Data Migration Opening Balances are not updating in the Report F.08

We have uploaded the GL balances in 2008 for the year 2007. But they are not updating in the F.08 report when i executed for 2008.
Why they are not updating in the report. In which table can i check the Data migration values in the system?

Hi We have uploaded all the values in 2008 with 2008 date. fiscal year is K4.
F.08 Report for the year 2008 is showing only 2008 accumulated values. But not showing the Opening balances which we have uploaded in 2008 for the before years like 2007.
Why it is showing like that?

I am a podcaster; the podcasts I publish are not updating in the Podcast app.

I am a podcaster, and my listeners complain that my podcasts are not updating in the Podcast app.
The podcasts are updating without incident on RSS, in the iTunes store, and on other services, such as Stitcher. I have tested my RSS feed and it seems to be OK.
But the last 5 podcasts in the Podcast App are all the same sound file, even though the text surrounding the sound file updates with each new weekly episode.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Changes are not applying to the reports

hi all
i have moved the RPD and catalog file to UAT there i got few changes
i did the changes in DVE and again i moved the changed reports to UAT ,but the report changes are not applied in UAT
so i again i copied same RPD and catalog to UAT now it is working fine,
why the changes are not applied to the reports that i have moved to UAT
is it mandatory to move RPD and catalog to the other environment ??

if you change even the filters and column names you cant modify only reports and place them in UAT,if you want to cnahge that way there is a tool CAF follow this link how to do that process

Qty balances are not sufficient in the Register

This messsage is getting while doing the J1IS
MMBE for 1000105 shows the quantity in stock yet while executing the transaction J1is it states material Qty balances is not sufficient in the register.
Let me tell you what they did
1.MIGO
2.Return Delivery
3.cancellation of 122 movement type by 123 movement type
4.Again Return delivery when they are trying the system is giving "Qty balances is not sufficient in the register" though in customization 123 movement type is allowed for excise invoices.

Reports are not updated on the dashboard

Hello guys
I have created some reports and dashboards in OBIEE. Everything looks good. The only problem is that they are not updated with new data as the days go by.
In other words, the next day and the day after when users log in to view the same report, they are still seeing the same old data where it should be updated already when new data were already loaded into the db. When clicking on refresh botton, it still didn't update..
I believe there must be some caching issues that causes it, but cache is needed as a part of performance tuning. So how would I be able to update the record and not slowing the performance for reports that are updating daily?

Hi,
This certainly sounds like a caching issue, you need to decide on a method for purging the cache of stale entries. My personal favourite is a custom informatica WF added as a following task to the DAC execution plan. This WF calls as OBDC function against the Analytics ODBC which purges the cache, ensuring that there are no stale entries after the ETL has finished.

you can update from iMovie versions 7, 8 and 9, but iMovie HD is iMovie 6.
Maybe you can update in two steps, first from iMovie 6 to iMovie 7, 8 or 9 then to iMovie 10.

Roles are not updating in the GRC 10.0 System.

We had created Z role in ECC system and Ran the Sync Jobs in the GRC 10.0 System .
But the role created in backend System(ECC) was not updating in the roles of the GRC system.
Can any one provide right solution.

On running the sync job what are you expecting to occur when you say the roles are not updating in GRC System? I wonder if you are expecting a different outcome to the purpose of the sync jobs.

Lead time values are not appearing in the report for current year.

Iam checking a report in production. where lead time values are displayed as 0 for 1 key figure lead time3 (w/0 dim) . i found there is a formula for this it shows like NODIM ( 'Lead Time 3' ).and there is a value for cal.lead time
how can i get values in the report.

Hi,
Although your question is not clear, I understood that the formula built on that KF is NODIM. Basically it means, units of measurement is not considered when calculating.
Eg: 5 Minutes + 5 Kilograms = 10
You please try to analyze your KF by the above logic. Then you would be able to figure out why the data is not appearing in the report..

F.08 Report - GL Balances are not updating correctly

Hi,
1. we have uploaded GL Balance of 2007 in 2008 before GO-Live.
2. In 2008 - we have carried forward the GL balances to 2009
3. But if we see F.08 report for 2009, it is showing not showing 2008 accumulated balances as carry forward balances.
4. This report is excluding the data migration balance and only showing posted values (Data migration balances are also posted with 2008 dates, But it is showing all balances of 2008 except the data migration documents posted in 2008)
5. How can we fix this issue? why it not carry forwarding all the balances of 2008 including Data Migration balances?

Checke whether they have executed year end balances carry forward for GL & Customer,Vendors. It will solve the problem.

Trail Balance opening balances are not matching with previous FY clsng baln

We have done GL Balances carry forward to 2009 F.Y, here GL code 1042600002 carry forwarded with 'Zero' balance and we have run the Trail balance sheet as on 31.03.2009 in T.Code ALR87012310
Here also it is showing Zero balance for respective GL.But when we run Trail balance as on 30.04.2009 with Fiscal year 2009 for 1st period the system is showing beganing balance Rs 38213.00
Why is system showing beganing balance? even we checkd up with T.codes FBL3N and FS10N there is also no closing balance.
Plz advise me how to proceed in this case
We are unable to analyse the sytem behaviour. Could you please suggest us the solutiion.

We have carry forwarded GL balances in F.16 successfully now the problem is one GL balance has been forwarded with Zero balance but when we run the trail balance sheet (S_ALR_87012310 or F.08) as on 30.04.2009 with FY 2009 for period 1, the system is being shown opening balance.
Plz provide me possible solution

New versions of customised buttons are not updating in the gallery

I have built a number of customised image buttons. I add the new versions into the buttons folder inside the gallery and delete the old versions but the new buttons do not appear and the old versions mysteriously are reinstated. If I upload an entirely new set with slightly different names it works but I do not want to have to upload entirely new button sets every time I make a small change to a single button state. If I keep doing this I am going to end up with huge numbers of versions redundant buttons which will become very confusing. Is there any way to refresh the gallery so that it accepts the changes without necessarily changing the name and uploading a complete button set? And why do the old buttons that have been deleted keep reappearing.
This is in Captivate version 7 on a stand alone computer.

Same issue here. I've tried replacing images in the gallery as well as deleting old versions and pasting in new versions. They still show up as the old versions when selecting from image buttons. I've even shut down Captivate and restarted, but not change. I know you can update images from the library, but I do not see any option like that from the Gallery Buttons folder.

Customs components are not updated on the scene

Hello!
i am working on a simple component, it is a movie clip.
On each frames I have a label and an icon.
In the component properties I set up a list where every itemshas the same title as the frames's labels.
With this component I can set any icon I want by selecting it in the list.
This is working fine and I am pretty happy about it.
The Problem:
If I change the name of one item in the list, add one or even reorder the list, the changes are not applied on all the components presents on the scene.
and I have more or less 50 of thoses components in my scene...
Is there a way to have the components updated ? Or at least update manually all the "old" components?
this issue occure with Flash CS5 and CS6 all my doccuments are made in AS3.
