Daily average consumption...

Hi,
We need to calculate the daily average consumption during the creation of the billing document and bring it at the installation fact level and also use the same for some of the seasonal(Winter)  billing periods as a billable consumption instead of the winter actual meter reads.
Please suggest the solution with possible variant programs for designing the above RATE steps.
Sunil

Hi,
For consumption try
comput20
Quanti09
Infact06
In the schemma add a "if" to check for winter.
If yes then use the qty from the  Installtion fact(New rate similar to the regular consumtion rate)
You will need a Z variant to fetch the qty from ETTIFN (Check COMPUT97,INFACT06)
Use a new operand to store this qty (Ignore the operand having the current month qty)
and use this qty in your calculation.

  • Health app: bug in daily average for sleep in year view?

I've manually entered sleep time for everyday since August 2014 in the Health app (on iOS 8, on an iPhone 6).
In Day, Week, and Month view, the daily average seems correct (resp. 7h49, 7h09, 7h09).
But it is obviously wrong in the Year view (12h36mn).
Also the graph in the Year view is wrong. (The bar for August is twice as high as the one for October for instance.)
(I've check -3 times- that these manually entered data were correct.)
Does anybody experience the same problem?
Or as any idea what the bars, in the Year Graph, are supposed to represent? (daily average for each month? or total sum of sleep time for the month?)
    Thanks in advance!
    Antoine

The Health App really serves as a conduit between a variety of other apps that wouldn't ordinarily be able to talk to each other. The App Store has a section for apps that work with Health to be able to sync data.
You can submit feedback to Apple here:
    http://www.apple.com/feedback
Don't stress to much if you can't find a section dedicated to Health. Pick something under "iPhone" and just make sure you explain it well.

  • Average of monthly daily average adventureworks cube

I want to be able to create a calculated member which is the average of the monthly daily average. I have tried this using the adventureworks cube with the following MDX:
    with Member Measures.DailyAverage AS
    Avg ( EXISTING
    {[Date].[Date].[Date].Members},
    [Measures].[Internet Order Count]
    Member MonthlyAverageOfDailyAverage AS
    Avg ( EXISTING
    {[Date].[Month of Year].Members},
    Measures.DailyAverage
    select {(DailyAverage),(MonthlyAverageOfDailyAverage)} on columns,
    [Date].[Calendar Year].Members on rows
    from [Adventure Works]
This doesn't yield the answer I am expecting, Looking just at year 2005, July has 146 internet orders, 31 days with orders, therefore a daily average of 4.709, August has a daily average of 5.2, September = 5.379, October = 5.2, November = 5.2 and December
= 5.032. I want the average of these daily averages which should be 5.120. The MDX above gives me 5.588. What should my calculated member be to get what I want? Thanks

    Hi,
Your calculations seems to be correct for July and August only:
    with Member Measures.DailyAverage AS
    Avg ( EXISTING
    {[Date].[Date].[Date].Members},
    [Measures].[Internet Order Count]
    ), format_String="##.000000"
    select (DailyAverage) on 0,
    [Date].[Calendar Year].&[2005] * [Date].[Calendar].[Month] on 1
    from [Adventure Works]
The average is indeed : 5,5874675

  • HT6446 My Health Data is showing my total steps for Daily average....

    specs:
Using Apple Health App, with the Withings Health Mate and My Fitness Pal as the only 2 sources.
Using an iPhone 5s with  26.7 GB capacity 4.2 GB available
    Model Number NE299LL/A
    OS Version 8.1 (12B411)
I Updated all my Apps. I have gone into the Health Apps "all Data, and cleared all" this reset my dashboard to 0 steps. then after closing and opening both apps. I am right back to where i started. my "Daily Average" is showing my total steps. (or possibly dividing by 1)

Well, I have just completed a full restore of my iPhone. It was not smooth at first. The restore froze about 10% through and I ended up having to hard reset the phone and start over. The second restore went smoothly but unfortunately, this did not solve anything.  All 3 iPhone measuresble components (flights climbed, steps and walking + running distance) still show "No data". I always had the option to enter manual data points, but I never actually tried to as I have no way of determining these 3 things.
I will call Apple support back, but their only option will be to replace the phone. I really don't want to do that, not only because I don't want to have to set up the device for a third time, but I dont want some white box device; I want my brand new, immaculate one. Besides, it's clearly a software issue and likely to happen again with a new device. I guess Apple won't look into this as a software issue until enough people call in about it. That said, please take a few minutes and call Apple about this if you're one of the people affected.
I will report back after speaking with Apple, but as I said, I doubt they're going to have anything other than a device replacement as a solution.

  • SCA BB Console report - Subscriber Average Consumption

    Hi All
I'm just studying how to implement the multiple thresholds of subscriber quota on my network. I'm generating the report on subscriber average consumption as below to determine what is the right value of quota to be set for each of my subscriber. From the report, it shows the total number of subscriber. Here is my question:
    1. What is mean total subscriber from the report?
    2. Is it the average active subscriber for the particular aggregation period?
    3. Is it active subscriber with traffic session?
The report generated is as below, for information, our total subscriber is around 1.6 million.
Very much appreciate for the help. Thanks

  • Calculate daily average

    Hi,
I'm trying to have numbers calculating an average based on the actual day of the year.
I have a table with a lot of data for a lot of days within the year and would like to know the current average per day. I think I have to have one cell that gives me the current day of the year and another with the total amount of all the data I enter in the table and a third cell that gives me the average of it.
What would be the easiest salvation?
    Thank you

    Hi Henning,
My assumptions differ slightly from kharisma's.
I've assumed you want an average based on the days for which there has been activity. For example if this were the average daily sales of a shop open Monday to Friday, there would be no data for Saturdays or Sundays. Similarly, the data table could record the earnings of a casual worker—some days the worker could receive payment from multiple employers, other days he might be unavailable for employment (or remain unhired).
Here's an example. I've made the 'amounts' constant to simplify checking the calculations.
The total and Average per Day calculations have been placed in two Footer rows. this allows using a single letter in the tew formulas to reference wach column, and permits adding rows to the table without revising the formulas.
    Formuas:
B17 (the first Footer row): =SUM(B)
    B18 (second Footer row): =SUM(B)/MAX(C)
C2, and filled down to C16 (last body row):
    =IF(COUNTIF(A$2:A2,A2)=1,MAX($C$1:C1)+1,"")
This presents a running count of the number of distinct dates in Column A. The MAXimum value in the column gives the total number of days recorded, and is used to determine the per day average of the amounts (or other values) in column B.
Column C is a 'working column,' and may be hidden.

    Barry

  • Daily average report

I need to design a Crystal report that shows the average number of scheduled appointments per day in the next 4 weeks.
(This will be a rolling weekly report.)
The fields I am working with are "ApptDateTime" and "PatientNumber"  (Our database has no "ApptDate" field, so I usually work around this by using a parameter)
The results should look like this:
    WEEK of
    Mon
    Tues
    Wed
    Thurs
    Friday
    AVERAGE# Appts
    Aug 4
    2

    Hi,
A crosstab, as Brian suggests, is the ideal way to go about building such reports. Do note however, that it will skip any rows/columns that doesn't have any data in the database.
You don't want a crosstab that doesn't show the Weekday just because there aren't any appointments for that day for the next few weeks (very rare situation in my opinion).
It is still worth covering up for the not-so-obvious. You'll need to build a table in the database with a DateTime column that list all dates for perhaps the next two or more years and LEFT JOIN it to the existing ApptDateTime field. Throughout the report, wherever you've referenced the ApptDateTime field, replace that with the DateTime field from the new table.
Once you have the above sorted out, you have some more work before the Crosstab is ready. Here's what you need to do (Steps work only for CR 2008 or higher):
    1) Add the record selection formula so that it gives the weekends a miss:
    Not(datepart('w',{DateTimeField}) IN [1,7])
    2) Create a formula called 'DayName' with this code:
    datepart('w',{DateTimeField})
    3) Insert the crosstab. Use the DateTime field as the Row and set it to the Print 'For each week' by clicking the options button
    4) Use the 'DayName' field as the Column > Click Group Options > Options tab > Click 'Customize Group Name field' > Click the formula button beside 'Use a formula' and use this code:
    WeekDayName(datepart('w',{DateTimeField}))
    5) Use the PatientNumber field as the Summarized Field and change the Summary to 'Count'
    6) Refresh the report and while in the Preview Mode, right-click the 'Total' Column > Select Column Grand Totals > Check 'Suppress Grand Totals'
    7) Right-click column header for 'Friday' and select Calculated Member > Insert Column. A blank column with zero values is inserted
    8) Right-click the blank header cell > Calculated Member > Edit Header Formula and type this:
    "Average # Appts"
    9) Next, Right-click one of the zero value cells in the newly added column > Calculated Member > Edit Calculation Formula and use this code:
    local numbervar i;
    local numbervar avg;
    local numbervar cnt;
    for i := 0 to CurrentColumnIndex-1 do
        avg := avg + (GridValueAt(CurrentRowIndex, i, CurrentSummaryIndex);
        cnt := cnt + 1;
    avg/cnt;
Let me know how this goes.

  • Calculate a daily average in pivot table view

I am new to biee 11g and would appreciate any assistance with the following.
I have a pivot table view which includes a hierarchy column and a single measure, units. The pivot is filtered based on date that is prompted.
I need to include a column in my pivot table that displays the average unit sales for the period being displayed based on working days. ie total units for the period divided by the number of working days in the period selected. The date dimension contains a flag indicating whether a date is a working day or not.

Measure Columns can't be hidden like an attribute. How ever you can use custom style sheet for Value and Header Properties to not show the measure.
for the "Custom CSS Style Options (HTML Only)" under measure properties of the column set "Use Custom CSS Style" value to 'display:none'.
Let me know if this worked.

    Jay

  • Wallboard - Calculating daily average wait time

In Historical Reporting, if we look up a queue's average wait duration for the day we are given 5:34.
At the same time, if I pull up avgWaitDuration in RtCSQsSummary, I am given 190505.  What number is this?  Seconds?  if in seconds, and the total calls answered for that queue is 248, then I should be able to divide 190505 by 248.  When I do that, I get 768 seconds.  768 (12:48) is a far cry different from 334 (5:34).  Where am I going wrong?

Ok, I determined that the number is not actual ASA, but apparently "avg queue time".  I assume this to mean the clock starts when the caller is placed in the queue, after completing the call tree.
I figured out how to calculate the time provided, and it matches the time in History Reporting for the "avg queue time".  But the time we ACTUALLY want is the "avg speed to answer", as found in History Reporting for each queue.
What table would I find the ASA from the time the caller enters the call tree?

  • Average Weekly Consumption in MD04

    HI All,
The requirement of the client goes like this
    -  A pushbutton to be displayed in MD04 screen which shows the average weekly consumption for the last 13 weeks
    -  System should not consider the consumption for the current week but for the last 13 weeks when calculating the average consumption
    - The frequency of the report should be dynamic i.e., whenever the user access it it latest figure should appear
    Please give me your ideas
    Thanks
    Sravan

    Hi,
Please check with ABAPER for the provision of addition of tab in standard screen of MD04 or copy of MD04
to trigger the developed program for the weekly consumption data of the material.
According to the material type we need to consider the movement type for developing the consuption
data in the report that would trigget with the pressing of the tab as per your requirement.
    Mate Type - Raw, halb - 261 & 262 movement.
    Mate Type - Fert - 561 & 562 movement.
You also need to consider the critical case like one material is consume in 1st week let say 50 quantity & also
reverse in next week. So in this case that quantity should consider for average or not.
In above case there could be reference or not. For eg in repetative manufacturing we can reverse on the basis
of material doc that can be treate for establish link with posing date belong to which week. But in production
order, we can do the reversal with production order reference so it's become difficult.-

    Hi
it is my idea i am sharing with u if it works fine other wise please excuse
1)first u create the YTD customer exit by using the customer exit by using the function module FIRST_AND_LAST_DAY_IN_YEAR_GET now u r getting days  u can treat these days kf with dataelement as number
    2) any way i think u getting the time for day working hours based on that if it is hours as keyfigurs then  for each day u r getting daily hours
    3) now u go for the CKF with no of days * working hours now u r getting the total working hours for the
       total days of hours
    4) now once again use that total hours ckf
