    I am using the main index.html for testing purposes.
    I have wikis, blog, calendar, and mail all enabled in sites/webservices, as well as configure server side mail rules.
    When I go to the default web site (changed to https/ssl) I only show My Page, Wikis, Blogs, and Mail Rules as the services that are "on". https://mysite.domain.com/webmail still works.
    How do I get the mail service to register?

    If you take a look at the javascript file that sets up the services for the index page:
    /collaboration/javascript/serverhome.js
    The webmail service icon isn't shown if the wiki is turned on - regardless of whether webmail is enabled. The rationale is that there is a link to webmail in the mypage header.

  • Grails - default index - not defaulting to index.gsp

    Does anyone know how to make the default index also include index.gsp? I'm afraid this may require a config outside of the EM but I want to make sure before I bug a SA.
    For example:
    "mydevserver:7777/mygrailsapp/" should display the contents of index.gsp but instead you must navigate to "mydevserver:7777/mygrailsapp/index.gsp" directly.
    "mydevserver:7777/mygrailsapp/somecontroller/" works fine but the root is where the problem occurs.
    ******************Extra notes for other people deploying grails on Oracle AS****************
    1. If you are not using shared libraries you should select "search local classes first" in your deployment plan.
    2. Make sure you have patched AS to the most recent version. You will get 500 errors for WEB-INF served files (css, js, images, etc.) on older AS versions.

    Hello,
    do you have really images with a case ending  *.html instead of *.jpg?  Please have a look here in your style.css:
    background: url(images/img02.html) and I found it here e.g. in your Admin-2.html e.g. (img01.jpg I could not find)
    <td><img src="gwynn.jpg" width="170" height="180" alt="Brian Gwyn" /></td><td><img src="rosen.html" width="150" height="180" alt="Eric Rosen" /></td>
    (Brian Gwyn is wrong too, or not?)
    There I found so too this:
    <td><img src="#" width="210" height="180" alt="" /></td> # should be "TBA"
    And my answer would have been too: You better don't use upper case.

  • Can't change default index.html on 4.5.2

    Nope, this doesn't work when the default is a html file. It may work for a
    jsp but I'm starting with a default html file.
    Also, if I change the filename to something other than index.html (start.html)
    and make the appropriate changes as below:
    weblogic.httpd.indexFiles=start.jsp,start.html,start.htm
    weblogic.httpd.register.file=weblogic.servlet.FileServlet
    weblogic.httpd.initArgs.file=defaultFilename=start.html
    Works fine ... but not when the defaultFilename and indexFiles refer to a
    index.*. If I try using "index" I always get the default weblogic start page
    which seems to be coming from a jsp; I say this because none of the
    index.html files in the document root match what is being displayed.

    I've tried overwriting the default index.html in

    http server continues to default to some other index.html. The page
    looks identical to the README.HTML but the url reads,
    "http://localhost/index.html".
    I've tried changing the following two properties and moving my html and
    jsp pages but I still get the Weblogic's default index.html:
    weblogic.httpd.initArgs.file=defaultFilename=index.html
    weblogic.httpd.documentRoot=doc_root
    If I change the name of my default html file and specify by full name in
    the URL, the page is displayed as expected.
    Why am I having trouble overriding the 4.5.2 default index.html? I had
    no problems like this on 4.5.1 (no service packs).

  • How can I create a default/index document for SSRS?

    SSRS 2012 SSRS Native Mode - Server 2008 R2 - with IIS installed and SSL.
    Forgive me for asking what seems like a dumb question, I have searched extensively.
    I want to have a default page for the report server directories, so that
    https://reports.intranet/sales
    Does not give a directory index, but defaults to a report (preferred), html page (secondary) or redirect. I've not found a single reference to doing this, and it seems pretty obvious. I partly want it to be neat and I want to deny the right to a directory
    index.
    Thanks,
    PS - as an aside, can one set a default page for an error, especially the access denied one.

    Hi,
    NullPointerException is thrown because
    request.getParameter("someVar") is null and calling equals causes that exception.
    Use (request.getParameter("someVar") != null) instead.
    But...
    What about:
    String strSQL = "SELECT * FROM tableName where someField = '"+(request.getParameter("someVar") != null)?request.getParameter("someVar"):""+"'";

  • SP2013 Default Index Fill factor

    Hi - does anyone have a definitive answer as to what the Fill factor setting should be now for SP2013 - At the moment I have it on 80 but just read this post below and now thinking I should change it to zero?
    http://thesharepointfarm.com/2013/04/the-fill-factor-mystery/
    Thanks

    The fill factor varies. For the default server setting, keep it at 80. SharePoint will specify specific fill factors for each index.

  • Default Index of ODS

    Hi,
    Can any one clear my doubt.
    generally initial index has been created by system.
    what type of indices it is. (B-Tree or BitMaP).
    babu

    Dear Magesh,
    By default the system is going to create Bitmap Idexes and when you are working with a Line Item dimensions, then your index would automatically be taken as B-tree which is a faster retreival . and more over the indexes depend on the data base also..
    You can check in Forum, for other threads on this Indices.
    Hope it helps

  • Apache serving bin files instead of default index

    I was trying to set up Postfix and Mailman today, and I seem to have broken Apache in the process. I installed Postfix and Mailman as in the wiki, but after configuration of Mailman I tried accessing the web server, and the server gave me a bin file instead of the home page. I assumed something in my configuration messed things up, so I deleted all configuration for both Postfix and Mailman, removed the packages, and restarted Apache. However, it is still giving me bin files when I access my Apache sites I had set up previously, so something is still around.
    For additional details, I do get the correct file if I give it the full path. So, vhost.domain.com/index.php and domain.com/index.php work just fine, but just host.domain.com or domain.com does not work properly. I also get the correct results for any subdomains I do not have configured as a virtual host in Apache. So abc.domain.com, aaa.domain.com, etc all work fine. Everything also works properly if I access the server through my internet or local network IP address, so it definitely seems to be an Apache host configuration issue.
    The Mailman configuration does have the line ScriptAlias / "/usr/lib/mailman/cgi-bin/listinfo", so maybe that broke the root somehow, but I assumed removing the configuration and restarting everything would get rid of that.
    Does anyone know what I should check to figure out why Apache is processing a bin file instead of giving me the index.php file in /srv/http?

    So it seems that it is now working. I restarted my computer fully so I guess something was being held and wasn't cleaned up properly by restarting Apache.

  • Default Index page using NetBeans

    Hi,
    Need to execute a index servlet when i enter this URL.
    http://localhost:8084/mywebapproot/admin
    as the IDE i am using NB5.5. I added a folder named admin by using this path.
    mywebapproot >> right click >>new Folder but it doesn't create a Folder in the Projects pane. but I can locate the folder in the Original Path of my Web App.
    How to do this

    If you take a look at the javascript file that sets up the services for the index page:
    /collaboration/javascript/serverhome.js
    The webmail service icon isn't shown if the wiki is turned on - regardless of whether webmail is enabled. The rationale is that there is a link to webmail in the mypage header.

  • Webservice default file index.html

    Dear all,
            I had created a webservice for my application and i put to serve a index.html when user accessing the webservice. In my development laptop, i deployed and i managed to access my webservice using localhost:8080\webservice . When i build an installer with my application and webservice and installed it on another new computer, i cannot access the index.html by default. It returns Access Error:404 -- Not Found. I need to use localhost:8080\webservice\index.html. In webservice build setting, serve default index.html for static document folders is checked. The file index.html also inside the webservice folder of C:\ProgramData. My application still working in the new computer , just i need to use localhost:8080\webservice\index.html instead of localhost:8080\webservice. I am wondering why i cannot access the webservice index.html by default in my new computer but i can access when i deployed on my development laptop. Maybe i missed include some additional installer? Here i attached all the addtional installer that i included in my application installer.

    Sorry that i gave wrong information about my problem. I just notice that i cannot access to localhost:8080\webservice even is in development laptop. I am accessed  to localhost:8080\webservice\ before this. So now my problem is i cannot access to index.html using localhost:8080\webservice but succeed with localhost:8080\webservice\ or localhost:8080\webservice\index.html . Before this project, i had done some webservice projects but all works well. I had compared the configuration with my previous projects but i cannot found the different. Then, i notice there is service alias in service setting so i added "webservice" into the service alias. Now i available access using localhost:8080\webservice already. Maybe there is some insignificant different so i didt notice when i compare with previous project.  Btw, thank you for your answer.

  • Urgent:JPublisher's default typemapping for PL/SQL Boolean not working

    I have a procedure that accepts a boolean.
    I have created this procedure on 2 oracle database installations. One is on Oracle8i and the other on Oracle9i.
    I invoke JPublisher with the following jpub.properties file:
    jpub.user=scott/tiger
    jpub.url=jdbc:oracle:thin:@database:1521:oracle
    jpub.dir=C:\Jpub
    jpub.package=BooleanMapping
    jpub.plsqlmap=always
    jpub.plsqlfile=C:\Jpub\BoolProc.sql
    jpub.plsqlpackage=BoolWrapper
    jpub.adddefaulttypemap=BOOLEAN:boolean:INTEGER:SYS.SQLJUTL.INT2BOOL:SYS.SQLJUTL.BOOL2INT
    This is the output of JPublisher from SCOTT schema in 8i and 9i databases respectively:
    Output from 8i:
    J2T-137, WARNING: mapping BOOLEAN:boolean was redefined to BOOLEAN:boolean.
    SCOTT.<top-level scope>
    Output from 9i:
    J2T-137, WARNING: mapping BOOLEAN:boolean was redefined to BOOLEAN:boolean.
    SCOTT.<top-level scope>
    J2T-138, NOTE: Wrote PL/SQL package BoolWrapper to file C:\Jpub\BoolProc.sql
    Why is the PL/SQL wrapper file not created in case of Oracle8i database?
    Is there a way to enable this?
    NB: I had to do a few workarounds to make this happen on 8i database.
    I copied over the .jar library files from sqlj folder from 9iHome to 8iHome. I also copied the jpub.exe from the bin folder. This is because the JPublisher in 8i does not accept addtypemap, defaulttypemap kind of arguments.

    Alex,
    For the predicate groups that are indexed/stored, the exact operator types (as in equality, inequality, like etc) that are indexed are specified while assigning the default index parameters. In the following example, exf$indexoper is used to specify the list of indexed operators.
    BEGIN
      DBMS_EXPFIL.DEFAULT_INDEX_PARAMETERS('Car4Sale',
        exf$attribute_list (
           exf$attribute (attr_name => 'HorsePower(Model, Year)',
                          attr_oper => exf$indexoper('=','<','>','>=','<='),
                          attr_indexed => 'FALSE')    --- stored predicate group
    END;
    /You can find more information about exf$indexoper at
    http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/appdev.111/b28419/t_expfilobj.htm#ARPLS153
    Could you confirm that you chose to index 'is null' and 'is not null' while assigning the default index parameters ? This information is available in OPERATOR_LIST column of the USER_EXPFIL_DEF_INDEX_PARAMS view.
    Hope this helps,
    -Aravind.

  • How do I replace my index (Home) page with a new page?

    My iWeb site has a "Home" page as it's default index page. I renamed the page "Home4" and created a new "Home" page in hopes that the new page would become the default page. Nope, it still goes to "Home4".
    Next, I tried deleting Home4, now I just get an error message when trying to go to the site.
    I should mention that I deleted the Home4 page through the MobilMe website, not in iWeb. I see that there is an index.html file in the site directory which I "assume" is a redirect to what iWeb considers to be the "Default" page. But, I see no way to edit or even view the contents of the index.html page.
