Data with XMLTYPE column are not being shown after importing.

I have installed Oracle 10.2 release on Win2000 machine. I have imported oracle 9.2.0.4.0 dump on this oracle 10.2 release. This was done fine. but the tables which have XMLTYPE as any columns,the data of those tables are not shown in the corrosponding user.
Can anyone guide me what should i do?

As far as I understood, the import does not take the calendar from MSproject, rather take a fixed one. The background is that, the MSproject using numric for calendar and the cProject uses characters. During the export, an automatic numric calendar ID is created for MsProject, but the mapping between Msproject and cProject calendar does not exit, so that the later importing action will ignore the Msproject calendar ID.

Txting through iMessage works fine. Pic's won't send.
I turned on and off everything and did all the necessary trouble shooting.
I'm on a Verizon 4S. and I'm sure Verizon has nothing to do with iMessage system, since it's on its on server.

Columns are not being recognized when I print a scanned item

I am scanning to an editable document. The document I am scanning has columns but when I print the columns are gone and everything is put in a list. How do I correct this?

Hi pattyc2738. Scanning items to 'editable text' (also called OCR) can be difficult. Depending on what software you are using, most programs to get the image from the scanning glass only recognize the words, and not the formatting. Columns would be a special formatting feature that most entry level OCR software will not work well with.

Some frames are not being shown when printed but it is there in print previ

I am currently developing a form in smartform wherein I need to put frames in all cells. When
I print preview, all the frames are there. But when I print it, some of the frames are not shown.
What could be possibly the problem?

My instant messages are not being recognized after update

After I did the latest update, some of my instant message are not coming up with the person's name from my contacts, rather, just the phone number is showing up.

Try resetting the SMC and pram
To reset the SMC
Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord.
Wait fifteen seconds.
Attach the computer's power cord.
Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on the computer.
To reset PRAM/NVRAM
Shut down the computer.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.

Hidden Key figures are not being displayed after unhiding

We've applied SP 14 - SP 22 in our 3.1C BW system. Prior to the patches going in, users were able to unhide hidden key figures through the Change Query local view and view them in the report once the query was executed. After the patches were applied, even though the key figures
were unhiden through the change query local view, they are not returned in the report after executing the
query.
As anyone run across this after appling this patch level ?

Actually it is a generic extractor (customized) and the ODS active data is getting the delta records correctly. After I extract from R/3 and activate the ODS, the active table has correct results, but the change log table has the problem described before. All the fields comes from one single extractor.
The 0RECORDMODE that I mentioned is about the setting in the transformation to the ODS. You have the Technical rule group where you can set the 0RECORDMODE, in my case it is set to ' ' (blank) which means it will receive After-Images from the extractor (which I think is correct in my case). The most curious is that it is working for almost all key figures (all amount type), except for the Price Unit which is Quantity type.
Any other ideas?

My Video and Audio are not syncing up after importing

I am trying to edit a few Ipad Clips in premier pro. My video and audio are not syncing. They are .mov lower resolution from the ipad. The original audio is fine - but after I put in a sequence the audio is off a few seconds (ahead). I did not add any affects or change anything. Please advise?

Premiere does not work well with variable frame rate video which, I expect, the ipad produces, You might have to convert the footage before you import it into Premiere. Do a forum search for variable frame rate, there are a lot of posts.

HT1349 I have registered with my local library and can download books. But these are not being shown in ITunes, the Library does not show 'audiobooks'. I have an ipod 6G. can anyone help please?

I have recently purchased (from the States) an ipod nano 6th generation. I belong to a local library and can download books from the audiobooks online section. Problem is, my iPod when synced to iTunes, does not show Library as a category and audiobooks. For some reason, it is allowing me to download the books to my iPod, but I am unable to delete them from the iPod, and also, it is giving an echo (I think somehow it is downloading twice which is giving an echo effect). Not sure what is going on, but if anyone can advise me on this I would be very grateful.

If you have an issue with the audiobook showing up in music, check to see if those tracks are labeled as audio books or music. The article below will explained as well as I have highlighted the main portion for changing that information.

Identify an item that you imported from a CD as an audiobook, so it appears under Audiobooks instead of Music (click the Options button and choose Audiobook from the Media Kind pop-up menu). If you do this, iTunes also remembers your place in the audiobook

Table with dynamic columns is not being correctly refreshed

I am building a table view with maps of data according to the last section of this tutorial:

In my problem I need to add and delete rows and columns at runtime. Everything is working fine with the exception of the visualization of the table when all its rows and columns have been deleted programatically. I expect to see the default "Empty Table" message, and in fact I see it, but the last columns (before the columns were deleted) are still there.
Is there a way to force the table to repaint itself when all its columns have been removed ?
Just in case I tried with both:
tableView.layout();
tableView.requestLayout();But it did not help.

Ok, at least I know that it is not my fault :) thanks !
I tried with JavaFX8 a couple of days ago for another issue and the layout of application was broken. The size of many fonts were arbitrarily changed (no idea wy), a button I added to the right of a tab header (for creating new tabs at runtime) was mislocated, and the layout components were reduced to a fraction of their size when I move the application to my retine display monitor (someone else told me it was a bug that it is going to be solved soon). In summary, I will try again with JavaFX 8 in a couple of months when hopefully it is going to be more stable.

Global Messages are not being shown ??

After an action, I am adding a global message to inform the user it was successful as such:

Okay, it seems to get lost in the redirection. If I add the messages box directly on the same page with a return value of "null" (return to the same page), the messages box gets populated.
However, after getting redirected, I seem to be losing the FacesContext. I thought the FacesContext is created per request, so shouldn't it be available after a redirect?

Accents are not being shown when printing

Hi.
When I print a webpage that contains characters with accents some of than simply disappear, even though the page is displayed correctly on the browser.
This happens especially in uppercase letters.
Does someone know of some configuration I can make to solve this problem or if there is a bug involved?
I'm using Safari for Windows 7, version 5.1.7.

Older e-mails are not being shown (one week back only)

Where can I find e-mail older than one week? How can I change the settings to see all e-mails? Thank you all for ideas.

As an example I use Comcast/Xfinity email as my main account. I can log onto web mail via Safari and go to My Preferences for email and schedule when read, unread, sent email messages will be deleted from the server. I can select "never" in all three preferences, save my changes and that should be work in my Comcast Email Account on my iPad as long as I set the preferences to "never" as well.
Try this - go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Mail (about half way down in the window)>Show and see how many recent messages you have set to show. You can also change the number of messages there.

Apps are not being transferred after updating to new iOS

I've read a few posts but nothing explicitly about this issue. I am the original account owner, same computer, iPod has worked with the same apps for over a year until I updated to the new iOS a few days ago.
I recently updated my iPod Touch to the new iOS a few days ago; it transferred all my music, and everything else, except for my apps. I tried Store > Authorize this Computer on my desktop (which reminded me I'm still authorized, oh joy) as well as Settings > Store on my iPod. I'm not sure what I need to do next? Any suggestions would be greatly beneficial! Thanks!

Before I updated to iOS 5.0.1, I was given 3 options "Download and Update", "Download", "Cancel" (or whatever). I chose to just download, without installing it, which would allow me to back-up all the data from my iPod to my desktop. I presume that path wasn't available if someone selected "Download and Update" immediately which informed me that it would erase all data without actually backing up before it installed. I'd have to assume at that point when your apps were re-installed after your update, it would still keep the previously saved sync data from the last time you plugged into your computer. I'm not sure if that was the case for you, but I never signed in to Game Center until now so I'm not sure how that works. This is also considering that iCloud was just introduced to mobile devices. Mail Rules Are Not Being Saved After Mail Is Close & Opended

I am using Mail 3.6 with 10.5.8 on a Macbook Pro. I have set up mail rules so that an email from a specific person's email address goes to two places: 1) Move to a folder on .Mac & 2) the Inbox on the Mail app. Upon first setting this up it works. BUT when closing and opening the program or waking up the computer from a sleep status the rule disappears and the Rule Preference window shows that email message is now going only to the .Mac folder & none to the Inbox!
I spent a lot of time with Tech Support via telephone and even ended up reinstalling (A&I) OS 10.5 (plus updates); this was done on the tech's theory that Mail was corrupt on the root level. HOWEVER, that was not the solution as the problem still exists with the reinstalled OS.
Can someone from Apple's tech support who has knowledge of this issue please help?

have experienced with corrective actions taken so far in your
communications with Tech Support(?) by phone, be certain a
reference is made to that conversation, for proper follow-ups.

There may be some other issue, perhaps relating to hardware
or something else, that may bear looking into. Have you seen
a result of the system log files and reports, such as Console
generates from the computer in action? There may be a clue
in those almost cryptic reports. Also, you have a hardware test
on bootable partition in the original system install disc; that's a
specific test version for your computer, an Apple Hardware Test.
Boot instructions are on the disc's label. Run it in a repeat-loop.
Is there any third-party software installed later on, which could
result in complications or conflicts with the Mac's Mail app?
The problem, if not software, could be hardware. Or a logic error.
If you have AppleCare coverage in effect on the computer, that
is the call to make; and keep track of your incident/case number.
