on which the recent customizing download of DNL_CUST_CNDALL was performed.Check whether there are any errors!!if there are errors on then those needs to be corrected so that the new condition tables and access sequences get downloaded correctly to CRM.
