i unable to find the WWDLC FIELD AND DATA ELEMENT IS
RKEG_WWDLC (delivery to country) in item data-> account assingment-> profit centre-> delivery to country
how to enchance the field in bapi structures.

Hi,
I need to add a custom field (ZCITY) to the structure : CRMT_ACS_H_COM and I need to populate this field in the BADI: CRM_COND_COM_BADI in the method : HEADER_COMMUNICATION_STRUCTURE.
However, my concerns are:
1. How to add the new field to this pricing structure? Is there any specific procedure to do that?
2. And once the field is added and populated with the value in BADI, where the pricing calculation takes place based on this custom field? Do we need to to implement any other BADI's or any pricing routines? I am little confused here.
Could you please help me on this?
Bottom line is : A custom field calles ZCITY needs to be added to the pricing structure and freight cost determination should take place based on this new field ZCITY.

Hi Sandeep,
if the field is used in the condition download from ECC please also check SAP note 514952.
1. The field is added via the field catalogue maintenance at IMG: Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Define Settings for Pricing -> Maintain Field Catalog. As you save or generate the field catalogue the structure will be updated with your field.
2. Whether you need to implement a JAVA routine for the pricing of this particular condition is defined in the corresponding pricing procedure.

      I have append one field into VBAP Table, and i want to update that filed value by using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE FM. I have done all the coding but still its not updating the table. I have checked with SAP fields like order quantity, its upadating the database but the custom fileds are not upadting.

for pr item level customer added 10 fields in the EBAN table append structure CI_EBANDB. .
i am creating PR by using Funcation module BAPI_PR_CREATE.
In this Function Module I have to pass the structure name and field values in the EXTENTIONIN .
what is the structure name I have to pass and how populate data in to the EBAN table.
after that i have to create PR and updating 10 two custom field values in the EBAN Table.
how to proceed for updating the customer field values in the eban table.

Custom field update in Purchase Requisition Final Release

Hi,
We have PR release strategy at Item level.
In PR table EBAN include I have added new field as ZZREL_DT (for final release date), This Field I want to update when final release will get triggred for the PR item.
For updating this custom field I have try with Enhancement 'M06B0002' but system is not updating the value in new field , and as in BADI 'ME_REQ_POSTED', the IM_EBAN is an importing structure ,system is not allowing to change the value if we implement this BADI.
Is there any user exit or BADI, to update this custom field, I want to update the system date when user releasing the PR item with ME54N or ME55 transaction.

Try with create new tab in PR item level, add field in custom tab example Final release Tab.
Try to fetch data from EBAN table when final release happened ( based on status ) the date will update in this table. I hope this is helpful.

Issue with Custom Field updation through BAPI FM

I am going to update some custom filelds in BUt050. So for these custom fields, I want to fill buffer memory so that I can track the changes through buffer. So I was calling FM BAPI_BUPR_CONTP_CHANGE and passing following parameters.
          businesspartner = < bp number>
          contactperson   = < Contact Number>
          validfromdate   = '00010101'
          validuntildate = '99991231'
          centraldata     = blank
          centraldata_x   = blank
I am keeping central data blank as there is no standard field to update.
But it is returning me a message that no changes are made.
can any one has any idea how can I send custom field change in buffer?

As my goal is to update custom fields in BUt050 from WEB UI, I was planning to fill the memory buffer with the changed values by calling FM ''BUB_BUPR_MEMORY_FILL'.
So I have to get memory first. But if I dont call the FM 'BAPI_BUPR_CONTP_CHANGE', then the memory will not be filled.
That is the reason to call the function module.

I tried to enhance the IPC according to the known manual.
I created a new item related z-field in the item communication structure which I fill in the BadI IF_EX_CRM_COND_COM_BADI with a Char(1) value:
    IF cs_acs_i_com-zfield IS INITIAL.
      LOOP AT ls_prc_agrmnts_wrk-price_agreements_crm ASSIGNING <price>.
        CASE <price>-kschl.
          WHEN 'ZFRE'.
            cs_acs_i_com-zfield = 'B'.
I also did the customizing for that new formula which is a requirement. There I added two attributes to the implementation:
-ITEM_GUID     Item GUID
-ZFIELD     Z-Field
and also two attributes to the formula:
-ITEM_GUID     CRM_ITEM_GUID
-ZFIELD     ZFIELD
I use this requirement in my pricing procedure and uploaded the jar file. My java code looks as follows:

In SM53 i can see the logs, but the problem is that obviously only the standard field ITEM_GUID is available in the Java. Means, that for my z-field I never get a value although the BadI is called an the value is written to the communication structure.
Does anybody has an idea, why I do not get the value of that zfield in my java code?

When i come accrossed with BBP_CHECK_CND_CUST In my findings i found parameter IPC_ON is missing.
I am waiting for the reply from BASIS.
Is there any functional customisation required for IPC let me know.

BADI MB_MIGO_BADI not updating custom field in MSEG Table

Dear Experts,
I am working on screen exit In MIGO transaction for transfer Posting.
I checked that BADI MB_MIGO_BADI having facility for screen exit and method line_modify having facility to change GOITEM Structure for the changed line item.
Now, to make this functionality work I have enhanced include structure CI_COBL which is available in both mseg table and goitem structure, now I have this customized fields on my custome tab through the enhancement and also to update this value 2 custom fields created in goitem structure and MSEG table through include structure CI_COBL.
Here my question is at the time of transfer posing creation in MIGO when I am passing the value in custom fields through screen and assigning it to custom fields of structure GOITEM through LINE_MODIFY method, it is giving me below worning message
BADI: Field GOITEM-ZZIDNLF is not ready for input. (Change is not taken over)
Now I have debuged the code, also checkout many threads and came to know that because of few checks in standred program (iNCLUDE:LMIGOKL3) these fields will not be updated WHERE IT always checks whether these fields are ready for input or not and if not ready then instead of assigning the values it throws worning message.
Now can you please through some light how can I go ahead as I have check out many threads and also tried to change value of cs_goitem structure using field symbol but throughing dump that it is blocked against changes through field symbol.
The helpful answers will be highly appriciated.

In the badi mentioned by you GOITEM is the importing parameters & if the relevant field is not used in any MIGO screen you cannot change the data.

Please check the BADI documentation:
Changed data in GOITEM is only adopted if the relevant fields are visible and ready for input.
Changed data in GOITEM is not adopted if the relevant field is not used in any MIGO screen (warning via MIGO 049).

I'm afraid there's no way to update the Task Level Custom Fields using JSOM. I had the same requirement in the past, searched for a long time to a solution, without any result. Also other similar posts are not having a valid solution:

Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know JSOM has no methods to update task, assignment or resource custom fields.

Update ProjectResource/EnterpriseResource custom fields

Does anyone know if it's possible to update an enterprise custom field for a ProjectResource or EnterpriseResource using CSOM or JSOM?

1 custom field not showing up for modification in new List Variant for KS12

Dear SAP Experts,
I need some help regarding list variants using custom fields. I made a new List Variant for transaction KS12 using a few custom and standard fields. The custom fields are in CI_CSKS structure. I did all this according to not 95080 using option two (Adjust screen 1399 in function group KMA1). I got the header to display the name of the fields in SE51. The strange things is that after I start KS12 with the new list variant one of the custom fields doesn't show up for modification if there is no value in it where this is not the case with the others. That is if there is no value in it already (even on character) I can't enter new values in to it, which beats the purpose. I checked the attributes of the the custom fields and they are all the same, unless I missed something.
Does anyone have an idea why this could be?

Hi Michael - I too have exactly the same problem in Lion. It seems to be a bug.
A minor one, given all the other much larger issues I have with Lion.
I'm living with it in the expectation that someone will fix it. I notified it ages ago - long before the recent Lion update.
I am mainly using Snow Leopard. This problem doesn't happen in Snow.

Custom fields from SRM PO to R/3 - missing values

As part of the extended classic scenario when the PO is being transferred to backend we are sending couple of custom fields ( added to append structure CI_EKPODB in EKPO table ) in the item table .
We are doing this for ECC 6.0 and 4.7 backend versions.
ECC 6.0 works fine i.e, the custom fields gets properly replicated ( updated in EKPO table )
4.7 --> It doesn't work.
In R/3 we have maintained the correct mapping in BBP_CUFMAP table.
Any ideas what is the issue with 4.7 version.
Note : SRM uses BAPI " BBP_PO_INBOUND" FM in R/3 to replicate

Sorry for the late reply. I have the solution for this question.
For copying the custom fields code is to be written in the BADI "BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI", method "BBP_B46B_PO_OUTBOUND". This BADI has both ECC PO fields and all the SRM fields(including the custom fields added in PO and SC) in separate structures.IS_HEADER, IT_ITEM etc has all the SRM PO values. CS_BAPI_POHEADER, CT_BAPI_POITEM etc has ECC PO values.
There are two function modules, BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC and BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2. Execute these function modules with the GUID for PO after PO change or create in SRM system. Once the FM is executed the BADI will be triggered and the additional functionality carried out and PO replication from SRM to ECC happens.

Adding Custom Fields to FAGLFLEXP Table

We have a requirement to update WBS Element for Planning related Data. So have added custom field(WBS Element) in structure CI_FAGLFLEX04.
The field is visible when I open FAGLFLEXP table, but when I post data The custom field (WBS Element) is not being updated. Could you please let me know the process to update this field?

However, the most important is: a) Is it really necessary to change the standard? b) There could be a Z table containing the new information and referencing FAGLFLEXP? c) What is the transaction that will keep the data? It has Exit´s for what you need?

Actually your approach may be wrong, first as an ABAPer should ask to functional team, which transaction and where to insert the fields, it could be header or item level(I am saying example)
Based on tcode, you need to enhance the table level as well as the screen exit/BADI we need to pass screen to internal programming structure. the structure type will be table type of FAGLFLEXP.

Customer Field in Standard BI Content

Hi Experts,
in CRM 7.0 there is a feature called Online Reporting which is using the Netweaver BI functionality to directly execute BW reports within CRM. I have set this up and it is working fine for the standard CRM BI content (which seems to be based on BW version 3.x) that is delivered. So I can execute a standard query and the data is then pulled via Query, InfoCube and DataSource synchronously and displayed in the CRM Web UI.
I am now trying to add a customer field to the whole chain so my first task is to enhance the standard extractor. I manged to do this via an append include and BAdI RSU5_SAPI_BADI. When testing the extractor the data for the new field is populated correctly. When checking the data source in RSA1 I can also see the new field in the fields list of the datasource. The fields is also available in the transfer structure. I now mapped an Infoobject (which I had created before) to this customer field of the transfer structure. And then I created a transfer rule to map the field to the communication structure.
In order to test these changes I have created a start routine and set a break-point to see if the data is provided properly. The debugger stops and all the data is there EXCEPT for my new field. Does anybody have an idea what might be missing in my configuration?

unfortunately, I just realized that for CRM 7.0 it is not recommended by SAP in general to enhance the BI content for Online Reporting. As from EhP1 there seems to be an Interactive Reporting Enhancement Workbench to support this requirement. See post from Sven Kriebel:

So until the next upgrade I will have to stick with what AET provides.

SRM 7.01 Custom field in Shopping Cart source of supply tab Issue

I have requirement to add two new fields ( Vendor Email Id and YES/NO option field to send mail to supplier from PO) in Source of supply tab in Shopping cart. I have followed below steps
1) Enhanced item structrues with two fields
2) Added new fields in V_DODC_SC_I_VENDOR view with new fields, This fields are appered on screen perfectly.
Now i need to determine YES/ NO field value based on company code value of Shopping cart, I am not able to getING Company code value of item in method WDDOMODIFYVIEW of Pre and post exits to do logic.

I have created Context attribute in /SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_SC_I_SOS for view V_DODC_SC_I_VENDOR.
Please let me know how can i map between view V_DODC_SC_I_VENDOR and /SAPSRM/S_CLL_WD_SC_I_BD structure ( SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_SC_I_BD componet context), Thanks in advance.
