This iPHONE4S purchase from Australia and now i am in india. Your apple team told that the problem in your device and ready to replace it. But Now what happen they told you must have to send this iPHONE to Australia. But I have checked the courier people is not ready to take this device to australia. I will send it if any body of my relative comes to india but it will take a long time may be 8 to 10 months . I already suffering this problem since last 9 and half months and also for replacement it will take another 10 months. so it will very difficult for me. i request you to please send a new device at my address and i will send you this iPhone 4S return back when my some relative comes to australia.

Thank you. I did contact Apple Norway and they already raised a case no based on which I shall go and hand over my mac pro retina 13inch. As per Apple Norway, as the case has been registered before the expiry of the warranty, Apple India to accept the warranty as well and get the set repaired under warranty. Thank you.

Apple will not take it as a trade-in for an upgrade to an iPad touch
The will take it for recycle only
Your best bet is to sell it on your own and then use those funds to get the new iPod.

No. Irrespective of activation the warranty and out-of-warranty services for iPhones in the country of sale, Australia in your case.

Bluetooth in 4s and Iphone 5..still the same useless not working.. why is that?

We got frustrated with Iphone when my friend bought 4s and we tried to connect to my BB ...but nothing... then I got an Iphone 5 hopefully i could use the bluetooth still the same... funny thing is... the devices we were trying to be connected were really near my phone but still it didnt detect nor recognize... what seems to be the problem???

There is no problem. Your iPhone is working exactly as intended.
You cannot connect an iPhone to ther non-iOS devices for file sharing. There are apps in the AppStore that allow sharing of photos etc. via Bluetooth between iOS devices.

Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

One question often asked: Will I lose my Photos if I reinstall?
iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.

Cannot figure out what your talking about since it makes no sense.
If you are the account owner you can go to the My Verizon web portal http://www.verizonwireless.com
You must log in with your cell number and your my Verizon portal password. Not the account pin.
Once there you can change your plan and services. However repeated incorrect login attempts will lock you out of the site. It a fraud prevention measure.
1-800-922-0204 call support with your cell number and or account number and account pin and they can assist you.
If you don't have the information then there is nothing they can do.
If you can verify who you are they may be able to reset your account access. But only if you are the account owner.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
-When it says place the iPod in recovery mode use this program instead of the buttons.
RecBoot: Easy Way to Put iPhone into Recovery Mode
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Sounds like something has been added into the Reader folder. I would recommend uninstalling, running http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, removing any left over parts of the Reader folder (this might have been the problem), reboot, and reinstall. Hopefully that solves the problem. For future question about Reader, you should consider asking in the Reader forum, this is not it.

I had the same experience with a new iPhone 5 that I bought last week. Did not have a chance to measure battery life before the 6.0.2 upgrade installed but I set up my phone exactly like my 4S and immediately started running out of power after short periods. Went to Xmas get together with fully charged 5 and 4S. Heading home the iPhone 5 shut down for low battery and the 4S had 65% power. Both phones had two half phone calls on then and no data usage.
That night I fully charged the iPhone 5 and, without lighting it up, put it on my night table. Next morning I picked it up and looked at battery indicator and I had 42% charge with NO activity!
Tried it again next night and wound up with 37% charge. (Slept longer).
Today I called the carrier and reactivated the 4S. Took the 5 to Apple Store and they kindly gave me choice of new replacement phone or refund. I took the refund. Uniquely, the Apple Store said it was Verizon CDMA phones that were coming back.
The are other strings on this with temporary solutions, but from my experience with 7 firmware changes on an HTC 4G phone the problem will continue because the solution will be hardware caused. We are in the days where RTM means Rush to Market - not Release To Manufacturing.
I fear the only solution is to either wait for the next model (I did not notice a really major change in performance over the 4S in LTE heavy Seattle area) - or switch to another manufacturer.
It might be useful for these forums to indicate if you have a GSM or CDMA phone to see which have more problems.
