Date of Last Delivery incorrect in EKEK (sometimes)

Hello!
When I go into ME39 and into the Release Documents, I have correct dates for Last GR (EKEK-LWEDT) but for Last Delivery, it shows me the date (and number) of what was probably the first Delivery received for that contract. (EKEK-LFDKD / LFNKD)
See picture below, notice the inconsistencies. The first wrong case happened in the release generated December 6th 2013, as shown in picture below.
Then starts happening more often in January 2014, and surprisingly in the release generated April 3rh, 2014 the number is correct...
I have already checked these 2 notes, mentioned in the only post about this issue (from 2011), but they are already implemented in my system, since we have 604, SP 14

Hi,
Seems the note: 1309001 - Incorrect date for last goods receipt in sched. agreement exactly deals the same issue. But if the note is already implemented and the issue is not solved, you may check the note: 1465118 - Release header: Incorrect date or quantity of last GR
If its not solved and you couldnt find any relevant notes, you may raise an OSS ticket to SAP.

We have one date update problem for one Scheduling agreement, the field is LFDKD (Date of Last.Delivery) in the table EKEK -Header Data for Scheduling Agreement Release and this date hasnt been updated only for one SA since 2008 , it remains as it is like 18.02.2008, but the date of last field (LWEDT) is updated correctly till date. So due to this problem , the SA release is sent to the vendor through EDI and the date of last delivery is sent wrongly in 2008 date even though after that many goods receipt has been done for this SA. Any idea why it didnt get update till date ?

Date of last extraction from DataSource 0HR_PY_PP_2 is not available

Hello all,
We are using this data source to extract data for HR in BW. We are currently on BI 7.0
When I used this datasource in BW development system it worked fine. But now I am trying to extract data using the same datasource in BW QA system and I am getting this error.
"Date of last extraction from DataSource 0HR_PY_PP_2 is not available HR_BIW_PP"
The datasource is delta supported so I am trying to init it, and thats when I am getting this error.
Has anyone seen this message before, can some give some suggestions?

Just quick check, check rsa3 if you can get any data and also it seems like it is complaining about changes in extract structure, can you compare the extract structure of the two system manually? If you have made changes to the extract structure, did you move that change in the source system? Sometimes it worth it to replicate the datasource and reactivate the transfer structure using program RSActiTran.

VLO6if will not show PGR Date in inbound delivery

Date Wise Pending Delivery Report

Hi all,
I need a pending delivery report as per the date which user enters. For ex on a particular date what were the pending deliveries and total pending stock which was to be delivered.
Is there any standard report or any Function module available. If not, is there any logic by which we can fulfill this requirement.

VL06 gives same data as VL06O/VL06i and gives only real-time delivery status (you can't look at 07/10/2011 date & see what delivery documents were pending PGI, only can see latest delivery status as of now for that date).
So, If "historical" data is needed for past date and status of delivery documents at that time, then need to go with BI report or similar reporting tool where you can set specific parameters like take snap-shot of table(s) of open deliveries due for PGI but not PGI'd on specific date/time.

How to change QCI data in Outbound Delivery Order (VL02N)

HI,
Dear ABAP Experts,
I need to over ride standard Quantity conversion interface data in Outbound Delivery Order with user specific data. Go to VL02N and select item number and click on Additional Quantities button we can see all SAP calculated QCI data for that item. I need to over write these values with User specific data in VL02N. When I do with BDC program I can update only few units what ever visible in QCI screen. When i scroll down or page down and add new values for other units, system is not capturing any function code for scroll or page down function.
Please can anyone guide me if have any BAPI or FM to solve this issue. Delivery order is related to IS-OIL/HPM.

Hi Abir,
I think your talking about a "On time Delivery report" to track actual delivery against the quoted delivery.
There is no standard report available in SAP for this.
This is hard to track if you have maintained multiple schedule lines for a one single line item.
(Where you maintain multiple delivery dates in schedule line level to quote multiple delivery dates. If you have maintained multiple line items to quote multiple delivery dates, this would have been easy)
Because you do your delivery based on your sales order line item. Not based on your schedule lines. Therefore in your delivery line item table (LIPS) you cannot see Schedule line number. Therefore you cannot compare quoted delivery against actual delivery date.
Assuming you have maintained your multiple delivery dates in Schedule line level, this is how you have to proceed.
- Use VL10E transaction to create delivery against schedule lines.
- Create append structure in the LIPS table to accommodate to carry the schedule line item of sales order in each delivery document + Line Item combination.
- Use this user-exit u2013include MV50AFZ1. Can save the particular sales order schedule line in the LIPS, earlier created append structure field.
Then you have the schedule line number available in the LIPS table, Now you can code your report to capture quoted delivery against actual delivery date.

I guess ME2A will give u unconfirmed orders that require a confirmation, but have not yet been confirmed according to the dates configured for your monitoring period. First, ensure that you have such an order
Also, ensure that your confirmation control (OMGZ) has BOTH a value in Monitoring period AND Reference date.

No dates in Last Modified Date or Added Date

Due to some issues with our servers i'm unable to make any SR's so i hope to recive some answers here instead while that issue gets resolved.
When looking in the colums "Added Date" and "Last Modified Date" certain activites have no dates there. When attempting to filter all the activities with a filter "Added Date Equals 'Blank' " ie all aktivites who do not have a date in Added Date, the results are 0 activites. I interpret this as the fields are not empty but for some reason the information is not displayed.

Show data of last day of previous month against any day of current month

Hi,
I have fact table which contains data at date level (we have data for oct-2009 to april-2010). Our requirement is to show data of last day of previous month against any day of current month in obiee 11g. I am facing problem in Feb 2010 its picking data of 28-Jan-2010 instead of 31-jan-2010 and for April its picking data of 30-mar-2010 instead of 31-mar -2010.
Any suggestion ???

You're asking to filter your data set to only include rows between:
1) last day of the previous month
2) any day of the current month
This can be achieved with prompting in OBIEE Answers.
last day of previous month = TIMESTAMPADD( SQL_TSI_DAY , -(1), TIMESTAMPADD( SQL_TSI_DAY , DAYOFMONTH( CURRENT_DATE) * -(1) + 1, CURRENT_DATE)) . The problem is you need to make query work within Oracle's Answer syntax.
In the prompt, select the operator type for your date dimension as 'between' and default to 'SQL Results'.
For the 'last day of previous month' , use the query:
SELECT

Another option is to create a last_date_pervious_month variable in the RPD and have that as the default value in your prompt.
