Data missing in T007A

Hi ABAPper,
I am currently working in an upgrade project.
The Basis guys have used client copy for moving the data of T007A table from one client to other by using SAP ALL.
But the data are some how deleted in new client which is the testing client.
Is thr any way to see the log that what has happen to this table and when and by whom the data are deleted in this table so that when we move to Quality Upgrade, we can take care of this issue.
Please reply soon.

   You can check record in RSA7 and PSA aswell in detail.
Goto Monitor -->> PSA -->> check record.
RSA7 >> choose delta option>> disply and check.
IF PSA data matching with RSA7 data, then this is not delta problem.
And also check data in datatarget with PSA.
You can debugg also. Goto Monitor -->> details tab -->> choose perticular data Packet -->> find out problem record -->> selete perticular record and debugg.

    Hi all, While setting a new Waste code I get the error " Data missing for the entry check, correction:". while filling the NAM- WASTECOCAT - LER item.
    This sould look for the catalog's name included in the phrase set but for some reason it doesn't find it giving me this error.
    I am changing original Characteristics, phrase set, classes, and value assignment type. Just to have my own estructure with Znames for all of them.
    I have also change the enviroment parameter "WAM_PHRSET_WACATLG" with the name of my phrase set.
    I have checked everything several times watching for typos or looking for a missing step.
    I have even tried including my new Z's characteristics in the classe and living the original SAP_EHS_1024_001_WASTE_CATALOG. (changing the enviroment parameter WAM_PHRSET_WACATLG to SAP_EHS_1024_001_WASTE_CATALOG) and it works.
    I will like to change this characteristic by Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CATALOG
    Phrase set to Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CATALOG.
    enviroment parameter WAM_PHRSET_WACATLG= Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CATALOG
    After matching up the master data It should work fine but I might be missing something to get it running ok.

    Hello Juan Carlos, the value and class that I want to duplicate and doesn't work is for Waste Code, I have also duplicated the one you have displayed (waste pproperties) without any problem.
    1.I have duplicated and changed class SAP_EHS_1024_001. to Z_EHS_WA
    2. Create a copy of the 5 characteristics included in this class.
    SAP_EHS_1024_001_WASTE_CATALOG
    SAP_EHS_1024_001_WASTE_CODE
    SAP_EHS_1024_001_WA_SUBCATEG
    SAP_EHS_1024_001_WA_CATEGORY
    SAP_EHS_1024_001_REMARK
    change the name by
    Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CATALOG
    Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CODE
    Z_EHS_WA_SUBCATEG
    Z_EHS_WA_CATEGORY
    Z_EHS_WA_REMARK.
    I checked the funcion C14K_WASTECATLG_CHECK is in the value of the Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CODE characteristic
    I checked the funcion C14K_WASTECODE_CHECK is in the value of the Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CATALOG characteristic
    3. Create phrase sets for each new category. with same name.
    4. Match up the master data.
    5. Change the enviroment parameter.to Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CATALOG
    I think I have followed all the steps, but for some reason it doesn't find the catalog
    The phrase for the catalog is EWC in english and LER in spanish.

    While releasing SD Bills to Accounting Some export documents are not posted to FI and posting status is given 'G' (Posting document not created export data missing ).
    Please give me solution which data may missing to post export billing documents to FI.

    Go to VF02 and first go to item data -> foreign trade data tab and click on the incompletion log , you will get the list what all to be filled . Once you complete. then go to header data -> foreign trade data tab and click on the incompletion log ,you will get the list of data which has to be filled and you can fill it and save it .
    Then once the billing document is saved it will be passed on to FI

  • Schedule line item data missing in Purchase order form in ECC6.0

    Hi All,
    We are doing ECC6.0 upgradation project . I am trying to print Purchase order in ECC6.0 , all data is coming fine in PO except schedule line item data is missing.
    Same print program and form works fine in 4.7E but schedule line item data missing in ECC6.0.
    Print program is a copy of standard SAP program SAPFM06P and layoutset is a copy of MEDRUCK.
    If anyone knows if there is any OSS note for the standard print program or any solution please let me know.

  • Posting Document not created (export data missing)

    We are working on ECC 6.0 and during creation of Cancellation Billing document type IVS for the Intercompany billing, the document did not create Accounting document giving the Posting status as G - Posting document not created (export data missing). However checked the Foreign trade data and the system states that Foreign trade is complete.
    Can any one suggest the solution for this?

    About this issue, the incompletion of this cancellation document
    arises might because the reference delivery has been archived/deleted.
    This is likely due to your current copy control settings (VTFL).
    If you have set ' ', in the export determination field this means that
    there is a common 'exnum' key between the delivery and billing documents
    LIKP-EXNUM & VBRK-EXNUM are the same.
    The result of deleting the delivery is that you also delete the FT data
    for the delivery, Because the billing document and delivery share the
    same foreign trade table entries, you have in effect deleted the FT data
    of the billing document too. This would most likely go unnoticed but if
    you then cancel the invoice the system has no FT to copy into the new
    cancellation billing document, which leads to this issue.
    Firstly you should set the export determination flag in the copy control
    of the delivery & billing documents. This will avoid this issue in the
    future. Set it to to 'A' or 'B' depending on your requirements.
    For the incomplete cancellation billing document, you could use userexit to
    set it as complete:
    You can use transaction CMOD.
    Create a project for example FT project button create short text: ....
    drop button Enhancement assignment & save use for example local object.
    Use the F4-help for Enhancement and look for V50EPROP.
    Drop button Components:
    here you will find EXIT_SAPLV50E_005 and EXIT_SAPLV50E_006
    In the userexits doubleclick on the includes ZXV50U05 and ZXV50U06
    The coding in the userexits should be: C_COMPLETE = 'X'.
    Afterwards activate generate ... and save.
    The development class is VEI.
    Please also check note 118573 which explains the FT user exits.

    I'm executing a MDX query by executing the command  'HypExecuteQuery' and I set the options suppress rows 'No Data/Missing'.
    But everytime, the query is working successully but without suppressing missing data.
    Does someone know it the suppress missing rows is compatible with the hypExecuteQuery or 'Execute MDX' ?

  • Since mountain lion Find in Numbers 3-4 columns of data missing and some columns in the wrong order. Fortunately I have a back up on my iPad and was able to put that version in as a new file. Why has this happened ?

    Since mountain lion I have noticed 3-4 columns of data missing from a Numbers file. I have fortunately been able to replace the total file from my iPad version but why has this happened. Makes me lose trust in Numbers

  • Database exceptions data missing in SMD 7.1

    Hello all,
    I have configured SMD on SolMan 7.1 SP03. I successfully connected 2 systems (ABAP single and JAVA single) to technical monitoring. Also SolMan self-monitoring was configured successfully. I can see some monitoring data in solman_workcenter, but I don't see any data in section Database Exceptions and Database performance like e.g. tablespace usage, last successful backup, reads per usercall etc... I can see current data in Database availability section - archiver status, instance status etc... There are obviously some data missing in BI as I get an info message : "No data has been transferred to BI system up to now for metric .....". Unfortunately I can't find out where is the problem so far. I can see SMD agents are connected and pushing other data (ABAP and host related) to SMD w/o any problems. Any hint is appreciated.

  • Error: Export data missing

    while Invoice-Release to accounting I got error as "Export data missing"
    when I check I found that Foreign trade data is incomplete as per system. Also I have seen foreign trade no also in invoice foreign trade/customes view.
    I dont know why this error is coming. system is asking to complete foreign trade for which no customizations available.
    So I want to know what triggers to generate foreign trade no means why it has become essentials to provide these data?
    which master data are important to trigger foreign trade? I have not maintained anything in foreign tarde view in material master.
    Also let me know how can I resolve this problem?

    The note 173411 described that there are hard-coded checks for the
    listed in the note. If you choose for business reasons not to use the
    incompletion procedure, then it can be de-activated. For this, kindly
    refer to note 118573.
    Please complete the following steps:
    - create a new customer project via CMOD.
    - assign the enhancement V50EPROP (which contains the userexits) to
      the customer project.
    - place source code inside the include found in exit_saplv50e_005
      & _006, for example,
      INCLUDE ZXV50U06
           if ( i_exp_imp_flag eq 'E' ).
             clear: c_complete.
             c_complete = 'X'.
           endif.
    - generate the two new objects (exit_saplv50e_005 & _006) via
    SE37.
    - activate the project via CMOD.
    ========================================================================
    If foreign trade functionalities are to be used, the corresponding
    customizations must be maintained using transaction VI29 and VI49.

    I'm currently having a problem with some of the products that are being replicated from R/3 to CRM.Product sales data initial synchronization is complete from ecc to r3,user create order is ok in crm.After a period of time,product sales area data missing in crm,we don't know when is lost,the problem is that we can't do an order for several products because there's no data in the sales and distribution tab(Sales Org., Distribution Channel) of the product master in CRM.

    What you can do is,
    Create a request for a material whose Sales Area data is missing in
    CRM , and perform the request load in transaction:R3AR4.
    And please check whether sales area data flows to CRM.
    Put a filter in txn:R3AC1, to download single material or material
    range.And before performing an initial load in txn:R3AS,please make
    sure that sales area data is missing in CRM.Now, perform the initial
    load in txn:R3AS.And please check whether sales area data flows to
    CRM.
    Check the  filter settings in transaction R3AC1 for
    object MATERIAL and please make sure that it would bring down all
    the expected materials from R/3 along with the sales area data. I guess there is some
    filter setting which is blocking it.
    Please check the entries you have maintained in table MVKE - the entries
    for the sales data maintained here must match with the ones maintained in the
    filters.

    Data mismatch means,The data in BW and data in R/3 are different...
    This is due to Some load failures,selection criteria is different from R/3 to BW..
    Need to look each and every step of data extraction..need to look at RSA3..How data is extracting..How data is appear at PSA..How data is populated from transfer rules and update rules..How data is loaded into Infoproviders..Some times data is correct in data providers and not correct in report result,because of selection conditions are different..You need to look at all these...

  • Mavericks -ical data missing when printed

    I  print off my iCal each week, however after installing mavericks it is not printing data, I've tried printing day, week and month all have appointments missing days and dates missing etc.
    I have reinstalled my printer, this hasn't resolved the issue. (canon mp610) .
    Anyone else tried to print the ical and got the same issue?

    This also happens when saving as a PDF, also I am unable to print pdf invoices.

    Dear Udaya,
    Check whether scenario has been transported to the system properly. If you have scenarion missing in the configuration, you will have data inconsistencies. It is depending upon your Document Spiliting conditin and no of parallel ledger etc.
    If all customization are correct, then I don't know if it is usefull for you or not but it may be correct all data.
    FAGL_DELETE_RELOAD_LEDGERS, run it in SA38 and everything will be all right.
    There are other programs you can find usefull RGURECGLFLEX and FAGL_DELETE_DOCUMENT.
